every couple of months i circle back around to questioning if im aromantic. i love the idea of romantic relationships but the idea of actually being in one myself doesnt excite me much, i wonder if ive ever even felt romantic attraction towards past partners or if it was me genuinely enjoying their company and adoring them as a person who i felt i trusted and was an equal to

what complicates matters greatly for me is that i 1000% experience sexual attraction. i am extremely understanding and in touch with my sexual identity and preferences, and i love the idea of a relationship with someone where we are able to be intimate in that way, but i dont really care if it was romantic or not. weird
