I know I am horrible about posting then getting busy but I stayed with the Dance Central and got up to where I was dancing for 1.5 hrs every morning. I have been logging 12k -15k in steps on my fitbit too. I have had a very, very busy and stressful two weeks at school and today I have decided to refocus and get everything together so I can stop operating in chaos. I have lost a total of 21.5 lbs since Jan. 15. and that is a blooming miracle with the way I have eaten this week.
Today, I decided to do something a little more challenging than the dancing. I like it but it had become so mindless for me that my body had adapted to it and I didn't’ feel like i was working out. So in true Soogie form, I went from an ant hill to a Mountain. I bought the Insanity pack on the Xbox fitness. Crazy? yes. Am I able to do everything? No, not even close. But that is OK. I need something that is challenging me that I think is completely out of my reach.
So today I did the first one. I completely aced the breathing exercises. I like the stretches. I am not as limber on the left as I am on the right. I had to do some walking in place while they jumped and were “insane”. That is perfectly fine. I will be “insane” eventually. I earned a 53,229 session score. I have no idea what that equates to in the Xbox world but in my world it is the starting point.
