It's amazing how good you feel when you take care of your body. I counted my points (in which I stayed perfectly on track 😁), came home and worked out to insanity max:30, ate a delicious home cooked meal (pork, mashed potatoes and corn: not pictured since it was a repeat meal from last week 😂), took a shower and then cleansed and moisturized (as in did a 3 step cleaning process with actual products!). Here's how my first beachbody on demand went..... Did the full 60 min insanity interval video and about 15 seconds in, the pup decided to workout with me. She gave up jumping on me after about 2 minutes and decided to lay next to me 😂 Note to self: pup must go outside during workouts 😜. Turns out I sweated even more at home than I do the gym. Probably because it's 1,000,000 degrees outside and my houses AC doesn't keep up as well as the million dollar gym? So all in all, I loved it! The video didn't have any modifications provided but luckily after taking insanity at the gym for almost a year, I knew how to modify certain moves. I don't know why I'm having such a hard time this summer. I fall off, get back on, fall off, get back on.... etc. The motivation is there but it's falling short lately. This is probably the longest I've been "off" since I started ww last year. I do find myself making better choices even when I'm not tracking but apparently it's not enough. Having an off morning. Woke up later than I wanted, realized our internet was down (yet again, about 3 weeks ago it went down for 4 days before it was fixed), then realized I couldn't print my wedding envelopes, also can't skype with a class that we need to complete in order to get married, had to request a internet technician that will be here between 1-4, which then screwed up my entire afternoon plans of grocery shopping and going to the gym. So I quickly made this breakfast, in which I burnt the eggs. 😭 And am. Ow fitting the gym and grocery shopping in before the tech arrives (probably the last 5 minutes of our given window 😫). My goal for February is to hit at least 7,000 steps every day. Well as of this afternoon, I was still at 800 steps 😬 So I grabbed the pup for a lap around the neighborhood. Dropped her off after she started laying down in everyone's grass and then went for another lap by myself! Hit my goal 😁 But boy is it still warm outside. I'm all for some warm days in February, but 88 is too much! Let's stick to the 70's for now Mother Nature 😃 p.s. This week has been so good! Nothing out of the ordinary happened and I'm not even sure I'll see a loss on the scale tomorrow. But that doesn't even matter because for the first time in weeks or even months, my head has been in the game!!! I brought breakfast and lunch everyday to work (and very point friendly meals!!!), I haven't spent any money since groceries on Sunday, and we haven't eaten out since last Saturday!!!!!
