I took this pic without sucking in my stomach for a true comparison. I struggle internally constantly sucking in my stomach, walking around the house, blow drying my hair, driving by myself, working with a 3 year old, during my meeting- almost am constantly doing that. First pic was 3 years ago and the second is from last week. Down 90+ pounds (fluctuates 3-7 pounds since maintenance) using Weight Watchers online tracking + meetings. Ive been in a little rut but I am always adjusting and figuring things out even after all this time. Maintenance is a lot harder than I imagined it would be and everyone told me how they find it more challenging than losing 😩 so I wanted to post this because when I slip up and gain weight back, it’s okay because I’ve worked hard and have come very far, but I’m still far from having the “perfect” body I dreamed of. I can’t expect to have it easy now since I hit a certain number. My relationship with food has been rockier than ever because I’m learning how to allow myself to indulge without overdoing it, losing control and bingeing. Just need to be gentle with myself and take it one day at a time. This has gotten quite long but I wanted to get this all out while it was in my head.
