Me running around my room stimming
This is an important message for anyone that likes Tanner or just apart of this fandom. Tanner is NOT a doctor. He is a forensic scientist with a MINOR in pharmaceuticals and Adam emphasized that minor part but what does it mean? :)
Allow me to explain!
Well first of all, Tanner is NOT qualified to handle drugs, diagnose, explain drugs or even handle a syringe. A minor in pharmaceuticals is not the same as a major. To be FULLY qualified in pharmaceuticals, you need to take over 60-75 classes. Tanner took 6 classes. If you were one of the people who thought “man, Tanner uses such big words, he must be smart and competent!” he is not. His knowledge on pharmaceuticals is minuscule, close to NOTHING. You and I probably know more than him
During Scrutinized’s ending, he makes up a bunch of facts just to sound intelligent to Luna, someone he looks up to. He doesn’t understand how metabolism works especially for something like midazolam. Tanner is nowhere near qualified to explain drugs, dosages or side effects to people… but what was he trying to do during the ending of Scrutinized? He was trying to explain midazolam, dosages and side effects to Luna. One example: He tells Luna she should have metabolized the drug faster because she is “not that old” but his information is backwards. Midazolam is a benzodiazepine so it’s actually older people who have a hard time clearing benzos in their system. Luna is young so her liver and kidneys should be processing the drug at peak efficiency but if she is still drowsy, that is Tanner’s fault. He got the dosage calculation wrong and blamed it on her. Another example: He mentions hematoma beneath Luna’s ear. That could have been a fatal mistake. Injecting someone under the ear is apparently dangerous and amateurish. That area is crowded with very vulnerable nerves, arteries and veins. That is also why in some video games if you had the option to inject someone with a syringe, it could actually accidentally kill them. (yes i’m referencing Yandere Simulator) also midazolam was a terrible choice if he wanted her to remember the information about the Blueblood killer files. People who get injected with midazolam do not remember the time after or even before the injection
Tanner is a forensic scientist which means his main job focuses on the analysis of physical evidence. He is not qualified to act as a pharmacist. He CAN analyze physical evidence, fluids, splatters and such. Tanner can analyze a dead body, but he can’t analyze a living breathing human (something he tried doing with Luna)
In conclusion, Tanner is LARPing pharmaceuticals and it’s VERY important to me that you know that
if you have any questions feel free to send them in my anon message inbox :3
The Breather came to me in a dream recently💀
i can't decide which design i do love more, but the breather from wttg1 is dorky and cute
So free will huh....
BITCH MOVE WE ARE SO BACKKKKKKKK
This is exactly what a girl needed to get through art block and exams HELLO 😭🩷🩷🩷
I need to giggle and kick my feet about this for a bit.
First the "Hi- I'm Luna, and Tanner will never be yours" Then Tanner has Luna's name with a heart on his syringe. I was already shipping it, the dev is just trying to kill me now. <3

Tw:Mentions of death/violence,stalking & kidnapping, yandere behavior ("slightly" OOC Breather)
✦ He worked at a big company, typing away at his desk, a job only meant to sustain him and his hobby. Although it was monotone and repetitive, he found a moment of peace inside those cubicles that brought him privacy. He didn’t need to interact with anyone, he thought, and that was supposed to be all there was to it—until he met you.
✦ Most of his coworkers barely talked to him; they outright avoided him. If they wanted to assign him some work, they would send it straight to his email. On the contrary, you were a sweet and friendly little thing who always brought him his favorite coffee when coming back from a break.
✦ At the start, he was unimpressed and almost mean to you. He thought you were just a fool who put on a nice façade to appease everyone. After observing you more and seeing how genuinely kind you were—helping around when needed, always being helpful, truly listening to others and taking them into consideration—his opinion slowly shifted.
✦ He believed that you were okay, maybe even good, and overall the least annoying person in the building.
✦ One day, while he was walking to the bathroom, he overheard two coworkers badmouthing him, believing he wasn’t listening.
✦ He sighed, unimpressed, as they continued. Unlike outside the office, here he didn’t wear a mask or keep his hoodie hood up—one of the downsides of this job. Hearing them talk about his appearance made his blood boil, both with anger and embarrassment.
✦ Before he could storm in, he heard your voice.
✦ “Trash-talking someone—especially someone who was just here—is horrible. Do any of you have any shame? Please refrain from doing that. I don’t even think he’s ugly. Why would you guys say that?”
✦ He stood around the corner, speechless. The two coworkers nodded awkwardly and quickly scurried away.
✦ He rushed inside the bathroom before you could see him. When he looked at himself in the mirror above the sink, he couldn’t believe what he saw.
✦ Himself, slightly sweating, with a light blush covering his cheeks and the tips of his ears.
✦ That same night, he squatted beside the body next to him. While watching the blood drip down the blade, his mind kept returning to you. Images of your smile invaded his thoughts, and he couldn’t help but feel annoyed with himself.
✦ You were just a kind coworker, a woman with a smile innocent enough that if the two of you ever crossed paths while he was out for “fun,” he would spare you. Which, by the way, was crazy for him—since when had he started to become soft? To spare someone? His stomach churned when he imagined you getting hurt.
✦ This was unbelievable. He had to stop wondering about you.
✦ From that moment on, he decided to avoid you. He seemed to be doing just fine—until he saw your pouty expression when he passed by. After you called out to him and greeted him, he simply nodded and walked away.
✦ You were driving him mad. At work he couldn’t focus or finish his tasks, so he had to take them home, which took time away from his hobby. And even then, he kept wondering what you were doing. He was truly exasperated.
✦ The situation was getting out of his control. He even lashed out at other people at work, later apologizing—reluctantly—and blaming it on his lack of sleep.
✦ That same day, when he returned home, he laid on the sofa while staring at the ceiling. While doomscrolling through a forum, he read something that made him rethink his feelings.
✦ Anon 235: I couldn’t help but think about him! I had this weird heavy feeling in my chest. Only when I confessed to him did it disappear. I guess it was anxiety lol.
✦ Anon 672: Yeah, I think it’s just better to get it off your chest tbh :p
✦ Yeah, that totally changed his brain chemistry.
✦ It took him a few days, but he finally came to the conclusion that this fixation and anxiety he felt were due to an overwhelming crush. For a long time he had believed himself incapable of loving. It seemed he was wrong.
✦ After that, his attitude changed completely. He became a gentleman whenever you were nearby (and the rest of the coworkers were a little creeped out). But hey!—at least you weren’t! You even called him sweet once. His heart had been a second away from exploding.
✦ Soon, seeing you only at work wasn’t enough, and all kinds of intrusive thoughts flooded his mind. The city wasn’t safe. People like him roamed free, and the police didn’t catch them.
✦ He was seriously worried about your safety.
✦ So he started following stalking you everywhere you went. Only when you were safely home did he finally feel relief.
✦ As his obsession grew, so did his need to see you. He bought several small cameras, and one morning, after you left for work, he lockpicked your door and quietly placed them around your home.
✦ Now he could protect you 24/7. That same week, he gathered the courage to ask if you wanted to grab a bite with him. He was so nervous he almost considered going home, but the moment he saw you in a cute sundress, his mind went completely blank.
✦ You did most of the talking, telling him about yourself—your hobbies, little anecdotes, things that made you laugh. Most of what you told him he already knew, but he let you keep rambling while he listened.
✦ Later, you left the restaurant and took his hand, guiding him toward an ice cream shop. He almost stopped breathing (wink). Before you could pay, he did. You argued a little, which he found kind of cute, as he insisted it was his treat.
✦ You thanked him several times, and he genuinely smiled as he looked at you.
✦ You both kept hanging out, and you often texted him about your day. Two months went by quickly, and suddenly, the two of you were dating.
✦ But you still lived by yourself, which worried him. At the same time, he wouldn’t be able to continue his hobby if you lived with him, so for now he decided to leave things as they were—at least until he found a solution.
✦ He was a sweet boyfriend (a little corny too, sorry) and a terrifying man to everyone else.
✦ Of course, everything wasn’t perfect. He was quite obsessed and had gone through your phone more than once—out of curiosity, not because he thought you were cheating on him or anything. You were far too innocent for that.
✦ Your relationship with him surprised everyone. At work, people stared whenever the two of you interacted, wondering how you had managed to tame their scary coworker.
✦ Life seemed to be smiling at him. You were a lovely girlfriend, and he even began thinking about a future with you.
✦ But good things don't always last forever, a few months later, everything changed.
✦ One night, as he waited outside for his new victim, he leaned back in his truck and read your messages. You told him you were going out with a group of friends and that they would take you home afterward.
✦ He sighed as he watched the building’s exit. Adam had asked him to mess with this guy—and kill him.
✦ As he waited, the man suddenly appeared and headed straight for the alley to collect a package. Just as he was about to move, his body went rigid when he recognized your voice.
✦ He looked back at the man he was supposed to deal with and cursed under his breath. Then he turned, searching for you.
✦ A man was grabbing you by the arms.
✦ He saw red.
✦ You struggled against the man as you tried to back away. The guy looked drunk, and the moment he grabbed you by the hem of your dress, rage completely blinded him.
✦ He punched the man square in the face. You stumbled back against the wall as he tackled the man to the ground. Pulling out his knife, he sliced the man’s neck.
✦ Blinded by rage, he stabbed him again and again as blood spilled across the pavement.
✦ Only when he heard you crying did he return to his senses.
✦ He turned to you, trying to comfort you, but you didn’t seem to recognize him. You begged for your life, unaware that your boyfriend was standing right in front of you.
✦ He stared at you, your eyes full of tears as you pleaded desperately.
✦ He pocketed the knife and placed a finger over the mask covering his face, signaling for you to stay quiet. Then he pulled the mask down and gently grabbed your hand.
✦ Your eyes widened with recognition—and fear.
✦ He guided you back to his van, opening the passenger door for you before sitting in the driver’s seat. He glanced toward the alley where he was supposed to stay. Adam would definitely scold him, but he would deal with that later after taking you home.
✦ The van was filled with tense silence.
✦ “Weren’t your friends supposed to take you home?” he asked.
✦ “They were too drunk, and I felt sick, so I left to take the bus,” you said, resting your head against the window. “When that guy started harassing me, I decided to walk home… but he followed me.”
✦ “You… why… why did you do that?” you asked, gathering the courage to speak. “Why do you go around at night covered head to toe and carrying a knife… you?”
✦ “I work for someone,” he replied. “It’s not a line of work you can just walk away from.”
✦ It was only half the truth. He wasn’t about to tell you that aside from working for Adam, he also felt the need to kill. No—he would never tell you that.
✦ “You know I did it for you, right?” he said quietly.
✦ You stayed curled up in your seat, not even looking at him.
✦ The rest of the drive passed in complete silence.
✦ When he arrived at your apartment building, he paused before speaking, only to notice you had already fallen asleep. Without waking you, he carried you inside.
✦ He pulled your keys from your purse, unlocked the door, and carried you into your home. After slipping off your heels, he laid you gently on your bed.
✦ He stood there for a moment, watching your chest rise and fall as you slept.
✦ Almost instinctively, his hand reached for your cheek. He brushed it gently with his gloved fingers, the warmth seeping through the fabric.
✦ Then he quietly left.
✦ He still had work to finish.
✦ The next day, he sent you a message asking if he could come by to talk. You didn’t respond.
✦ He imagined you were still shocked and decided to let you rest for the day. You two could talk things out another time.
✦ When Monday came, he made sure to arrive early at the office. He made himself a coffee and prepared your favorite tea.
✦ He waited until the cup turned cold before he heard his department leader muttering something about you calling in sick.
✦ You probably just needed a little more time.
✦ Yeah, that had to be it.
✦ He waited all week and didn’t hear anything from you. Worried sick, he finally went to your home.
✦ He knocked on your door.
✦ He could have entered if he really tried, but he didn’t want to scare you any further.
✦ When you opened the door and locked eyes with him, you immediately tried to close it. He quickly put his foot in the doorway to stop you.
✦ “Hear me out,” he begged. “Please… let me inside.”
✦ You hesitated for a moment but eventually stepped aside.
✦ He walked straight to the couch. You sat at the far end, putting as much distance between the two of you as possible.
✦ He coughed into his palm, trying to calm his anxiety.
✦ “I was only trying to protect you. If I ever wanted to hurt you, I would’ve done it long ago. I only did what I did because that man was going to hurt you. I would never lay a hand on you… please, I love you. I really do. Tell me—how can I make you stop fearing me?”
✦ He begged while you clenched your hands tightly in your lap.
✦ “I… I can’t be with someone who deliberately hurts others,” you said softly. “It’s just too much. Please… I won’t tell anyone. I do care about you, but…”
✦ You hesitated before continuing.
✦ “Maybe our lifestyles and beliefs are just incompatible. I can’t be with someone who lies straight to my face.”
✦ Your voice trembled as you spoke, unable to look him in the eyes.
✦ “I didn’t lie to you,” he insisted. “I just didn’t tell you everything. I did what I did to keep you safe.”
✦ You let out a bitter laugh.
✦ “Are the cameras also meant to protect me?”
✦ His eyes widened.
✦ “What?”
✦ “I know about them.”
✦ You stood up, walking to a cabinet drawer before returning and dropping something onto the table.
✦ One of his cameras.
✦ He hadn’t checked them in weeks.
✦ “I found this a week ago,” you continued. “At first, I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t want to believe it.”
✦ Your brows furrowed.
✦ “But whatever you feel… it isn’t love. This isn’t love.”
✦ You looked at him with shaking breath.
✦ “It’s obsession.”
✦ He quickly stood and moved toward you, grabbing your hands.
✦ “You’re wrong,” he said desperately. “I do love you. I was just making sure you were safe. Why can’t you understand that?”
✦ You pulled away immediately.
✦ “We’re done,” you said firmly. “Please leave. If you truly care about me… try to stay away.”
✦ Your eyes glistened with hot tears.
✦ He looked at you, devastated, but he didn’t say another word.
✦ He simply turned around and left.
✦ That night, he took his anger out on a new victim.
✦ He made sure to keep the man alive for as long as possible, savoring every broken scream and ragged breath as blood pooled beneath him.
✦ The man begged, sobbed, and choked on his own words, but he only watched—silent, patient, almost fascinated by the slow fading of life.
✦ When the screams finally stopped, he realized the man had bled out.
✦ Unfortunate.
✦ He had still been trying to work through his first heartbreak.
✦ The body lay limp at his feet while the metallic smell of blood hung heavy in the air.
✦ For a moment, the only sound left was his quiet breathing.
✦ Then his phone buzzed.
✦ The sudden vibration echoed loudly in the silence.
✦ He pulled it from his pocket and glanced at the screen.
✦ A new message from Adam.
✦ Slowly, a thought began to form in the back of his mind.
✦ Adam could surely grant him a favor… couldn’t he?
✦ Something small. Something simple.
✦ A quiet little house far away in the outskirts of the city.
✦ Somewhere peaceful.
✦ Somewhere safe.
✦ And maybe…
✦ Just a little help bringing you there.
