I love that you talked about Nick Suzuki (in the game vs the senators on March 18) because I had a huge smile on my face as you were talking about him because I got to play with him.

I look back on my Montreal days and his rookie season he plays on my line and our fourth line was me, him, and Nick Cousins. For the first 10-15 games our line was one of the most productive lines out of all of the lineup and I remember at the time, everyone was like 'Nate, what's going on? What have you changed in the summertime? What have you done?'

And I'm like hey, I'm playing with Nick Suzuki that's the difference.

I knew it right away, you could see it right away. I knew when I was on the bench with him, I didn't have to tell him anything. He knew where to be. He knew if he made a mistake, he just looked at me and I knew and he knew.

His hockey IQ is off the charts. He is the epitome of an all around player for the Montreal Canadiens.
