DAY 5
5 TIMES on the snooze button because I did NOT want to get up and work out but I got up.... and I am SOOO glad I did. Was I perfect on every routine? Nope. not even close. I am absolutely amazing at breathing. I remind myself of that every time and actually give myself a big high five after every breathing set.
I managed to stay in warrior pose without falling out today. High Five. Did the pushups even though they were girlie style. High Five. Did one whole set of the X jump jacks (slow motion but without stopping) High five
I have lots more to perfect and that is amazing because I have a long road ahead. I went to the doctor Tuesday and I have officially lost 25lbs. So I treated myself to a Mani/Pedi. Hubby took me out to dinner. I had fajitas and water. No dessert. Things are going good in my world.
