a/n— My first Shawn Michaels fic, hope you guys enjoy <3 Literally have had a crush on him for so long🤭
Winning the Women’s Championship was the most surreal moment of your life. Years of grinding in other promotions, building your name, perfecting your craft, it had all led to this. The cheers of the crowd, the weight of the gold on your shoulder, the rush of emotions hitting you all at once as you stepped backstage.
The second you crossed the curtain, a wave of congratulations hit you. Superstars, crew members, even higher ups, everyone was there, giving you pats on the back, words of praise. You tried to take it all in, your heart still hammering from the adrenaline, when you heard it.
A deep, gruff voice behind you.
“Congratulations, champ. I’m proud of you.”
You froze. That voice. That unmistakable, slightly raspy voice. Slowly, almost in disbelief, you turned around and your breath caught in your throat.
It was him.
Shawn Michaels.
Your brain short circuited. For years, you’d admired him. Hell, if you were being honest, you’d been in love with him. Growing up, watching him on your TV screen, mesmerized by his presence, his talent, his everything. And now, here he was, standing right in front of you, looking at you like he actually knew who you were.
“Wow,” you blurted out, your voice coming out embarrassingly breathless. “Thank you.”
Shawn smirked at your obvious nerves, his arms crossing over his chest. “You earned it,” he said. “I’ve been watching you for a while now. I made sure they knew you were the real deal. You’re gonna carry this division better than anyone.”
Your heart nearly exploded. Shawn Michaels had been watching you? Shawn Michaels had put in a word for you?
“I—” You struggled to form words, your cheeks burning. “That means everything. I admire you so much, I love your work, I—” You cut yourself off before you started sounding like a crazy fangirl, pressing your lips together to stop yourself from rambling.
His smirk deepened, and before you could react, he pulled you into a hug.
Holy. Fuck.
Your face pressed against his chest, his arms wrapped around you, the scent of his cologne completely overwhelming your senses. Your brain refused to function, your hands awkwardly gripping onto the back of his shirt as your cheeks burned hotter than ever.
After a few moments, he pulled back, his hand squeezing your shoulder before dropping to his side. “Didn’t wanna take up too much of your time,” he said. “Enjoy your night, champ.”
And just like that, he was gone, leaving you standing there like an absolute fool.
Later, after the chaos of the night settled, you were lounging with Rhea, Tiffany, and Liv in the locker room, all of them still hyped over your win.
“You killed it out there,” Rhea said, nudging you with a proud grin.
Tiffany nodded, flipping her hair. “And let’s be real, your skin looks so good with gold.”
“Thanks, guys. But guess who congratulated me? And—” You leaned in dramatically. “Was apparently partially responsible for my win?”
The girls exchanged curious looks. “Who?” Liv asked.
You took a breath for dramatic effect. “Shawn. Fucking. Michaels.”
The reaction was instant. Rhea’s eyes widened, Tiffany gasped, and Liv practically shrieked.
“Your crush?” Rhea said.
“The man you said you wanted to marry?” Tiffany added.
“Exactly,” you confirmed, still trying to process it yourself.
“And?” Liv pressed. “Did you keep your cool, or did you embarrass yourself?”
You groaned, throwing your head back. “Oh, I embarrassed myself. I was all nervous, blushing like an idiot, barely forming words. But he hugged me. I swear I almost passed out.”
“Okay, but what does this mean? Do you think he was flirting?” Tiffany laughed.
“God, I hope so,” you muttered before sighing dramatically. “I just want him so bad. He’s so fine. And you know I love older men. Like, I would give anything for him to fuck me hard. With eye contact, might I add. Older men just do it better—”
The sudden silence from the girls made your stomach drop.
You saw their eyes widen, their mouths slightly open, and the moment Rhea subtly nodded toward something behind you, you knew.
Slowly, dreading what you were about to see, you turned around.
And there he was.
Shawn Michaels.
Standing right behind you.
Smirking.
Your heart fell straight to the floor. You were so done. Absolutely finished. WWE was going to strip you of your title, fire you, and blacklist you from the industry.
Shawn crossed his arms, looking far too amused for your liking. “Whenever you’re free and ready to leave,” he said smoothly, “meet me in my dressing room.”
You nodded, entirely incapable of forming words.
He winked before walking off, leaving you frozen in place, your entire soul leaving your body.
The second he was out of earshot, the girls erupted into laughter, squealing and shaking you like you’d just won the lottery.
“You are so lucky,” Tiffany gasped, fanning herself.
Liv was practically in tears. “Oh my god, I thought you were gonna die on the spot.”
Rhea smirked, slinging an arm around your shoulder. “Well, champ, looks like your childhood crush just became your reality.”
Your brain was still catching up. Shawn Michaels had heard you. Shawn Michaels wanted you to meet him.
Holy. Shit. You were in for one hell of a night.
Shawn was waiting when you stepped into his dressing room, leaning back on the couch with that signature smirk.
“You took your time,” he teased.
Your heart pounded as you shut the door. “Trying to recover from the fact that you heard all of that.”
“Oh, I heard every word, sweetheart,” he chuckled.
You groaned, covering your face. “God, that was so embarrassing.”
He pried your hands away. “Nah, I liked what I heard.” His smirk deepened. “Older men do it better, huh?”
Your face burned. “Are you gonna keep bringing that up?”
“Maybe,” he said, tilting his head. “But I think I’d rather show you instead.”
Your breath hitched, and he leaned in, voice lower now. “Where you staying tonight?”
You told him your hotel, and he hummed in approval. “Same one. I’ll drive you.”
You texted the girls telling them you’d be with him. There would be a lot to talk about in the morning.
The car ride made you nervous. You stole glances at him, watching the way his muscles flexed as he gripped the wheel. He was even hotter in person. He looked just as good, hell, even better than he did on TV. The years had only added to his appeal, roughening his edges in the best way.
“You keep looking at me like that,” he said without taking his eyes off the road, “I might just have to pull over.”
You bit your lip. "Can’t help it. You’re kinda unreal."
His smirk grew. “Come to my room tonight. I’ll give you exactly what you’ve been craving.”
Your stomach flipped.
90s Shawn Michaels had been your first love. But Shawn now? Oh, you’d let him do anything to you.
When you arrived at the hotel, people stopped to congratulate you. You took pictures, smiling through the anticipation burning inside you.
The moment the elevator doors shut, his fingers brushed your wrist. “Last chance to back out.”
“Not a chance,” you murmured.
His hotel room door had barely shut before he turned you, pressing you against it. His hands beside your head, eyes dark as they met yours.
“This what you wanted?”
Your breath caught. “I’ve dreamt about this.”
His lips crashed onto yours, stealing any response you had left. His hands gripped under your thighs, lifting you effortlessly as you wrapped around him. He carried you to the bed, sinking onto it with you in his lap.
You could feel him beneath you, hard and eager, as you rocked against him. His hands roamed, mapping every inch of you, his lips never leaving yours.
“Been wanting this for years, haven’t you?” he murmured against your lips, hands roaming your body.
You nodded breathlessly, gripping onto his shoulders for balance.
His smirk returned as he cupped your face. “You’re just as sweet as I imagined.”
His lips trailed down your cheek, to your neck, pressing soft kisses that left you shivering. He moved slowly, savoring, before laying you back against the bed, hovering over you. His eyes searched yours, expression softening slightly.
“This okay?” he asked, voice quieter now.
“I want this. I want you,” you nodded, already breathless.
He exhaled slowly, his thumb tracing your cheek. “Then let me take care of you.”
His hands found the hem of your blouse, fingers toying with the fabric as he waited for your permission. When you gave it, he lifted it over your head, his gaze roaming over you with something akin to awe.
“You’re beautiful,” he murmured.
Heat pooled in your stomach, your heart pounding as he leaned down again, pressing another kiss to your lips. He slipped you out of the rest of your clothes then pulled back, his eyes once again taking over you.
“Look at you, naked in front of me. Fucking perfect,” he said.
He knelt, making you gasp, trailing kisses until he reached your clit, spreading your legs and kissing further and further.
“You're soaked, sweetheart, so wet for me,” he murmured, using his tongue to collect your wetness and spitting it back onto your pussy.
A soft moan escaped your lips, you couldn't believe Shawn fucking Michaels was about to eat you out.
“I love those moans. Let me hear you.”
He dived in, flicking his tongue on your clit before bringing it down to your leaking hole and licking back up. His grip was firm but gentle on your thighs, spreading them wide as he continued. You couldn't believe the utter pleasure you were feeling, he was so skilled with his tongue having you squirm underneath him and moan so loudly, you feared the other wrestlers on the floor would hear.
“Oh, Shawn,” you cried, back arching off the bed.
Cocky Shawn hadn’t been lost due to the years. You could feel the smirk between your legs. “That’s it, sweetheart. Scream my name. I’m the one making you feel good.”
His tongue worked you over sending jolts of pleasure throughout your body as his blue eyes stared into yours. As his movements grew, the coil in your abdomen grew tighter, ready to burst.
“Cum on my tongue beautiful.” A loud moan left your lips and your body lifted from the bed, as he practically took your soul and you squirted onto his face, soaking him. He slurped you up like you were his last meal and you squirmed under his touch, your eyes rolling into the back of your head.
“You're so beautiful when you cum. You taste amazing,” he panted.
You pulled him up into a kiss, his mouth soaked in your juices. His head moved down to your breasts, suckling and moaning as your fingers clawed his back.
Shawn’s eyes never left yours as he undressed, revealing his toned chest and arms. You smiled, your heart racing as you reached out to gently touch his chest, tracing the lines of muscle with your fingertips. “You’re so so hot,” you whispered.
He let out a soft laugh. “You’re the one who’s hot, sweetheart,” he said, his hands in through your curls, tugging you closer to him.
Your lips met his again, tender and slow, savoring the moment. You pressed yourself against him, feeling his hard cock, the heat of his body matching the desire building between you. His hands were gentle but firm as he guided you to the bed, settling you back gently.
Your gaze wandered and your eyes caught his very hard cock. He was so thick, the full package. Shawn always radiated big dick energy but to see it up close and personal—veins prominent, slight curve, long—it was no wonder he acted the way he did in the 90s. He had all reason to be that cocky bastard. He was perfect.
Your mouth practically watered at the sight and you took ahold of it, hand barely able to go around and angled it towards your mouth but he stopped you.
“Not yet,” he murmured. “Tonight’s about you, about making sure you feel good.”
You nodded, heart fluttering as he hovered above you, his hands resting on either side of your head. His expression was soft, his eyes filled with nothing but admiration as he looked down at you.
He used the tip of his cock, dragging it along your wet folds as the sound of squelching filled the room. He teased you a bit more, until he slowly pushed inside, your mouth falling open as he thrusted into you. You moaned at the intrusion and looked down, only to see he was just half way in.
“Y-you’re so big,” you gasped.
“I know, but you can take it. This tight little pussy was made for my cock,” he whispered, leaning down to bite your ear lobe.
It felt like all the wind had been knocked from your lungs as he slid the rest of his length inside you. Tiny whimpers left your lips when he stilled, savoring how your walls began to welcome him in.
“See, you can take it baby, it’s okay.” He began rutting into you steadily, each time, you could feel the head of his cock brush against an area no man had ever come close to hitting before. He was so deep.
“You feel so good,” he groaned, rolling his hips to meet yours.
All you could do was moan, the overwhelming pleasure taking your ability to form coherent words.
“God, I love hearing your pretty moans,” he said, pushing your hair back.
You could barely hang on and “Shawn, cum,” was all you managed to say as you felt the pressure build up like a dam ready to burst.
“I can feel your pussy just sucking me in and gripping me. Go ahead sweetheart, cum for me, s’okay,” he cooed.
You cried out, wrapping your arms around him as he picked up his pace, the dam inside you bursting and your orgasm overtaking you. Your entire body shook and he pressed kisses on your damp forehead, slowly moving inside you to draw every last drop of cum from you.
Shawn had awaken that demon deep inside that you weren’t even aware was there. You needed more.
“I need more,” you moaned, voice shaky.
With that invitation, he increased the pace, thrusting harder and deeper. The headboard slapped against the wall under the pressure, the whole floor probably heard, your nails dug into his back, leaving a trail of fire in their wake. “That’s it sweetheart, scratch my back,” his gruff voice said.
You were lost in the rhythm, your breath quickening, each thrust sending waves of pleasure coursing through you.
He was pounding you hard and relentless, sending waves of pleasure crashing over you. He pulled back slightly, capturing your lips in a heated kiss. His voice was a low growl as he murmured against your mouth, “You’re all mine. Mine to fuck and use now.”
A shiver of excitement raced through you, and he continued, “I want to hear you say it.”
“I’m all yours, Shawn,” you moaned, the words flowing from your lips as if they were the only truth that mattered.
“Such a good girl.” With a gasp, your body responded to his words, pleasure washing over you in waves as you squirted, soaking him completely. Shawn groaned in response, his grip on you tightening as he felt the warmth of your release.
“That’s so hot baby, that turned you on huh,” he said, now chasing his own orgasm as your body lay shaking underneath him.
You were too fucked out to answer, each deep thrust making your pussy throb around him.
He smirked, that infamous cocky smirk, clearly proud of how he had you at his mercy. He switched his pace, slow and deep, driving you both wild. It was as though he was proving a point to you. Showing you exactly who was fucking you and how good it felt.
You wrapped your legs around him tightly for a moment, pulling him closer before releasing them, spreading wider to accommodate him. The shift allowed him to plunge deeper, each stroke igniting a raw, primal desire within you. You gasped, the sensation overwhelming, and you met his movements with your own, grinding against him as he filled you.
“Just like that,” you urged, your voice thick with passion. “Please cum inside me.”
He couldn’t take it anymore. You words sent him over the edge and with a deep, guttural moan, he bucked his hips inside you, his hot cum filling you to the brim. You moaned in satisfaction, his cock throbbing and practically breeding you from how much he came—triggered your own orgasm.
Your body jolted beneath him, shaking from the pure intensity as you both were on cloud nine together.
“I’ve got you sweetheart, fuck, I can’t get enough of this pussy. I’ve got you,” he groaned.
Your body was still buzzing, your mind hazy as you lay against the soft sheets. Shawn pressed a kiss to your temple, his hands tracing slow, soothing patterns along your bare skin.
“You were incredible,” he murmured, voice deep. “So perfect for me.”
“I think that title belongs to you,” you teased, brushing your fingers along his jaw. “I mean, I just won the Women’s Championship and spent the night with you, I’m lucky.”
Shawn chuckled, shaking his head. “Nah, sweetheart, I’m the lucky one.” He kissed your forehead before slipping out of bed. “Stay here, I’ll be right back.”
You watched him disappear into the bathroom, and moments later, he returned with a warm cloth, carefully tending to you with the kind of gentleness that made your heart swell.
“Didn’t have to do that,” you smiled.
“I wanted to,” he replied simply.
Once he was done, he climbed back into bed, pulling you close against his chest. His arms wrapped around you securely, his body warm and solid against yours.
“You’re everything I thought you’d be,” you admitted softly, tucking your head under his chin. “And somehow even better.”
He sighed contentedly, his fingers tracing over your back. “And you’re even more perfect than I imagined,” he whispered. “Strong, talented, and so damn beautiful. I knew you were special the second I saw you wrestle.”
You smiled tiredly as you nestled further into him. The day had been surreal, from standing champion in the ring to this—wrapped up in the arms of the man who had been your childhood crush, your inspiration, and now, something more.
As your eyes grew heavier, Shawn pressed a final kiss to your hair, his voice a low murmur against your skin.
“Sweet dreams, champ.”
And with that, you let sleep take you, still wrapped in the warmth of the best night of your life.

“My brothers’ hitting up Blockbuster after school to rent some movies. You in?”
Dejah shut her locker and gave her best friend, Myra, a look. “What type of movies, cause last time I had to sleep in my mom’s room for a week, and she was not happy.” Dejah rolled her eyes as Myra started to snicker.
“Look, Jeepers Creepers wasn’t even that scary of a movie -”
She was cut off by someone clearing their throat. Both girls turned their heads, shocked to find Josh and his twin brother Jon standing behind them. Jonathan and Joshua Fatu were thee most popular guys in school, so it threw Dejah and Myra off to see them standing there… totally unexpected.
“Sup. Dej.” Josh said that million dollar smile on his face. Dejah felt her heart skip a beat.
“Hi…” She said slowly, cutting her eyes at Myra, who shared her look of confusion. “Can I help you?”
Josh chuckled and bit his lip. “Math.” He said, and Jon elbowed him. “I mean,” Josh cleared his throat and took a deep breath. “You’re in my class. Mr. Reed.”
“Algebra, yeah. Did you need the notes or something?” She asked, rummaging through her bag, looking for her algebra book.
“I was uh-. I was actually hoping you could, you know.” He paused, shrugging. “Help me.”
Dejah still had the confused look on her face as she replied, “Help you?”
Josh scratched the back of his neck, avoiding her eyes. “Yeah. Like… tutor me.”
Dejah’s jaw dropped open. “You want me to tutor you?”
“Yeah.” Josh nodded, Only if you not too busy.”
Myra snorted, and Dejah gave her a swift nudge in the ribs.
Josh rubbed the back of his neck again, clearly trying not to look too embarrassed. “I mean, you always seem like you know what you’re doing. Always got ya’ hand up and shit.” He shrugged, “Thought maybe you could help me catch up. Just a little.”
Dejah eyed him, a bit skeptical. But who could say no to Joshua Fatu? She damn sure couldn’t. “Fine,” she said finally, “I can help you. But I’m not doing your homework for you.”
Josh grinned, clearly relieved. “Deal. After school?”
“Library,” Dejah confirmed, trying to sound casual even though her heart was racing.
“Alright.” Josh nodded, a faint smile on his lips. “See you after school.” He gave her one last smile that made Dejah’s stomach somersault and turned around, heading back down the hallway with his brother. As soon as Josh and Jon turned the corner, Myra whipped around, eyes wide like saucers.
“Girl… what the hell?”
Dejah blinked, still looking in the direction the boys walked off to. “Did that just happen?”
“Oh, I can see it now!” Myra said, dramatically placing her hand over her heart. “The next Mrs Joshua Fatu.”
Dejah rolled her eyes and shoved her friend as they began walking towards their next class. “Shut up. He just asked for help with math.” She shrugged. “No big deal.”
Myra gave her best friend a look. “Mmhm. And Romeo just wanted to borrow Juliet’s notes, too, right?”’
Dejah sighed. “I don’t even know why I said yes…”
“Because you’ve had a crush on him since freshman year.” Myra reliped in a ‘duh’ tone.
Dejah gasped and looked around, making sure no one heard what Myra just said. “Myra!” Dejah hissed and smacked her arm.
“Oh come on,” Myra said with an eye roll, and the girls walked into history class. “You acting like it was some big secret.”
“It was,” Dejah muttered, sliding into her seat and pulling out her notebook. “And i’m planning on it staying that way.”
“Too late,” Myra replied with a shrug as their history teacher strolled into class. “Y’all are practically married now.”
Dejah shot her a sharp look. She opened her mouth to reply, but Mr. Henderson's booming voice stopped her.
“Books away!” He called out. “Pop quiz time.”
As soon as the final bell for the day rang, Dejah took her time getting out of her seat. She packed her books slowly, deliberately avoiding the rush of students flooding the halls. Her heart was pounding in her chest.
By the time she reached the library, she was one of the first to arrive. She slipped inside, scanning the rows of tables, but there was no sign of Josh.
She settled into a chair near the window, pulling out her algebra book and flipping through the pages, but her mind wasn’t on the homework.
It was on him.
Myra was right. Dejah did have a crush on Josh since freshman year, but she never acted on it because, in her own delusional way, she wasn’t Joshua Fatu’s type. In her mind, he went for the popular girls, the girls who wore their cheer uniforms like designer outfits and walked the hallways like they owned them.
But don’t get her wrong, Dejah knew she was cute. She wasn’t blind. She heard the compliments, saw the way people looked at her sometimes, but in her head? That didn’t matter. Not when compared to girls like Kayla Martin and the rest of the “it” crowd. Girls who were loud without being labeled. Who flirted without trying. Who could say anything and make it sound cool.
‘Damn, mama, you deep into thought.”
She blinked and Josh was standing in front of he table, now dressed in his football jersey, a pair of grey sweatpants, and a durag. Dejah coughed and sat up straighter in her chair. “You’re late.” She said, trying not to sound flustered.
“Shit, im sorry.” He said, and Dejah was taken aback at how genuine it sounded. “Coach made us stay a lil’ later than normal.” He pulled his notebook out of his bag and placed it on the table before scooting his chair closer to hers.
Dejah stiffened as his scent wafted through her nose. He smelled good, like clean soap, a little sweat, and something warm and masculine. She tried to ignore it, but it hit her like a wave, making her brain short-circuit for a second.
“I-I was thinking we could work on the packet Mr. Reed gave out today,” Dejah said with a slight stutter.
Josh let out a little chuckle as he noticed her stutter, but he didn’t mention it, which she was grateful for. Hr pulled the packet out that was tucked into the back of his book.
“I was thinking we could do the first ten problems separately, then peer check.” She said.
“You sure? Josh asked, his confidence dropping slightly, “I ain’t tryna make a fool of myself.”
Dejah’s lips tugged into a frown. “Oh, well, we can go one-by-one then.” She said, biting her bottom lip as she looked over at him.
Josh groaned slightly, “You can’t do that around me.”
Dejah blinked, pencil hovering over the first question. “Do what?”
“Bite that lip like that.”
For the second time in less than 15 minutes, he had made her brain short-circuit. “Oh,” she said, feeling flustered as she looked back down at her paper. She didn’t know how to respond to that without sounding lame. “Um, so for number one, it’s a linear equation.” She said as she tried to get them back on track. Josh noticed how flustered she was and cut his flirting down only a bit.
He let her explain how to solve for x and then did it by himself. He showed Dejah his work, a timid look on his face as he watched her go over his answer.
“You sure you need help?” She asked with one perfect eyebrow arched as she looked at him.
Josh shrugged, a small smirk playing on his lips. “You explain this stuff so well, I might actually start liking math. Got a nice voice to listen to, too.”
Dejah didn’t look up right away. She just pressed her lips together, trying to fight the smile tugging at the corners of her mouth. He was laying it on thick.
“You flirtin’ or you learning?” She asked, tilting her head to the side as she looked at him.
“Can’t I do both?”
Dejah raised an eyebrow. “Not if you wanna pass the next quiz, you know Reed loves pop quizzes.”
“Will it get me your number?”
Dejah froze, heart beating in her chest as she choked out, “What?”
Josh sighed, but that million-dollar smile was still on his face, “Your number, Dejah, can I have it?”
“Um, I don’t think -”
“Please…” He cut her off, giving her his best puppy dog look.
Dejah bit her lip, still feeling the heat of Josh’s puppy dog eyes. She hesitated for a second before nodding. “Okay.” She whispered.
“What do I tell you about that lip?” He smirked as he pulled his phone out of his pants pocket. He handed it over to her.
She quickly released her bottom lip and entered her number into his phone. Their hands brushed as she handed him back his phone, and she could’ve sworn she felt a rush of electricity shoot down her arm, and by the look on his face, he must’ve felt it too.
He broke their eye contact as he looked at the clock that was situated above the window they were sitting by. “Shit.” He muttered as he started to grab his things. “My mom’s gonna kill me. I’m late for dinner.”
“Oh,” She said, feeling slightly disappointed as she watched him pack his stuff. “I guess I’ll see you tomorrow.”
He looked up at her as he placed his bag over his shoulder. “Don’t be disappointed, Dej.” He smirked. “I got your number now, remember.” He winked.
As soon as he was out of the library, she let out a groan and let her head fall onto the table. “I’m in deep trouble.” She muttered.
The next day, Dejah put a little bit more effort into her outfit.
Her favorite jeans, that hugged her hips and ass just right, and a light pink cropped hoodie that showed a sliver of skin when she reached up. She ignored Myra’s knowing smile as she met her at the front steps of the school.
“Don’t start,” Dejah said as they walked into the building and towards their lockers.
Myra ignored her warning. “So I take it the tutoring session went good yesterday.” She said as she hip bumped her. “You forgot to call me last night.”
“Sorry,” Dejah muttered as they navigated through the hallways. “I crashed after my shower.”
Myra snorted, and both girls froze as they turned the corner. Josh was leaning against Dejah’s locker, an anxious look on his face as he kept looking around the hall.
“Hey,” Josh said with a smile as she walked closer to him.
“Hi.” She muttered, heart beating fast as she reached her hand up to mess with her name necklace.
“I’m not a creep or anything.” He said, causing her to giggle. Josh grinned at the sound of her laugh. He wanted to be the only one to make her laugh from here on out. “I just wanted to walk you to class.”
Dejah blinked in surprise. “Oh, I mean,” She turned to look at Myra, who had a big smile on her face.
“I’ll be fine,” Myra said with a flick of her hand. “I was thinking about skipping first period anyway.” Myra didn’t give Dejah a chance to reply; she waved goodbye and turned on her heels, and started walking away from them.
“So…” Josh said, rocking back on his heels as he glanced at her. “You ready?”
Dejah blinked. “Ready?”
“To walk to class,” he said, nodding toward the hallway. “Unless you tryna ditch me already.”
“No!” Dejah said, a bit too fast. “I mean, yes, I’m ready.” She said as she grabbed and readjusted her bag on her shoulder. She let out a yelp of surprise when his bag was suddenly gone. She watched as Josh slung her bag over his shoulder and tilted his head in the direction of Mr. Reed’s class.
“C’mon.”
All she could do was nod and fall into step with him. Their hands and arms brushed while they walked, but neither of them had the courage to make the move… yet.
As they walked into Mr. Reed’s room, neither one of them could feel the stare of Kayla Martin. She scoffed as she noticed how close her man and that loser nerd were. Her eyes narrowed, and at that moment, she declared war on Dejah Monroe.

It was the summer of 1901, Y/N sat at her bay window doing her usual embroidery as the sun shined in throughout the room and highlighting the undertones of her hair. Below her, a large field with the greenest grass she had ever seen, flowers and various weeds peppered the field and she was content with the quietness of the cottage with the only sounds she could hear being the leaves rustling or occasionally a horse and carriage driving by. For a girl her age and status, she should've been taking care of a husband but Y/N had a quality to her that was was unlikable to most suitors. Y/N was opinionated, talkative and often times would get so wrapped up in conversation about various hobbies that she wouldn't even realize how long she had been speaking about them though with age—and a lot of telling off—she had become shy over the years often only speaking when spoken to.
A soft knock caught her attention. "Yes?" She called out, soon, the door opened and in came her father dressed in his best which was unusual for him as most of the time he was in work clothes. Y/N smiled putting the embroidery down beside her, running up to her father and embracing him.
"Father!" She smiled, she pulled away to look at his jolly face. Mr. Y/L/N adored his daughter more than anything, he had given her the choice not to marry if she didn't want to, but admittedly the noble house of Y/L/N had not been what it once was. Y/N's father worked hard to keep the house going, but unfortunately, it was clear that his daughter would have to go. A fact he was not happy about and something he struggled to tell his daughter, his only child.
"What are you doing here? I thought you weren't supposed to return till later this evening?" She said excitedly, happy to see her father come home early. For a long time, it had just been them after the death of her mother but the joy and love in the house remained the same as if she were still there, that was until now. Y/N's father's face seemed nervous through his smile. He struggled trying to find the best way to relay the message to his precious daughter.
"Well, I was thinking that today should just be an us day, what do you say? Care to spend an entire day with your old man?" He smiled and Y/N smiled back which only made him feel more guilty, this was not the complete truth and he never lied to his daughter usually unless it were tall tales of fighting the monster off that Y/N had thought was in her closet as a child, but this was no monster, this was real life. As the day went on and they spent time riding horses and catching butterflies with their nets in the big field, every smile and laugh tugged on Y/N's father's heart even more. Finally, after a day of spending time together and laughter, the sun began to set and it was time to tell Y/N the truth.
"Why do you look so troubled, father?" Y/N asked as they walked back to the cottage.
"Oh my flower, I must be honest with you," he stopped in his tracks which made Y/N do the same, now with the concerned look on her face, she patiently waited for her father to speak. "This evening we are to go to a dinner with Lord Hahn." He said in a guilty tone, Y/N looked perplexed.
"Lord?" She questioned looking perplexed. "Why are we meeting a Lord?"
"Lord Hahn is a client of sorts, he had come into my business weeks ago seeking my service and in that time we spoke about personal matters and I spoke about you and the Lord wishes to meet you tonight." The guilt dripped from his face as he stared at his confused daughter who still didn't understand why this was such a big deal nor why any lord would want to meet her. "You've made a great impression on him and...and darling girl, I can lie no longer....Tonight we will meet with Lord Hahn and a few of his friends because...you are to be betrothed." He could not look his daughter in the eyes, he stared down at ground as Y/N felt dizzy, she walked backwards until she hit a tree unexpectedly, she put one hand on the tree to steady herself and one hand on her chest feeling as if her heart would explode.
The man began to weep as he watched the heartbreak in his daughters eyes.
Y/N couldn't believe it but seeing her father weep and apologize over and over softened the blow. "I tried so hard, my child, to take care of you but I can do so no longer. I am but a sick poor old man, my health diminishes with every passing day and when it's time to meet my savior, I need to know my daughter is well taken care of. I'm so sorry." He sobbed, Y/N looked at her father sympathetically and took a deep breath before she walked over to him, she understood. Y/N imagined the life of a spinster many times and it did not bother her. In her mind, she'd simply make a terrible wife but despite everything, she would not fail her father. His heartbreak and sorrow crushed Y/N, she crouched down to him where he knelt on the ground in tears and hugged him, repeatedly telling him that it was okay.
As they walked back to the cottage, they spoke and reminisced. With every step, Y/N's father apologized profusely and Y/N was nothing but forgiving, after all, he made a point, when he died how would she support herself?
At the cottage, her father revealed that he spent large amounts of money on a beautiful gown to impress the man, Y/N gasped as he took it out the box to show her and she hugged her father tightly but felt incredibly terrible. Y/N didn't mind wearing the same two dresses everyday and this gown was far too spectacular for someone who often dropped and spilled things. Y/N went to her room and began getting dressed with the help of the maid. The Y/L/N home no longer had the money to employ their maids and servants but one stuck around, she had watched Y/N grow up and had become somewhat of a second mother to her and now tearfully tied her corset up for the last time.
"Oh Mrs. Bromley," Y/N cried to the maid turning around to finally face the woman who looked just as tearful. "I will not make a good wife. I understand father's reasoning but a Lord? Couldn't he find a simple farmer or perhaps an apprentice to marry me off to?" Y/N said earning a smile from the maid. The maid gently grabbed Y/N's shoulders and smiled. "You will make an expectational wife, my dear!" She said but Y/N did not look too convinced. Y/N always considered herself rather plain and this was a fact she relayed onto the maid who stared at her lovingly.
"Clearly, the Lord does not think you plain. He asked for your hand in marriage just from seeing a photo of you on your father's desk, that is not the response of a man to a plain girl." The maid said encouraging Y/N and telling her it would be alright. The carriage ride to the large manor was one filled with anxiety from Y/N and her father, they both sat there quietly with Y/N picking at her nails and staring out the window with millions of thoughts through her head. How could she become a wife to a Lord? Or really, a wife at all. Y/N hoped that if she were to marry one day, it would be for love and not for money or safety or for the sake of not being a spinster, but unfortunately this is just how it would be. She tried very quickly to accept that fact.
As they pulled up to the large manor, Y/N was in awe. The manor was as dark as the surrounding woodsy grounds, she could barely count how many windows the manor had but she suspected at least close to a hundred. The manor laid on a plot of land away from the outside world, it was dark in color and its surroundings foggy and damp. Y/N stepped out of the carriage feeling as if she were stepping into a house filled with spirits from the novels she had read.
The inside of the manor was no warmer, both figuratively and literally. Y/N shivered at the coldness, the walls were dark and lifeless much like the hardwood floor hard under her feet that creaked with every step. The servants all looked miserable, their pale and sallow skin made Y/N think of the dead. Their eyes looked as if they hadn't slept in years and they spoke in a monotone voice that made Y/N feel unwelcome. Suddenly, Y/N was having a harder time accepting this marriage. Y/N could not imagine reading and catching butterflies here, even with the light chatter going on and the sound of glass clinking, it seemed so soulless. Y/N imagined the man that could possibly live in such a horrid home like this, would he be just as cold as his home? Would this be her life forever?
A man walked up to them breaking Y/N's hopeless trance. "Ah," the man said seeing Y/N's father and calling his name "Good to see you." He said in an intimidating tone with an accent Y/N had never heard. The man was tall, blonde, blue eyed and extremely handsome. He wore a perfectly tailored dark suit that Y/N was sure was expensive. Was this her soon-to-be husband? Y/N's father shook the man's hand and the man introduced himself as Sir Kaiser and Y/N had felt a small bit disappointed, this was not the man she would marry. His gaze met Y/N's and he bowed politely without breaking eye contact, he grabbed Y/N hand and planted a kiss on her knuckles that made Y/N blush. Y/N bowed back.
"How do you do, my dear?" Kaiser asked, Y/N gulped suddenly feeling like she couldn't speak. "I'm well, I thank you. A-and yourself?" Asked Y/N politely. "Oh, I am very well." He said in a smooth tone, the handsome man was intimidating and yet had a look of pride on his face that would not leave him. Y/N's father and Sir Kaiser spoke but even so, Kaiser's eyes remained fixed on Y/N which caused her to look down at her shoes for most of the conversation. Then suddenly, a new man joined them. The man was tall and intimidating, he wore a fantastic suit with a long coat and held a cane in one hand that had a decorative snake for the handle and his eyes immediately met Y/N's.
"Lord Hahn" her father said almost in a frightened manner and Y/N's heart dropped. The man was clearly older and just as handsome as the man next to him. Equally as intimidating if not more so, and equally staring at Y/N as if she were the only person in the room. "Y/N, this is..." But her father did not finish his sentence, nerves and guilt had gotten to him and the thought of marrying his daughter off was enough to make him sick. Lord Hahn bowed, Y/N returned it, and he placed a kiss on her hand in the same spot as the man before.
"I'm Lord Hahn." He introduced himself, his deep voice and thick accent making Y/N speechless. "I see you've met my good friend and business partner, Sir Kaiser." He said and both men stood there proud looking, almost full of themselves. Y/N was so intimidated she could hardly speak. She stared at the tall man in almost awe, her eyes accidentally widened and both men took notice and seemed to find amusement in this. Suddenly, she had realized she was being asked a question.
"Pardon?" She said.
"I said..would you care to join us for dinner?" Lord Hahn repeated, feeling embarrassed she apologized and walked into the large dining room. The dark marble flooring sparkled under Y/N's feet and the long table held too many guest for Y/N's liking. Despite the chandelier, the room looked dim and dull. Y/N felt a sense of unwelcomeness in the home. Everyone sat down but Y/N, once again, she felt foolish and seemed to be zoning out and now everyone had taken notice of this, staring at her waiting for her to be seated. The only seat that was left was right next to her soon-to-be husband. Y/N sat down slowly. Lord Hahn and Sir Kaiser sat on opposite ends from each other, both occasionally giving each other smirks. Y/N could feel eyes on her and tried to focus on her food but could hardly stomach it.
Eventually, after dinner, the tall intimating man that was Lord Hahn had stood up. With a glass in his hand and a smug look on his face, everyone turned to him and stared, not saying a word. "Thank you all for coming. Today has been a very successful day not only for my business but for my personal life as well." Y/N's heart sank as he spoke, his captive audience looking at him with curiosity. "Tonight we will not only celebrate my flourishing business, but tonight we celebrate my engagement to the lovely young woman to the right of me." The crowd gasped lightly, mostly the wives of all his other business partners and then the applause ensued. Y/N felt awkward, she felt even worse was the man held his hand out for her to take and she had to stand up to practically be shown off. His hand was cold and rough, hers was warm like the sun. Y/N felt as if she could be sick and avoided eye contact with all guests.
Afterwards, Y/N desperately wanted the dinner to end so she could return to some normalcy. Y/N would have till the wedding to stay with her father and enjoy her days at the cottage, the thought brought tears to her eyes and they were clearly noticable. Lord Hahn and Sir Kaiser bid their goodbyes after dinner at the door. Her father shook their hands politely and Y/N said a quiet goodbye that was barely audible. "Oh," Lord Hahn said "Before you go, I will be seeing you tomorrow for lunch." He said to Y/N, not like a reminder, but like a soft demand. Her father looked confused but he was in no position to say anything so he simply said Y/N would be there there and smiled a very fake smile.
"I shall see you tomorrow." Said Y/N in her best attempt at a polite steady voice. Back at the cottage Y/N quickly said her goodnight to her father and ran up to her room. Finally, she could cry. It wasn't that the man was hideous, quite the contrary really, but she could not see herself feeling happy in that house. The house was cold and loveless, and he seemed no different. He seemed arrogant and proud, how could she grow to love a man like that? He surely wouldn't approve of her reading and writing nor her love of nature. Y/N's life would be filled with hosting parties and looking like a perfect statue by his side. Y/N cried herself to sleep and by the morning she felt restless.
Y/N got out of bed in no rush but she knew this was wrong. She walked around the cottage as if she'd never see it again. Surely, she'd be allowed to visit but in case that were not true, she took it all in. The drawings on the wall she had done as a child that had never been cleaned, the ink stains on the floor from the many times she had dropped the ink bottle while writing letters, the paintings and her books. It all felt so...home. It felt like love, the home shined bright always, the home was warm and peppered with flowers and plants all throughout and its soft colored wallpaper made the home feel gentle and kind, like a hug.
How could she go from a home like this to an utterly morbid home like Lord Hahn's?
When it was time to go to the dark manor, Y/N was most unexcited. She rode the carriage by herself and tried hard to focus on her breathing. Somehow, even on a sunny day like this, the manor and its surroundings were gloomy and dull much like the night before. She thought maybe it was the night sky making the manor appear so frightful but even during the day it seemed horrific. Y/N hesitated out the carriage but eventually pushed herself to walk to the large front door with a doorknocker that had a horrific looking creature above it. Almost as if they had known she was there, the door opened before she even touched it making her jump.
To her surprise, it was Sir Kaiser who had opened the door. Y/N's breath hitched. "Good afternoon sir," she bowed, anxious and confused but not at all unhappy to see the handsome man. "Good afternoon miss Y/L/N," he bowed back once again taking her hand and placing a slow kiss on her knuckles, his direct eye contact made Y/N blush and slowly, he moved his hand from hers. "Forgive me, but where is Lord Hahn?" Y/N asked, he smiled slightly, his hands behind his back as always. "He had to run a small errand and he should return soon, until then, I hope you don't mind my company." Kaiser said. Y/N smiled a genuine smile this time but still very shy. "Of course not." She said. Kaiser extended his arm out and she linked with it, they walked into the large cold manor and a shiver ran through Y/N and Kaiser smiled.
"Cold?" He questioned looking over at her.
"Indeed. Is it always this cold?" She asked.
"Yes, he rarely uses the fireplace but perhaps when you live here you might convince him." Kaiser said.
"I should hardly think any opinion of mine would be put into consideration." Said Y/N accidentally, Kaiser stopped in his tracks and looked at her and Y/N's face had turn red, she had done it again, she had spoken out of turn.
"Why's that?" He questioned.
"Forgive me, I do not mean to speak ill of your friend. It's just that...he seems so... intimidating is all. " Y/N said making Kaiser chuckle. "Don't let Gunther intimidate you." Kaiser said, Gunther, the name sounded so strange and even more intimidating than the man himself. "As long as he doesn't think ill of you then you shall be fine." Kaiser said but this did not make Y/N feel better. They continued walking and Y/N once again got quiet, they had walked outside behind the manner and as they walked they came upon a maze made from bushes and Y/N stopped. The large maze she was sure went on for miles and standing in the middle of it was a large marble fountain, she was not fond of the idea of mazes or getting lost.
"Scared?" Kaiser said with a hint of amusement in his voice. "I must confess, I do not enjoy mazes." She said nervously and Kaiser smiled. "Don't you worry darling, I have walked this maze plenty of times since I was a boy. We will not get lost, you have my word." A blush crept up on Y/N's face at the words spoken by the tall man but she was not convinced, nevertheless she walked ahead, clinging onto Kaiser more than she intended to which made him smile. They walked far, too far for Y/N's liking and the gloomy sky above did not help the fear she had. Suddenly, a rustling caught her attention. She snapped her head towards the sound and watched as the bush shook, without meaning to she inched closer to Kaiser whose smile grew more.
The rustling became louder and Y/N stepped back and suddenly, a fox burst out from the bush making Y/N squeal and jump into Kaiser's arms. Her arms wrapped tightly around his waist and she pressed her face in his chest. Seconds later she heard a chuckle and Kaiser gently wrapped his around her waist while his other hand moved gently to the back of her head. "It's just a fox sweet girl, nothing to be afraid of." He said making Y/N feel a bit stupid. She had seen foxes plenty of times but she did not expect to see one jump out at her. Feeling foolish, she slowly moved from Kaiser's body and looked up at him. "My apologies for the impropriety," she said, her face burning with embarrassment. "I was startled, I did not mean to..." She slowly backed away further yet Kaiser kept his hands on her shoulders gently, until he moved one hand to gently grab her chin and make her look up at him fully now.
"No worries dear." Said Kaiser looking down at the shy girl with a face she really couldn't make out. This was highly inappropriate, and Y/N knew it. Yet she stayed there in close proximity to the man, staring up at him with sparkling eyes and a mind filled with curiosity. They stared at each other for what felt like forever before Y/N broke the silence. "Perhaps we should go." She said in a less confident voice than she intended. Kaiser raised an eyebrow slightly. "You don't want to see the rest of the maze?" He questioned, his hands still on her shoulders gently. Y/N shook her head, "I'm afraid not, my apologies but I think I've had enough excitement for today." Said Y/N feeling like a child, they had barely walked in the maze for long before she had gotten scared, a small part of her wanted to say that she was fine and that they should walk further but she didn't. Kaiser nodded his head and once again extended his arm for Y/N take, they linked arms and walked back inside the manor.
"I do not wish to frighten you, my dear, I only wish to show you around your new home. To make you feel more comfortable." Kaiser said as they walked upstairs, Y/N smiled politely and thanked him, following him around as he showed off the manor. Room after room, the manor did not seem more lively, in fact it seemed scarier. The upstairs looked as if nobody was allowed up there at all, including staff. The chandeliers filled with cobwebs, the shelves in every room seem to be lined with dust. The carpet that ran down the corridor seemed faded in color and Y/N felt a sense of not being alone, as if she were being watched in every room. The pictures that lined the walls seemed to stare at her and she tried very hard not to look at any of them and again, she held Kaiser closer. Finally, there was one room left. Kaiser opened the door and Y/N's heart stopped.
"This is to be your bedroom," Kaiser said showing off the dim room only lit by a single candle. The grand canopy bed looked luxurious with its deep red bedsheets and dark wood frame. The room had many bookshelves and despite being the most clean looking room, it still seemed lifeless, as if barely used. Y/N walked closer and looked around by herself, not meaning to let go of Kaiser but he followed behind her closely watching her every movement and facial expression. She got closer to the bed and laid a hand on it gently, she gulped. It had come to her realization that she would be living with this man in his cold home, and not only that, but she'd be sleeping with him as well.
"Not impressed?" Kaiser asked breaking Y/N from her thoughts. She stood at the foot of the bed and turned around, not realizing Kaiser had been so close. "No no, it's just...does he ever sleep?" She asked making Kaiser laugh. "Hardly, I believe he spends most evenings in his study." Answered Kaiser. "That can't be healthy." Y/N commented once again making him laugh but his laughter died down, soon they stood there in the dim room far too close to each other and far too close to the bed. Kaiser looked down at her in a way she could not make out and Y/N tried to think fast on conversation topics but she was almost at a loss of words, the man was just entirely too perfect and gorgeous.
"Do you?" She asked suddenly breaking Kaiser from his own thoughts now.
"Do I what?" He asked lowly.
"Do you...sleep well..?" Said realizing quickly how stupid that question was, Kaiser smirked.
"Oh, I sleep very well, my darling. Especially with the right company." He said once again making Y/N's face feel warm.
"O-oh, do you have a wife?" Y/N asked feeling slightly ashamed now of her past thoughts about how handsome the man was.
"No, but I would've much liked a wife like you. It's a shame Gunther saw you first." Kaiser said but Y/N seemed too shocked to really comprehend what he had said.
"You don't have a wife? Really? That surprises me." She said without meaning to. Kaiser made a cocky expression but raised an eyebrow. "Why's that?" He asked but before Y/N could try to scrounge up the right words to say to cover her embarrassment, something caught their attention.
"Ludwig."
They both snapped their heads towards the door to see the intimidating man standing there, his tall frame nearly reached the top of the door and the lighting from the candle made his shadow taller, making him seem even more intimidating. Y/N felt as if she had been caught doing something wrong, it was incredibly improper to be alone like this in a bedroom with some random man although he wasn't so random. "Gunther." Ludwig said turning around and walking towards him with Y/N following slowly behind. "I was just showing your fiancée around." Ludwig said but there was a cocky innocent tone he played up, as if he knew this would upset Gunther.
Gunther looked at him with a small smile. "Geh weg, Ludwig." Gunther said still with a smile, Gunther motioned his head towards the door. Ludwig smiled almost mischievously and bowed to Gunther before leaving. Y/N stood there quietly watching as Gunther watched Ludwig leave before turning his attention to Y/N and she felt her heart sink. The man was scary, even when he was smiling. Would he be upset at her? Would he no longer find her to be a fit enough wife? Y/N debated with herself whether or not she'd be happy about that. Her fears went away when he said "How are you, darling?" Bowing to her, she returned the bow and felt a sense of relief. "I'm well thank you, how was your errands?" She asked coming closer and linking arms with him nervously, they strolled down the creepy halls and another shiver went down her spine. "They were fine." He said simply. Y/N nodded her head but didn't say anything, she wasn't really sure what to say or how to keep up conversation with this man but she tried her best to.
"You have a lovely home Lord Hahn." She lied, although it wasn't completely a lie. It was lovely, just...odd. Something about the home felt frightening and that feeling felt worse once they passed the paintings with the moving eyes. Y/N avoided their eye contact and looked at Gunther who was already looking at her. "Thank you, I fully intended to give you the house tour myself but I see Sir Kaiser has beaten me to it." Though his voice remained the same, there was a sense of annoyance in his words. As if he didn't know that Kaiser was going to do that.
"So, what do you think?" He asked.
"About?" Y/N asked stupidly.
"My home."
"O-oh, it's nice. Quite cold really." She said trying to think up more nice things to say but she couldn't, it looked like a haunted house and Y/N knew this was not the polite thing to say. Gunther chuckled softly. "I will send the servants to fetch some more wood and start lighting the fire places." He said and Y/N was shocked, she wasn't expecting the man to be...nice. But his kind words did not match his stern features and Y/N, though a bit calmer now, still felt intimidated. They kept walking throughout the manor and Y/N's heart raced with every step. She hardly paid any attention to what the man was saying until something finally caught her attention.
"We are to wed in a week and—" he said but Y/N stopped abruptly.
"A week?!" She said shocked.
"Did your father not tell you?" Gunther questioned in a silky voice, seeming just as surprised as she was.
"No, he failed to mention that to me it seems." Her voice was bitter and strong now, no longer meek and Gunther couldn't help but smirk. "I see," he said softly "Well, that is a lot to take in in just a week. If you wish to postpone everything we can." He said and again, she was not expecting that sort of kindness from the large man. Though she was upset that she was not told this, especially as it seems her father had known for weeks that this was happening and only now told her, she would not let him or Gunther down. It would be wrong. "No no, I just... it's just a lot to take in in so little time." Y/N said earnestly. Gunther nodded his head and grabbed her hand gently, again, his hand was freezing cold to the point it almost stung. "I understand. That is why I invited you here today, to get to know you. I do not wish for you to feel uncomfortable in this home or uncomfortable with me. I want you to feel like this is your home too. Whatever you want, you'll get it rest assured." Gunther vowed and all of Y/N's worries seem to fade away slowly, perhaps he wasn't as bad after all which only made her feel worse for her previous thoughts of his handsome friend.
They walked alongside each other, the conversation flowing now and soon they made it to the back of the manor at the maze Y/N hated.
"I do not wish to go there again." She said looking at him nervously.
"Again?"
"Sir Kaiser brought me into the maze, we did not get far, I got frightened." She said embarrassed.
"Of course he did." He said a bit sarcastically, staring off into the distance as if thinking about something before looking back at Y/N with a smile. "But don't worry, we will not be going in there. We're going over there," he said looking over to the side, Y/N turned her head to see a path that led into the woods. Y/N was more scared about this than the maze but she followed close, holding onto Gunther way tighter than she realized. The woods seemed dead, hardly any leaves covered the trees and yet the branches sprawled everywhere even towards each other making a sort of tunnel through the path. Various sounds of sticks breaking and owls made Y/N's blood pressure rise and Gunther felt amused. Finally, they entered a clearing where the sun seemed to shine only on this specific bit of land. A gazebo in the middle laid there with a small table and two wicker chairs. It was beautiful. The table had a white lace cloth that seemed old and like it hadn't been used in years, the teacups and plates had beautiful designs but seemed faded. Gunther pulled out the chair for her, waiting for her to sit before sitting down across from her.
"This is lovely." Y/N smiled. Gunther smiled back. "I thought you might like it." Y/N ate the small sandwiches politely or her best attempt at polite, but still managed to get crumbs everywhere. She apologized and Gunther smiled but he did not eat anything, he only watched. They had amazing conversation and for once, Y/N actually felt understood. The walk back to the manor was filled with laughter and talking from Y/N, she had forgotten what it was like to be able to talk so much and finally when they got back to the manor she had realized that Gunther hadn't said a word. Her face dropped.
"Forgive me, I'm quite talkative." She said fearing a reprimand but instead Gunther caressed her cheek. A shiver went down her spine again and she got goosebumps. "I don't mind at all." He said lowly. They looked at each other and even under the candlelight Gunther could see the pink shade appearing on her face. "Uh, will I be seeing you tomorrow?" She asked sweetly. Gunther tilted his head slightly, he was fully intending to spend the week with her until their wedding but he wasn't expecting her to be so open to it. "If that is what you wish." He said smiling, she smiled and by the next day she was there again. And again, they'd spent more and more time together and every now and then she'd see Ludwig who always stopped her for conversation.
"I think...flowers might help." She told Gunther one afternoon in his study, he normally never allowed anyone in his study apart from Ludwig and a few other colleagues. His eyes flicked up to her, she smiled sweetly and he couldn't help but return it. "Flowers?" Gunther questioned, Y/N nodded her head with a bit more excitement than usual. Gunther finally put his pen down, a few of them had went missing due to Y/N using them and losing them. Pens were a luxury that the Y/L/N's could not afford, they still used quills. He sat back in his chair and looked at her as she spoke. "Yes, flowers would make your manor look less...haunted." she said making him laugh. "Haunted?" He snorted "You don't really believe in such childish things, do you?" He said and Y/N made an almost offended face. "It's possible, do you not?" She asked. He laughed once more, almost in a tone that reeked of mocking. "I believe what I can see." He said plainly. Their time spent together was far more enjoyable than Y/N imagined, he took her everywhere with him and she was surprisingly okay with this. He read to her in German, he tried to teach her and laughed at every mispronounced word.
"What's that?" She said pointing to a large object covered in a white sheet. Gunther looked over, he was showing her around the manor trying to get a good layout for their wedding that would be held there, they decided the garden would be for the ceremony and the ballroom for the reception. "It's a piano, I hardly play anyone so I cover it up." Said Gunther and Y/N seemed shocked, staring at the piano then Gunther. "You play?" She asked and he nodded. "Will you teach me?" She clung onto his arm and looked up at him. Gunther did not like playing anymore and he had no patience for teaching anything to anyone, but he couldn't say no to her so he agreed. She smiled and her smile made him smile but what he didn't expect was for her to go dashing towards the piano this instant.
"Perhaps another time." He said once she had already uncovered the grand piano, ripping the sheet off of it and tossing it the floor with no care. It was a beautiful all black piano, she had never seen anything like it before. She stared at it, dazzled but then turned to Gunther with a slight disappointment in her eyes. "Alright." She agreed softly, tracing her fingers lightly on the piano before pressing a key and smiling at the noise. Again, Gunther could not say no, nor disappoint her in any fashion. He didn't know why, normally he got much enjoyment out of upsetting people, but not Y/N. He sighed and walked over to the dusty piano and sat on the bench. Y/N stared at him confused before he gestured with his head for her to sit next to him. She smiled and hopped into the seat. They sat close, shoulder to shoulder, and Y/N could feel herself blushing. He began showing her a few keys before playing for her, he played beautifully and Y/N was shocked. Gunther then looked at her and instructed her to copy him, they played together although Y/N played much slower. Their hands touched as they played many times and Y/N couldn't help but get distracted. She stopped playing all together while he seemed to not notice and continued, she looked at him with an affectionate look in her eyes. It would not be impossible to learn to love the man but she could see why many did not, he was cruel at times and harsh, extremely unforgiving and yet, none of these things with her.
He finally noticed she had stopped playing and looked at her, their faces incredibly close. "I'm terrible." Said Y/N as an excuse for her stopping. He smiled softly and seemed to scan her face with his eyes, he held her cheek with one hand and gently caressed it with his thumb and despite how cold he was, she leaned into it more with her face. "Don't worry sweetheart, you'll get better. I'll teach you, I promise." He said in practically a whisper, their faces seemed to be drawing closer together and Y/N had felt like she couldn't breathe. Suddenly, a servant had walked in. "Lord Hahn," she said making them both look to the noise, Y/N finally breathed and a hint of disappointment had ran through her. "What is it?!" He snapped, the servant bowed her head in an almost cowardly way and mumbled that Sir Kaiser was here. Gunther sighed and harshly dismissed the woman. He turned to Y/N, his face softening. "Another time, my dear." He said and Y/N nodded her head politely.
Gunther got up from the bench angrily and walked towards the front door, Y/N followed behind. There Ludwig stood, Gunther had said he could come over to dinner by the end of the week before they had gotten married as a celebration but Ludwig was early, a fact Gunther made sure to tell Ludwig without saying hello.
"Am I?" Ludwig's voice dripped with faux innocence. "Oh, my apologies Gunther. I did not know, I thought you said four." Ludwig stepped into the entryway with his hands behind his back and a smug look on her face. Before Gunther could say anything, Y/N walked behind Gunther and immediately caught both men's attention. Ludwig finally smiled. "Y/N," he said once again reaching out for her hand and planting a kiss on it. Gunther stared at Ludwig with a stern expression. "How marvelous you look, truly ravishing." Ludwig said bowing to her, she smiled and began talking about the piano and how she was being taught to play, she spoke of her day and the picnic and boat rides at the lake with swans they had gone on and all the books Gunther had bought her. Y/N spoke with enthusiasm and glee, both men smiled and looked at her but every now and then they gave each other a quick glance. Finally, when she stopped talking Ludwig smiled now way closer than she remembered.
"That all sounds lovely, I'm glad you enjoyed yourself tod—"
"Y/N," Gunther interrupted Ludwig. Y/N looked at Gunther. "Go to the dining room, please. Me and Ludwig must discuss work related things before dinner." Gunther said trying not to sound rude, Y/N nodded her head slowly and bowed to both men, she turned to walk away before Gunther grabbed her hand and pulled her back, planting a soft kiss on her cheek. Y/N bit her lip and looked up at him before walking away to the dining room. Gunther smiled and watched her walk, he made sure she was out of earshot before his face dropped and he turned to Ludwig. "Study. Now." Was all Gunther said before walking to his study, Ludwig followed closely behind with a sort of smile on his face, he knew what he was doing but he didn't much care. That was, until Gunther had slammed the door behind him. Ludwig had been on the receiving end of Gunther's wrath many times and he tried to avoid it at all cost but every now and then he pushed a bit too far.
"I am not a stupid man, Ludwig, nor are you." Gunther walked to a globe and opened it up. Inside contained various whiskeys, he grabbed two glasses and poured them, handing a drink to Ludwig before leaning on his desk and taking a sip of his own. "I do not know what you speak of Gunther, I was just being polite." Ludwig's tone was condescending and Gunther laughed to himself, not because he thought it was funny but because he really truly wondered who Ludwig thought he was kidding.
"We always shared Gunther, why such the long face now?" Ludwig asked. "It was you who said it'd be alright, it was you who fantasized about—"
"It's different now." Gunther said.
"Oh? How so? Don't tell me Gunther that...you're in love all the sudden. It's only been a week." Ludwig mocked and began to laugh before Gunther put his glass down harshly and swiftly made his way over to Ludwig who sat in the armchair in front of him. Gunther grabbed Ludwig harshly by the tie and his smile dropped. "You go too far Ludwig!" Gunther spat and Ludwig said nothing, Gunther grabbed his tie so hard and pulled his face so close that Ludwig was almost sure that if he wasn't careful, he'd be getting choked out. "Let her come to you, do not push. And before anything remember that she is mine. You will have your turn when I give you permission. Do you understand?!" Gunther said harshly, Ludwig nodded his head and Gunther finally let go. Ludwig gasped for air and began coughing.
"Drink your drink Ludwig, my bride is waiting." Gunther said leaving Ludwig alone and heading to the dining room. At dinner, it was quiet and awkward. The two men did not say much and Y/N didn't either, feeling the tension between them. When it was time for dessert, Y/N smiled excitedly hearing that tonight's dessert was pudding. Gunther never had dessert, but now that Y/N would be there he would. The first night she had stayed for dinner, she had asked for it and normally if anyone had asked him for dessert he'd quickly ask them if they were a child but when she asked, he made sure by the next time she was at dinner that there certainly was dessert. Both smiled watching her eat.
"I have brought gifts." Ludwig said getting both Y/N and Gunthers attention. They looked over at him, Y/N seemed a bit more curious while Gunther still seemed annoyed. "Servant girl," Ludwig called out to the servant "Go bring the gifts I handed you earlier, go on, run along." He commanded. The servant came back nervous looking holding two boxes. One box was much bigger than the other, she handed them to Ludwig and he looked at her disgustedly. "Well, don't hand them to me. Hand them to them." Ludwig snapped. Y/N felt bad for the poor servant who read the names on the boxes and handed them to the respective owner. The big box went to Gunther, the smaller one to Y/N. The servant scurried out of the dining room when she was done. "Well go on, open them." Ludwig said arrogantly awaiting the praise for the gifts. Gunther opened the box up lazily but when he opened it, he was slightly impressed to see a beautiful decanter with a stopper that was in the shape of a skull, Y/N found it fitting.
Ludwig looked at Gunther smugly, satisfied with the impressed look Gunther had on his face.
"Hast du mir schon vergeben?" Asked Ludwig.
"Nein, aber es ist ein guter Anfang." Replied Gunther.
Y/N looked at both men confused before staring at her small box with a bow on it. Ludwig patiently waited for her to open it. She slowly undid the ribbon and bunched it up, putting it to the side. Then she opened the box and gasped. Gunther raised an eyebrow and watched as his bride picked up a small silver charm bracelet with a cottage charm already on it. She smiled brightly. "It's beautiful! Oh I thank you, truly. This is a lovely gift." She clutched it to her chest and looked over at Ludwig who looked more than satisfied with himself, Gunther rolled his eyes. A bracelet? A stupid charm bracelet? He had done more things for her in one day that could amount to a hundred charm bracelets. Gunther was not impressed.
When it was time to say their goodbyes, it was incredibly late, far later than Gunther had intended and he feared letting Y/N go on the carriage ride back to her father's house alone. They all stood at the door, Y/N stood between the two men and watched as they talked and couldn't understand them, but they looked as if they were bickering very childishly. "It was lovely seeing you again, Sir Kaiser." Y/N interrupted, their attention immediately went to her. "And it was lovely seeing you, how I always miss that face." Ludwig said, Gunther practically snorted. He couldn't even be too angry anymore, all he thought was that Ludwig sounded foolish but his anger returned slightly when she smiled. "I shall be seeing you this weekend for the wedding then?" Asked Y/N, Ludwig bent down to meet her face. "You shall see me always, pretty girl." He replied and Y/N felt a heat run through her body, their faces were close and her lips parted but then she backed up trying to create space, she didn't get far, Gunther was pressed up behind her. Y/N looked up at him and his cold face, she looked between the two men and suddenly became dizzy, she clutched her corset. They both took notice and both laid a hand on her shoulder.
"Are you alright?" They asked at the same time. The guilt flooded Y/N, she adored Gunther dearly. The week she had spent with him made her feelings blossom like flowers but the heat Ludwig caused was undeniable. She would be getting married this weekend and all she could think about was both men. It was scandalous, it was improper for any lady let alone a young lady such as herself. "Y-yes I...I just feel a bit...." And then, she fainted. Immediately, Gunther's voice thundered through the manor, he hurled insults at his staff for not being quick enough and immediately sent her to his bed. Both men walked there and watched as the staff checked her and began putting cold rags on her forehead. They sent for a doctor and waited patiently for one. Finally, after what felt like years to both men, a doctor came and checked Y/N. There was no illness, only nerves and worry. The doctor suspected it was wedding worries. When he left, Gunther immediately slapped Ludwig's shoulder, Ludwig flinched and looked over at him.
"How is this my fault?!" Ludwig immediately said.
"You are causing her stress." Gunther said.
"I am not! Perhaps it's you, have you ever thought about that?" Ludwig said bravely but bracing himself for a slap. Instead, Gunther looked as if he was thinking about something. "Or perhaps it's both of us." He said lowly. He was no idiot, Gunther could see that Y/N very much liked Ludwig as well as himself, if she was riddled with guilt then it was both their faults. But mainly Ludwig's fault, Gunther thought. "I will see you at the wedding, Ludwig." Gunther dismissed him but Ludwig would not budge. "I will not leave her like this." Ludwig said and Gunther turned to Ludwig with a stern expression on his face, again, Ludwig braced for a slap.
"Oh? Don't tell me you are lovesick Ludwig, it's only been a week." Gunther mocked the words that echoed Ludwig's own and Ludwig glared before storming out the manor. Gunther looked at her Y/N, she now laid breathing softly. Gunther walked over to the bed and sat down next to Y/N. He caressed her face and watched as her chest moved in her corset, his breath hitched and he immediately looked away. When Y/N woke, she turned to see Gunther laying next to her on top of the sheets, her heart skipped a beat and almost like he could sense the staring, his eyes opened.
"Y/N," his voice was deep and tired, and Y/N found it most attractive. "How are you feeling, mein liebling?" He asked scooting closer and caressing her cheek. Y/N shivered, the large bedroom was cold and unpleasant, she couldn't believe that this would be her bedroom. Gunther pulled her closer and wrapped his arms around her as she shivered. "I'm sorry, I'll go ask one of the servants to light the fireplaces, I did not expect you to stay the night." Gunther said softly. "Are you alright?" He asked, finally Y/N spoke. "Y-yes, I'm just cold. I'm so sorry for ruining dinner—" she began but Gunther immediately cut her off, not having any of that conversation. "You did not ruin anything, don't fret. Are you okay to be left for the moment?" He asked and Y/N agreed although she instantly regretted it. The dim cold room was even more horrifying at night, it seemed as if any second something would pop out at her and in that anticipation when Gunther returned with his servant, she jumped.
The fireplace helped tremendously and Y/N was grateful but still guilty and embarrassed. "Oh God, my father, he must be so—" but again she was cut off. "I sent a servant to personally deliver the news of your illness, he was unable to leave work but he will be checking in on you tomorrow." Gunther said and Y/N felt relieved though surprised her father did not come to see her, work or not. The silence felt thick and it felt scandalous to be in bed with the man despite him being her soon-to-be husband. He sat next to her fully clothed and yet she had never felt more scandalous. "So, I am to stay here tonight?" She questioned already knowing the answer. "Of course, unless you do not want to. Then I will personally escort you back home." And while normally she never wanted her father to worry, she did not want to leave. The man looked gorgeous under the candlelight and she would be lying if she said she didn't enjoy the closeness. "No, I want to stay with you." She said stupidly. Gunther smiled. "Do you wish to stay in here with me or would you like to go to one of the guest rooms?" He asked politely. Ever the gentleman, he wasn't going to make her stay in the bedroom if she didn't want to but he desperately wished she did. Y/N gulped, she was unsure of what to say but she knew exactly what she wanted to say, but this would be breaking all rules. How could they lay in bed together before marriage? It was scandalous, it was vile, it was exactly what she wanted.
"I think..." But she didn't know what to say. Y/N stared at him unable to speak. "How about you stay here and I go to a guest room?" He suggested seeing as how she looked very indecisive. "No." She finally said but lost the ability to speak afterwards again. "No?" He raised an eyebrow. Y/N put a gentle hand on his and he immediately grabbed it back gently. "I want you to stay." She said so softly it could've been confused as a whisper, Gunther smirked and leaned in to kiss her forehead. "Then I will stay." He said back. When he finally sat back straight, he looked at her dress and then back up at her eyes. "We should get you out of that corset and dress, I don't imagine that's very comfortable to sleep in. I've had nightgowns made for you here that you can use tonight." Gunther said and Y/N smiled but her smile disappeared when he went to get up to get the maids help her undress.
"Wait!" She said, afraid to be left alone again in the creepy room. He turned around. "Please don't leave, I'm horribly frightened. I can take my own corset off." She lied. "Are you sure?" He asked, he fully intended to have them help her undress and run her a warm bath but she did look extremely scared. Gunther stepped closer to her as she reassured him she could do everything by herself but as she stood behind the dressing screen this was not true. She fumbled horribly and could not undo the corset. She reached behind her back and messed with the strings but she was positive she just had made it tighter. After a couple of minutes of this, she gave up. Gunther had watched the entire thing and tried not to laugh. "Do you need help?" He asked, behind the dressing screen Y/N looked mortified. Help her with her corset? He was clearly not a man who cared about the start of their marriage but again, that small voice in Y/N's head, it told her many sinful things all of which she tried to ignore.
Y/N walked out from behind the dressing screen and looked her groom in the eyes. It was not only improper but it was just wrong. Everything was. But Y/N debated with herself, was it wrong? After all, if this is to be her groom then it should be normal he see her undressed or perhaps this was just her justification for her lack of self discipline. "Yes... please." She said and Gunther slowly got out of bed and walked towards her, it felt as if he took forever to get to her and by the time he did, Y/N forgot how to breath. Gunther eyed her up and down before going behind her and slowly undoing her dress which fell to the ground in a puddle at her ankles, there she stood in undergarments her face was as red as an apple. She was practically naked. Then he began on her corset and soon that fell to the ground. With every layer Y/N felt like her body was on fire. She stood there in her chemise and drawers, those were the last to go but Gunther stopped, she surely would not need help with these. Unless she asked.
"I'll run you a bath." He said simply eyeing up his practically nude bride. Gunther had to force himself to stop looking at her before walking to the bathroom and starting the bath. The image of undressing Y/N played in his head over and over and he had to take a breath before he could face her again. When he got back to the room, Y/N had left her hair loose and she looked absolutely gorgeous. "Your bath is ready." He said simply and she walked up to him, giving him a kiss on the cheek before entering the large bathroom. The tub was black as well as the tiles on the floor but the walls were a dark emerald green, it was a beautiful bathroom had it not been so creepy and Y/N tried very hard not to the think about how scared she truly was. Nowhere in this house did it ever not feel like somebody was watching her, she stepped into the warm bath and hummed, the warm water warmed up her cold skin instantly and she had never felt more relaxed.
Y/N dared to close her eyes and instantly she got flashes of the paintings from the halls and their stern faces and moving eyes. Her eyes snapped open. She tried to relax but she could not. Y/N thought about bathing quickly and then getting out but there was two flaws in that plan, she was far too cold to get out of the bathtub and she had not grabbed a towel. Y/N weighed her options, maybe she could put back on her chemise and drawers to go outside and get her nightgown, but the thin white fabric would soak against her skin and she'd practically be naked anyway. How could she be so stupid? Y/N thought to call out to Gunther but after every call he did not come. This only scared Y/N more, had he gone away after she told him not to? Was she alone in this room? Suddenly, Y/N felt a panic. She needed to get out of this bathtub, she called after him one more time and he did not answer so it was clear he was not there. Y/N began to drain the tub, as the water crawled down her skin and into the drain Y/N began to shiver, she stood up in the tub and tried to air dry as much as possible before getting out. Y/N shivered violently and her teeth chattered loudly, suddenly the candle began to flicker and Y/N looked at it panicked.
Gunther had accidentally fallen asleep but he awoke to the sound of a scream and a loud thud. He turned his head to the bathroom immediately and the candle had gone out, he quickly grabbed the candelabra and ran to the bathroom and he didn't see his bride till he looked down at the naked girl. Quickly without thinking he grabbed her and pulled her up with ease, he picked her up over his shoulder and carried her off to bed. Gunther laid her down in bed and quickly grabbed a towel and dried her off as much as he could. He patted down her whole body and his movements became slower and slower, finally, he took a look at his nude bride. Gunthers jaw clenched and Y/N suddenly was very aware of her situation, but her sore ankle made it hard for her to focus on it.
"Are you hurt?" Gunther asked but his eyes were not on hers, they traveled all throughout her body no matter how hard he tried not to. "I...yes actually, my ankle. It hurts terribly." She said and Gunther quickly snapped out of it. He looked down at her ankle and could see a slight bruise appearing, he lightly touched it and she flinched terribly, his hand moved back as if he had touched fire. Now there was no time to gawk at her, he was now concerned and immediately doing everything he could to make her feel better. For a start, he grabbed her a nightgown and put it on for her to warm her back up. Gunther mentioned waking up the servants again and to this Y/N objected. She grabbed his hand softly and pulled him back. "Please, I think I've troubled them enough tonight." Said Y/N "I...I just..wish to go to sleep. Will you lay with me?" She asked, dawn approached and they had barely slept aside from Y/N's passing out and Gunthers small nap. He nodded his head and began to undress, Y/N tried to look away but every now and then she'd look over. When he was left in nothing but shorts, he climbed into bed. Y/N stared at his arms and eyed him all over much like he did to her and soon he scooted closer. Y/N being brave, laid her head on his shoulder and slept peacefully but Gunther hardly did, he spent most the night watching her sleep and caressing her face gently enough to not wake her.
When the day of the wedding arrived, Y/N felt incredibly nauseous. This was it, her wedding day. The soulless home would now be hers and the intimidating man would be her husband. Y/N's father and her old maid and all of Gunthers servants spoke to her words of encouragement but she heard none of it. Y/N limped now, as it had turned out, Y/N had sprained her ankle and it was now wrapped. She did not see Gunther all day and admittedly she missed their conversations but she'd have their whole lives for conversations. Like a lifeless ghost, Y/N seemed to be floating around all day and not paying attention to anything. When the women gasped and cried as Y/N put on her wedding dress, Y/N had no reaction. She could not shake the feeling of being alone, it wasn't that Gunther was terrible it was actually the opposite but the cold home would now be hers forever. It had happened so fast, just a week ago she was doing embroidery by her bay window and now she was getting married with a sprained ankle.
Her father looked just as mournful and this seemed to be the only time Y/N came back to it, to remind him that she would be visiting and that he could visit her any time. Already she mourned for the childhood bedroom she loved but it was not all bad, earlier in the week her father had brought her back her flower blanket her mother had made her and so now, the pastel blanket lay on Gunthers dark bed in an almost comical fashion. A stuffed rabbit laid against the pillows too, much to the dismay of Gunther who tried his best to make Y/N feel happy but all requests seem to be turning Gunthers home into a doll house.
Y/N sat at her vanity staring at herself in the mirror. The long veil and puffed sleeves were dramatic and slightly outrageous. She wore the bracelet that Ludwig had given her and a long oval shaped ring with her birthstone in it on the other side of her hand that Gunther had given her. Her hair, pinned up and light makeup touched her face. She shook as if she were cold and partially she was but she knew this wasn't that, she was panicking. Soon, the door opened again and it caught her attention, she looked in the mirror and saw behind her the reflection of Ludwig Kaiser walking towards her. Y/N's head snapped towards the handsome man in the well tailored and expensive suit. Her guilt flooded her but her excitement of seeing him superseded that of the guilt.
"Sir Kaiser," she said standing up from the vanity and walking towards him, bowing. "You're here." She said a little too excitedly. "Of course I am, I told you I would be." He said completely ignoring the fact that this was his best friend's wedding and he had only just met Y/N but what she didn't know was that he had known about her for the same amount of weeks as Gunther did. Both men talked for long hours about how gorgeous Y/N was and how they couldn't wait to get their hands on her but in that time, and getting to know her, both men's feelings on the matter changed. Of course, they still wanted to get their hands on her but Gunther had become a bit more possessive in that time. Y/N smiled but her eyes traveled and soon, she saw a bruise on Ludwig's neck that made her smile disappear. She gasped and her hands drew to her mouth like a prayer, she walked closer and ran her fingers along his neck and Ludwig gasped himself. "What happened?" She asked, Ludwig was so entranced by Y/N he almost forgot what had happened at all but then he remembered and he swallowed. "I fell off my horse." He lied and it wasn't a good lie, Ludwig cursed himself when he saw Y/N's confused face but he wished desperately she'd keep her hands on him forever.
"Does it hurt terribly?" She questioned, a concerned look in her eyes.
"Not at all, my dear." He said.
Ludwig felt a great deal of disappointment when Y/N took her hands off of him. She only now looked up at him in an expression he could not understand but their closeness made him more than satisfied even with the lack of touch. "Nevermind me," Ludwig said lightly trailing his fingers down her veil then caressing her cheek, Y/N tried to look away to hide her blush but Ludwig saw it and he was most smug about it. "How are you feeling?" He asked and Y/N was going to lie, she should've lied, but around Ludwig she felt she could be her most truthful self so she told him the truth. "I am extremely nervous. I am nervous to be a wife, I am nervous about leaving my father behind and I am nervous to live in that home. To be quite plain, I do not make a good wife and...I should only hope that Lord Hahn will grow to care for me as I him." Y/N said and it slightly stung Ludwig but he quickly recovered. "Trust me, you will make a perfect wife. I am most jealous of Gunther really, that he gets to see you everyday and awake to that pretty face. And as his truest of friends I can say with certainty that Gunther is most affectionate about you. He adores you with every fiber of his being." Ludwig said truthfully and Y/N smiled. "Do you really think so?" She asked sweetly and as much as it pained him, he reassured her.
"And you? Will you always be around?" Asked Y/N shyly, this returned the smug look back to Ludwig's face quickly. "Of course I will, I cannot stay away from you." Ludwig said earnestly. It was true, even with the threats from Gunther looming over his head, he could not stay away from Y/N. Normally when Gunther threatened him, he knew to back off but this time he could not. "I do not live far from you. Whenever you need me, I shall be there or perhaps whenever you need the company of another, you can come over. Gunther is often very busy, you might get very lonely." Ludwig's tone was manipulative and calculating, he knew exactly what he was doing and he knew if Gunther found out, he'd be a dead man. To his surprise, Y/N agreed to this and thanked him quietly but Y/N knew this was was wrong.
"You still look nervous, have I not eased all your worries?" Ludwig said. Truthfully, Y/N was looking at him nervously. She did enjoy Ludwig's company, Ludwig's attention and she knew it was wrong but she wanted it always. "You did I just...I don't know, I suppose I'm just worried about the wedding." Y/N looked at the giant grandfather clock in the corner, it was almost time. Ludwig smiled mischievously, a thought flickering in his head. "Yes, you must be so frightened to be having your first tonight." Ludwig said manipulatively. Y/N's widened, she actually hadn't even thought about that until now. Would she be having to perform the duties of a wife to her husband? Gunther was handsome of course and caring but would she be any good? She began to panic.
"First kiss as well in..." He looked over at the clock before looking back at her. "Just a few moments." He said, he put his hands on her shoulders and rubbed them gently. "Poor girl, you must be terribly worried." He gently put his hand under her chin and lifted it to look up at him. "Never fear, as your...friend, I can relieve you of such worries." He said lowly. Y/N gulped, feeling a familiar heat course through her body. "You can?" She said practically whispering. "I can. We can practice now if you wish, it might ease your nerves." He pulled her face up to his and Y/N for a moment thought she'd let him, but she couldn't. She gently put her hands on his chest, pushing herself back. "I...." She began "I cannot. I'm sorry Ludwig." It was improper to address him by his name but she did so without thinking and he did not mind. Her voice making the name sound sweet on her tongue.
"I'm sorry, I mean Sir—"
"No no, you may address me by my name. And you need not apologize to me for anything, I understand." He said backing up slowly. She grabbed his hands so he would not get far. "I hope this does not change anything." Said Y/N in almost a panic. Ludwig smiled and kissed on the cheek, he did not move, his lips close to her ear. "I will always be around should you need me." He looked Y/N up and down before meeting her eyes. "You look beautiful." He sighed, he squeezed her hands and let her be and she sat back down at the vanity with her head in her hands.
Ludwig walked down the long cold halls in frustration, he wanted her badly and truly had he seen her first, she'd be his wife. Lost in thought, he bumped into Gunther harshly. "And where have you been?" Gunther questioned, already knowing the answer. "Nowhere." He said almost childishly. Gunther grabbed him roughly and pushed him against a wall. "What did I say to you before, Ludwig?" Gunther snarled, and to his surprise, Ludwig pushed him back. "I did nothing! I bid her good luck and was off." Said Ludwig walking away from Gunther. He stared at Ludwig with cold eyes and Ludwig turned to him. "You shouldn't fret you know, she seems to love you a great deal. You are lucky." His tone seemed annoyed and soon Ludwig stormed out
It was a gloomy day for a wedding. The leaves had begun to change colors, a bright red and orange. The leaves themselves had rained down on guests and created a crunch under everyone's feet. Despite Gunthers best efforts, it was impossible to make the land seem full of life. Y/N walked down the aisle of dead leaves with her father, Gunther stared at his bride with a smile on his face. The violins played an ominous tune that Y/N imagined was meant to be a wedding song. When she met Gunther, she felt sick. Ludwig sat in the audience with a scowl. The priest began to speak.
She vowed her obedience, her flesh and blood, her loyalty and life to him and he vowed the same. Soon, it was time to kiss Gunther and Y/N felt as if she'd faint again. She stepped closer to Gunther and he stepped closer to her. "Do not be afraid." He whispered before leaning in slowly and planting a soft kiss on her lips, he held her face there and Y/N's heart fluttered as Ludwig watched with a scowl on his face. It was as perfect as she imagined and every worry she had had washed away like a wave. Gunther kissed her with sweetness and care, as if he had been aching for it and without meaning to, he pulled her closer before he realized what he was doing. They pulled apart. When Y/N opened her eyes she was met with a sweet look on Gunther's face but a hunger in his eyes. They linked arms and walked towards the ballroom, but they did not make it to the ballroom. Gunther had pulled them aside into his study. Before Y/N could say a word he pushed her against the door and gave her another kiss, this time, more passionately.
He held her face closely as if she'd disappear any moment and groaned as if he had been wanting to do this for so long, and truthfully he had. From the very moment he saw her, he wanted her. "What...about...our..guests?" She said in-between kisses. He broke off his kiss and leaned his head on her forehead, he wanted her, but not like this. "You're right." He whispered. He stood up there and fixed himself. "My apologies," his eyes traveled her body once more, flashes of his nude wife had crossed his mind. Gunther put his arm out for her to take and she did. "Let's go." He said. Their reception was strange, though the dull manor now had flowers scattered about, it still seemed so dreary. The violins played their scary tune and Y/N and Gunther danced all night till their feet hurt. By the end of the night, everyone said their goodnights all but one. Ludwig. Naturally, he stayed behind. Y/N had tired herself out from the dancing and the stepping on Gunther's feet occasionally.
The last person had said goodbye to the newlyweds and they gave each other another kiss, Y/N still hadn't gotten used to that part yet. When they turned they were met with Ludwig. Gunthers smile dropped and Y/N stiffened.
"Congratulations," Ludwig said sarcastically. They could both hear the bitterness in his tone and the drunkenness in his words. "Well, I must go." He said stumbling towards them, he nearly tripped but Y/N grabbed his arm. He looked dreadful but his eyes met Y/N's with complete adoration. "Are you sure you're okay to go home?" Asked Y/N concerned, before he could answer Gunther did. "He's fine." Grabbing Ludwig's shoulder roughly and trying to push him towards the door but instead, Ludwig fell. Y/N squealed and kneeled down to check on him, he was fine, just passed out. "Just step over him." Gunther said harshly and Y/N gave him a shocked scowl. Gunther sighed and relented.
"The servants will put him in a room, come along." His tone was no longer sweet and Y/N seemed confused but she got up slowly and went with Gunther upstairs. In their bedroom, Gunther once again undressed Y/N and started her a bath but he was not expecting her to be so hesitant to get in it. "Have I offended you somehow?" Asked Y/N looking up at him. "No, why ever would you think so?" Asked Gunther genuinely. "You seemed cross with me earlier" she admitted making Gunther feel horrible. "If I have vexed you in any way—" but Gunther cut her off. "Of course not sweetheart, you did nothing." He grabbed her hands gently but with much grip. Gunther adored Y/N and the last thing he could possibly want was her thinking he was upset with her. He could never be upset with her, but how was he to tell her the truth? Gunther did say they could share, but Gunther did not expect to truly adore and care for Y/N so much and he did not expect to become such a jealous man. He was hers. When she showed great care and admiration for Ludwig, it sent a fire through his heart.
"I'm sorry for the way I spoke to you." Gunther kissed her lips sweetly and turned to leave her in the bathroom but she stopped him. "Will you stay with me?" She asked. Gunther's eyes widened slightly, he'd want nothing more than to see her naked once more but is that what she meant? "I'm too frightened to stay alone." She said which was a half truth. He nodded his head simply and bravely, she began undressing fully in front of him. He looked at her with hungry eyes and he simply could not contain himself. Gunther picked Y/N up and slung her over his shoulder before plopping her down on the bed a little rough. Gunther ripped his tie off and his clothes without care. His pants and shorts were to go next, he stood there naked and intimidating but amazingly handsome everywhere. Y/N eyes traveled but soon he had pounced on her. Gunther kissed Y/N passionately and a bit roughly, his kisses traveled down her neck and down her chest where his mouth immediately found her nipple, she gasped and never felt such pleasure before. A tingle ran through that eased all her worries as he continued to lick and suck on one nipple while toying with the other. The sounds coming from Y/N were music to his ears and he continued to lick and grope her with his big hands, leaving behind handprints wherever he squeezed.
Without much warning, he began trailing kisses all the way down to her clit where he—without giving her time to adjust to the new sensation—began to suck and lick like a starving man. Without meaning to, Y/N tugged on his hair and squeezed his face with her thighs. Her moans echoed in the giant room and the candle seemed to flicker before going out completely, leaving them in just the moonlight. "Gunther.." she moaned and Gunther groaned sending vibrations to her clit that only made the pleasure more intense. He loved the way her name sounded when she said it and it made him even harder. Wetness dripped down Gunther's chin and he had hooked his arms under her legs to pull her even closer to his tongue. With the pressure of his tongue doing circles on her clit and his tight grip on her thighs, Y/N had felt sensations she had never felt before. She gripped his hair tightly and grinded against his tongue building up her orgasm slowly till she was shaking. Her orgasm crashed through her hard and embarrassingly fast, she immediately became sensitive but Gunther did not relent.
"Gunther please...I...I c-can't take anymore..too sensitive." She begged and eventually Gunther moved his head from her thighs. Y/N took ragged breaths but they were cut off by Gunthers lips. "Taste yourself." He demanded in-between passionate kisses, his tongue dominated her mouth and forced her to taste herself on him. Y/N whimpered through the kisses and with one hand, Gunther had lined himself up at her entrance. She broke from the kiss looking him in the eyes.
"I'm nervous..." She whispered.
"Don't be, I'm going to take care of you." He reassured her with a smirk and looking at her as if she was the only thing in the world. Her worried expression still lingered on her face and Gunther lightly caressed her cheek. "Do you trust me?" He asked, his focus now solely being on her comfort more than anything. Y/N did trust him, he was more than kind to her and she adored him. Despite this not being what she imagined for a wedding or for a husband, she did grow in the short amount of time to not find the ordeal as horrible as she originally thought and she did grow to care for Gunther. "Yes." Y/N replied softly and Gunther began kissing her again, he readjusted himself before slowly making his way inside her. The size of him made Y/N feel like she was being stretched beyond anything imaginable, she gripped his shoulders for support. Without meaning to, she had dug her nails deep into his skin as he now fully made his way inside her and paused breathlessly. "Are you okay?" He asked before a groan escaped his lips and he looked down to see himself inside her, it was a sight he had imagined more than a few times while bathing and here he finally was. "Yes..." Y/N whimpered out and that was all Gunther needed to hear.
His thrust were slow and thoughtful as he let Y/N take her time to adjust but the combined sounds of her whimpers and the sound of wetness echoing throughout the room, Gunthers paced picked up and he found it very hard not to just throw her legs over his shoulders and start pounding away. But he was gentleman, and he would take his time with her and restrain himself and he still was more than enjoying himself with his slow and passionate thrust. He leaned down, kissing her ferociously and one hand squeezed her breast before toying with her nipple again. The slight pain had washed away and now more than anything, she never wanted Gunther to leave. Y/N clawed at his shoulders and moaned into their kisses, she wrapped her legs around him which only made him more feral. His thoughtful thrust became harder and he had gripped the pillow behind Y/N's head so hard he had almost ripped it. Soon, Gunther had leaned up from their kiss making Y/N's moans much louder now and her lips miss his dearly.
Gunther grabbed at Y/N's hips with his big hands and as if Y/N weighed nothing, he began sliding her up and down onto his cock with a quickness that nearly knocked the wind out of her. Gunther's breathing was loud and his groans were louder. "Fuck.." he groaned out as he watching himself fuck her with a look of hunger, practically licking his lips. "You're all mine." Gunther groaned with his grip on Y/N's hips getting even harder. "Nobody else could fuck you like this." His thrust became harder and Y/N had been so loud she was sure she'd lose her voice. The pain and pleasure mixed together to make a familiar sensation and Y/N's back arched, her toes curled and she gripped onto the bedsheets tightly.
"Say it," said Gunther breathlessly "Say that you're mine." Gunther commanded, he gave a harsh slap to her ass that made her yelp. "I'm yours." She moaned and that was all Gunther needed to hear before releasing his load inside her. He was breathless and refused to come out of her, he collapsed down onto her but stopped himself from crushing her. He laid on her, trying his best not to put his full weight on her as he tried to catch his breath. Y/N wrapped her arms around his neck and tried to catch her breath. They were both sweaty, exhausted and in desperate need of a bath. Y/N stroked his hair lightly and this made him smile. Before Y/N could say anything, a creak at the door caught both their attentions. Y/N tried to sit up quickly but was unable to with Gunthers weight on her but finally Gunther leaned up to look himself, his eyes narrowed at the door before turning to his frightened bride.
"What was that?!" She said fearfully.
"It was probably just the wind, darling." He said but his eyes went back to the door, staring at it as if he were inspecting it from a distance. "I-I thought we closed that door, how could it have opened?" She said and Gunther eyes turned into a glare at the door. They had closed it. He again turned to Y/N who looked mortified. "I shall go investigate, it will take me no more than a minute." He said but she grabbed his hand and told him she was too scared to be left alone. He kissed her hand and promised that he'd be back and so she let him go but quickly pulled the sheets over herself.
Gunther put his robe on and walked with purpose out the door and down the long corridor, the paintings all seemed to watch and thankfully the moonlight lit the halls because he had left the candleabra with Y/N. He burst into one of the guest rooms. There Ludwig lay asleep with the sheets up to his chin. "I know you're not asleep Ludwig." He said slapping Ludwig across the face who opened his eyes instantly, then without hesitation, Gunther ripped the sheets off of him to reveal Ludwig's naked form. "What is wrong with you?!" Ludwig questioned. "Be a little more subtle next time you want to watch." Gunther said sternly, accusing Ludwig.
"I have no idea what you speak of. I've been asleep—"
"You were never a good liar, Ludwig." Gunther said "Go to sleep and do not bother us again." Said Gunther before beginning to walk away. "Your wife yearns for me." Ludwig said stupidly when Gunther was at the doorway, he stopped in his tracks and took a breath before turning to Ludwig and walking over to him. Ludwig expected another slap. "Like I said, let her come to you." Gunther said sternly. Ludwig rolled his eyes "And how is she ever to do so when you have her pledging her obedience to you?" Said Ludwig, Gunther crossed his arms and tilted his head as he looked at Ludwig. "Well, she is my wife." Gunther pointed out again. "Only because you saw her first, had I, she'd have been mine right now and those delicious sounds would've been for me." Ludwig said bitterly. "How tragic that is for you." Said Gunther sarcastically. "Unfortunately for you, that is not reality. You will just have to wait." Said Gunther, entirely annoyed by his desperate looking friend. "I think what your problem is Ludwig, is that you fear she never will. Even if I were to give you permission right now to go in there and fuck her, you fear she will deny you." Said Gunther making Ludwig scowl.
"It is not me who is afraid, it is you. You fear that if I am to get my hands on her, she will not reciprocate your affections any longer." Ludwig spat. The two men glared at each other. Both hurting each other in just the right spots. Gunthers jaw clenched and to Ludwig's surprise, he turned and stormed out back into the bedroom with Y/N.
"Oh Gunther!" Y/N cried running up to him once he walked through the door, the sound of his name and her embrace calmed him instantly. He sighed into her hair and hugged her tightly. "Was it a ghost?" Y/N asked being completely serious, she was now more than positive that this house was haunted. Gunther snorted. "It was no ghost, mein liebling, just a pest." He muttered the last bit and Y/N looked confused. "Pardon?" She said and he quickly changed the subject. "Let's get you a bath." He said looking down at Y/N's tangled hair, sweaty skin and her legs still dripping from earlier. "I am not the only one who needs it...will you bathe with me?" She asked sweetly. Gunther smirked and carried off to the bathroom without even answering her question. Gunther sat in the tub first and Y/N after, pressing her back against him. He bathed her gently and ran his fingers along all her body, feeling her skin and examining her as if she were the most gorgeous painting. Like always, he did most everything for her. In bed, Gunther held her tightly in an embrace and kissed her face all over making Y/N giggle. It was very unlike Gunther to be so affectionate and to be so vulnerable, vulnerability was for the weak but here he was once again, holding Y/N as she slept and watching her intently as if she'd disappear in his arms.
Their marriage was perfectly perfect. Y/N seemed to bring a lot more energy into the dull home and the servants certainly enjoyed her company, she was a lot nicer to them than Gunther and Ludwig. Gunther had kept his promise on the piano lessons which mostly always ended with her being on top of the piano and Gunther could not help but always have his hands on her in some way always. His study now was the home of a pastel colored armchair of her favorite color where she often sat reading while Gunther worked. He made time for her always and never could say no to her, even for things he absolutely loathed.
Gunther had walked into the foyer one day and was immediately met with a giant rabbit, he was disgusted instantly and immediately called one of his servants.
"Do me a favor and kill this rodent would you? I have no idea how it got in here but dispose of it, or maybe cook it for supper, either way, get it out of my sight now." Gunther said looking down at the rabbit who moved closer towards him, he took a step back.
"But sir—"
"Do as you're told!" Gunther snapped.
"Sir, this is Y/N's." The servant said quickly.
"What?" Gunther said confused.
"This is her pet, she found it in the garden earlier and she has grown quite attached to it. If we killed it, she'd be most devastated, sir." The servant explained and Gunther glared at him and then the rabbit. He stepped over it and barked orders for the servant to pick it up. Gunther found Y/N in his study in her usual chair and when the door opened she smiled brightly. "Oh my love!" She said running up to the rabbit, Gunther was a bit disappointed to find out she wasn't talking about him. She held the rabbit in her arms and snuggled it. Gunther looked disgusted. "Y/N, this rodent probably has millions of diseases, don't touch it." He said and Y/N looked outraged. "Rodent?! How dare you! This is our pet." She said. Gunthers eyebrows shot up. "Oh it's ours now, is it?" He questioned, Y/N looked at Gunther with a scowl while holding the rabbit close. "Y/N, you must release this...thing...back to where it belongs." He said but the look on Y/N's face was not one he liked. He could not say no to her.
"Oh don't be so cruel, I cannot do that. I simply won't! Look how cute it is," she held the rabbit up to Gunther's face who looked as if he smelled something awful. "You cannot really expect me to release it." Y/N frowned and Gunther sighed. "Fine fine, but just...have the servants clean it thoroughly." Gunther always relented and Y/N smiled from ear to ear and hugged Gunther, normally he would've enjoyed this had it not been for the rabbit rubbing on his suit. Y/N kissed Gunther all over his face leaving behind her lipstick marks, his face finally softened.
When she wanted to learn Chess, he taught her. When she wanted to practice piano he did it even when he had more important matters to attend to. He took her on long carriage rides and took her to the beach to fly kites, her laugh rang in his ears like sweet music. Gunther did everything for Y/N in every way, he cared for her and he loved her more than anything in the world.
"What is wrong?" He asked one day seeing her with tears in her eyes as she clutched onto a letter. "My father he... he's been ill and..." Y/N began sobbing and Gunther immediately understood. He quickly walked up to her and wrapped her in his arms, embracing and kissing the top of her head, she let the letter fall to the ground and wrapped her arms around him. He was her comfort. He was her everything and she was his. He cared for her personally, no servants. He comforted her till her grief got better with every passing day.
Y/N seemed shy at parties and balls, she stood behind Gunther feeling out of place and he always held her hand to comfort her. He waltzed with her and taught her dances, he showed her off to everyone and the sun seemed to rise and set on Y/N to Gunther.
He heard the door open, he knew it was her because nobody ever would dare disturb him in his study. In she walked in her white flowing nightgown and Gunthers attention was immediately on her. She walked over to him and immediately plopped down on his lap and he smiled, wrapping his arm around her waist.
"Come to distract me from my work?" Gunther teased. "Maybe.." Y/N said lowly and kissed him, she held his face gently and pulled him closer. She felt him harden quickly and smiled into the kiss. Within seconds he had her bent over his desk and pounded away with no mercy. "Is this what you wanted?" Groaned Gunther, grabbing a fistful of her hair and pulling up upwards towards him. "Hmm?" He said as he kissed her neck. "Yes...God..yes.." she moaned and Gunther had a smug look on his face before he pushed her back down onto the desk and grabbed her hips. As always, he grabbed her hips roughly and fucked her hard and always came inside her but this time he pulled out, grabbed her and spun her around and put her on her knees. He stroked himself until he exploded on her face with a satisfied look on his face.
"You look so beautiful like this." He said stroking himself until he had gotten every last bit out. Since the wedding, he had not given her a break and neither did she to him. They constantly craved each other. Their piano lessons would often end up in Y/N being put on top of the piano, their picnics ended up much the same. What Gunther loved to do the most was take care of her in every way possible which is why when he had to go on a business trip and would be away for the night, he was not happy and neither was she.
"Oh please take me with you, I beg of you please." she begged as he packed his suitcase fearing being left in the soulless home alone. Despite her decorations, there was an eerieness in the home and she often when Gunther was away at work, with the servants for company. "My love, if I could I would but no women are allowed. I'm sorry." And he felt horribly guilty, he knew how Y/N felt being alone in the home and felt even worse that now, she could not be left with her father at the cottage. The servants had their own individual areas down below the manor, they were not usually allowed upstairs unless they were working or if Y/N would let them and she always did but they slept quickly and deeply, all the work getting to them.
"There's nothing to be afraid of," he reassured her but just as he had said it, a large thunderclap erupted and shook the chandelier above. She squealed and grabbed onto him. He felt horrible. "Gunther please, I cannot stay here by myself." She begged, and he felt awful but he really couldn't take her and he really couldn't miss this meeting. It was a big business meeting and Gunther would be coming out a much richer man, his plan eventually would be to buy a different home, one Y/N could feel more at home in which is why it was very important that he go but he could not say this.
"You have the servants and the rodent. You will not be alone." He said but he meant it in a far nicer tone than it came out. He sighed then handed his suitcase to his servant to be put in the carriage and turned to Y/N. "My beautiful girl, I am so sorry." He grabbed her shoulders and kissed her forehead. "If I could take you, I would." But he could see the sad and worried expression that painted her face and he could feel his own heart break. He considered taking her but there would be nowhere to put her, he certainly wasn't going to leave her in a hotel filled with drunken rich men while he went to have his meeting and he couldn't take her into the meeting and he certainly couldn't leave her in the carriage during a horrible storm like this.
"I am so sorry." He kissed her forehead, then the tip of her nose then her cheeks all over and her lips. Normally this would make her crack a smile and it did but not for long. "It will only be a day and I should be back by the afternoon. Don't you worry, okay?" He said but her response was interrupted by another thunderclap that made her flinch. Gunther felt horrible, he didn't love many things in fact he didn't love anything at all, but Y/N.
Gunther thought of all the ways to make her feel better, to feel less alone and he couldn't think of anything. He had gone to instruct that all the servants keep a watchful eye on Y/N when he saw something dreadful. They had all caught a sickness no doubt from the cold conditions they lived in. They all had to quarantine which meant Y/N really would be alone. He thought, at least she had the rabbit but he knew that wasn't the same. He feared telling her that she really would be alone for the night. The thunder was aggressive and sent flashes throughout the manor like a camera. The sound of rain smacking the window became incredibly loud and Gunther started to feel guilty.
They sat in the study before it was time to go, Y/N sat on his lap with her head on his shoulder. He rubbed her back gently, fearing the news he'd have to give her. "I'm sorry." He whispered again as if he had personally made it rain himself. She smiled and told him it was okay but he could see it on her face that she was terrified. A howl came from the back of the manor. It was not uncommon to hear wolves howling but it always unsettled Y/N. She held onto Gunther tighter and that's when an idea came to him but not one he was overly fond of.
"Perhaps Ludwig will stay with you." Gunther said Y/N looked at him strangely. They hadn't spoken to Ludwig in weeks since the wedding and Ludwig had not reached out. "Is he not vexed with me?" Y/N said looking genuinely worried and Gunther could not be more confused. Ludwig couldn't be mad at Y/N even if he tried but then another wave of guilt had hit him. They hadn't seen Ludwig in weeks because of him. And now Y/N was blaming herself not knowing the truth and Gunther was unable to tell it.
"Of course not," Gunther replied "Ludwig could never be upset with you. He has simply been busy, that is all. I shall personally invite him over myself, the drive is the same direction as his home." He said in an annoyed tone attempting to sound neutral but Y/N was not convinced. Before he left, she clung to him like her life depended on it, especially as the thunder became more and more vicious throughout the night. When it was time to finally leave, Y/N hugged Gunther as if he were going to war.
"Do be careful, it is rather ugly outside and come back as soon as you can." Said Y/N as she hugged him tightly. He hugged her just as tight and kissed her forehead. "It will be fine, sweetheart. I'll be back before you know it and Ludwig will be here soon. There is nothing to worry about." Gunther reassured Y/N and even with all the reassurances and kisses, she still did not feel good about being left in the cold home. She kissed him passionately and held his face close to hers, staring at him with nothing but love in her eyes.
"I love you." She said. She had been the first to say it and at first, Gunther would not say it back but every time, he could see the heartbreak in her eyes. He had never loved anything or anyone so it felt strange to say it, Gunther normally wasn't such an affectionate man but eventually he did. "I love you too Y/N, I will see you tomorrow." He kissed her once more before leaving. As promised, he stopped by Ludwig's on the way. It was the longest Ludwig and Gunther had ever gone without speaking and it was clear exactly why Ludwig was staying away. Gunther ran to the door with a newspaper above his head to cover himself from the rain, he knocked on the door. Ludwig's home was far more gaudy and in a much nicer area. One of his servants opened the door and Gunther immediately questioned where Ludwig was, the man pointed to the library and Gunther did not thank him. He walked into the library without knocking and Ludwig did not look up from his book. Gunther cleared his throat and while Ludwig was curious as to why he was there, he did not look up even still.
"What do you want?" Asked Ludwig a bit unkindly.
"Y/N needs you." Said Gunther and Ludwig's head snapped up. He immediately slammed the book down and shot up from his chair, he was in Gunther's face within seconds asking a million questions to see if she got hurt if something had happened. Gunther rolled his eyes at the dramatics. "Calm down, you foolish man." Gunther said "She is fine but she does not wish to be alone and frankly, I do not enjoy leaving her there alone. I am therefore giving you permission to go stay the night with her." And this caught Ludwig's attention, his eyes widened and he wondered if Gunther was saying what he thought he was saying. Ludwig's heart beat fast and images of Y/N's naked form flashed and danced in Ludwig's mind. It was him who was behind the door that night during their wedding night and Gunther had known it all along, he simply was giving his example of how you treat a woman while also showing Ludwig who was really in charge here.
The sounds of Y/N's moans from that night were a nightly tradition for Ludwig, he thought back and replayed the moment in his head over and over till he stroked himself raw. Ludwig felt embarrassment as he semi hardened in his pants and Gunther rolled his eyes. "Just so we're clear, know that whatever happens in my absence is because I let it happen. And if I come back and Y/N is anything but happy, I'll have your head for display." Gunther threatened and Ludwig gulped. They stood there for a moment before Gunther spoke again. "She thinks you are mad at her." He said and Ludwig looked absolutely distraught by the news. Ludwig clutched his chest dramatically. "I could never be upset in any form with her. I stayed away because my heart aches when I see her." Confessed Ludwig and again, Gunther couldn't help but want to roll his eyes again. Ludwig was far too dramatic sometimes.
"Well, you better make it up to her now. She's waiting for you." Gunther said and left Ludwig alone in his library. Ludwig quickly dashed into his carriage and barked orders at his coachmen. He didn't care how much rain there was, he needed to get there as fast as possible.
Back at the manor Y/N was to the point of near heart attack. The rain splattering on the windows loudly and the wind loudly ripping through the trees making a whipping sound while the manor seemed to creak. It was horrid weather and Y/N feared for both Ludwig and Gunther. She wondered if Ludwig would ever come and she prayed for Gunthers safety. Lightning flashed and lit the entire manor before going back to the dim lighting of the candles and thunder erupted so loudly that it shook the chandeliers above her. Y/N was in so much fear anxiously pacing around that her hands shook. Suddenly, a loud shotgun sounding bang had come from upstairs making Y/N scream a bloodcurdling scream. Then another bang from behind her, she turned quickly to be met with the creature of the night she was sure she'd have to face but instead was met with Ludwig. Without hesitation, she ran to him and he opened his arms ready for the embrace and spun her around in joy. "Ludwig, you came! I was so frightened." She cried and Ludwig held her tightly as if she'd disappear any moment. His face buried in her hair and his eyes closed as he deeply inhaled her sweet scent. "Of course I came Y/N my sweet, I can not stay away from you." He said truthfully and hugged her so tight she felt as if she had still had her corset on.
Their embrace lasted what seemed like forever until he finally let go to look at her face. Ludwig smiled and practically squished her face with his hands and kissed Y/N on the forehead. He missed her dearly but soon their reunion was cutoff by another loud bang from upstairs and Y/N once more ran into Ludwig's arms. He held onto her tightly and kissed the top of her head. She looked up at him. "There is something frightful up there, I know it!" She said but Ludwig was not too convinced. He began walking upstairs but Y/N grabbed his hand to stop him. "I promise you Y/N, there is nothing up here to frighten you." He said walking up the long staircase but Y/N again tried to stop him. The amounts of lighting had lit the way for them without a candle and with every flash Y/N fully expected to see a creature or perhaps the undead. They walked towards where the sound was coming from and Y/N held Ludwig's hand nervously. Finally, they entered one of the guest rooms and found that one of the windows had burst open due to the wind. Y/N breathed a sigh of relief but she was still not all too convinced that the house did not have spirits.
Ludwig closed the window and turned to the shivering woman. "Let's get you to a fireplace." He smiled taking her hand. They walked down the long hall with the paintings and Y/N avoided their gaze. "They look as if they watch me." Y/N commented, Ludwig turned to the paintings and then looked at Y/N. "That is Gunther's family. " He said and Y/N looked surprised. She never knew this but she supposed it was because she never asked, she did not like those paintings but now she felt a bit guilty for always commenting on their creepiness.
"I never knew he had family, where are they?" Y/N asked.
"Dead. Died in this house in fact." Ludwig said causally as he walked her carefully down the stairs but Y/N stopped in her place. "What?! They died here? Why did nobody tell me?" Asked Y/N, Ludwig was amused by this. Much like Gunther, he could not imagine being afraid of ghosts as an adult, the entire thing seemed ridiculous to him but he adored Y/N very much so he did not say this. "Did you ever ask?" Questioned Ludwig and Y/N felt guilty. She never did have much personal conversation with Gunther but that was simply because he did not seem like a personal conversation kind of man. Y/N talked of her life plenty but never once asked his and she had now felt like an awful wife, a thought she voiced to Ludwig.
"Do not worry Y/N, you are perfect. You are right in thinking that he would not share these details with you. He is not an emotional man as I'm sure you know by now." Ludwig said gently guiding her back to the fireplace to warm her up. They began walking again and the guilt Y/N felt was immeasurable. "And what of your family?" Asked Y/N, Ludwig did not look at her as they kept walking through the large manor. "Dead as well." He said simply "A sickness had gone around and they died a little after Gunther's family did. I was the only child so I only had my parents and then afterwards, I only had Gunther. He is like an older brother of sorts to me. Even when we fight. We buried our families together in the back of the manor." Ludwig said as if it were casual conversation but a chill ran through Y/N's body and she had never been more scared in her life.
When they arrived at the large fireplace, Ludwig began to light it as Y/N sat on the rug in front of it. She stared up at the fireplace and noticed a shadow of what looked to be like a picture taken down from the wall. "Was there a picture there?" She asked and Ludwig looked up. "Most likely, there were many pictures in this house. Gunther had taken them all down and only left the ones in the corridor up." Said Ludwig. When the fire was finally lit, Y/N felt a sense of warmth and comfort but still felt scared as the thunder continued. Ludwig sat next to her, wrapping an arm around her shoulder and pulling her closer. She laid her head on his shoulder and he laid his head on hers. She missed Ludwig very much but the guilt she felt near him was awful. It's all Y/N ever felt now, guilt. She felt guilty for having to leave her father behind, guilty for her feelings towards Ludwig and now guilty that she had never even bothered to ask her husband about his family.
Soon, a light thud caught Y/N's attention behind her and she was relieved to see it was just her rabbit. She smiled and grabbed it, plopping the large rabbit on her lap. "Ludwig look," she said smiling at the sweet rabbit before meeting Ludwig's eyes and much like Gunther, he looked disgusted. "Oh don't tell me you hate pets too." Y/N said rolling her eyes. What kind of people didn't like pets? But then Y/N gave it some thought. Perhaps the kind of people that didn't like pets were the kind of people that had dead families and no time for such frivolous things. At the cottage, Y/N had had all sorts of pets and various animals wandering about but she could now understand why Gunther and Ludwig never did.
"I never had a pet." Ludwig said confirming what Y/N already thought but to her surprise, he pet the large rabbit but at his touch, it hopped away. "I'm surprised he let you keep that thing. He clearly loves you very much" Ludwig said making Y/N frown. Gunther did love her very much and yet her heart was between two people. Ludwig saw her face and immediately reacted. "Y/N, what's wrong?" He asked once again pulling her closer. The guilt cut through her like knives but the passion and crave for his touch was too much to handle. "I.. Ludwig I must confess something." She said turning to him. He listened intently. "I...I..." She couldn't believe what she was about to say, but she simply couldn't take it anymore, she had to get it off her chest. "I want you. I need you and I love you very much. I ache for you and I crave you and God... Ludwig...I just need you inside me." She said grabbing his shoulders and Ludwig could no longer contain himself.
Ludwig was on her within a matter of seconds. He kissed her and grabbed at her nightgown so roughly that he had ripped the soft fabric and it ripped with a loud dramatic tear. Y/N gasped but there was no time to comprehend what was happening because within seconds, Ludwig had his mouth attached to her breast and with his other hand gripping the other. Y/N moaned and gently leaned back to lay down on the rug. Ludwig quickly took off all his clothes and immediately went back to working on her breast. His fingers worked their way down to her clit and she began to moan, saying his name like a chant and Ludwig had never been so hard in his life. He moved from her breast to kissing her mouth and he slipped his tongue into her mouth as he rubbed her till she dripped down to the rug. Ludwig could wait no longer, he grabbed his hard cock and lined himself up with her and plunged into her making them both gasp.
"You're so wet.." Ludwig whimpered, he honestly looked as if he'd cry from the pleasure and Y/N had never been more pleased. "You're so beautiful...fuck..I've wanted you for so long." Ludwig moaned and began to kiss Y/N again and he did not unleash himself from her mouth as he pounded away. The sounds that came from the two and the sounds of skin smacking were lewd and loud and they echoed throughout the manor. Ludwig kissed Y/N passionately and lovingly, even his thrust seemed to be done with love.
As he fucked her, he rubbed her clit in the process until she felt her orgasm building up. "Cum on my cock. Please please please Y/N, cum on me." Ludwig begged, his pleading made her feel that familiar feeling and her toes began to curl. Soon enough, her orgasm had hit and Ludwig groaned. He reached down to caress her face. "You look so pretty when you cum." He praised. Ludwig's thrust became sloppy and his kisses were even sloppier, he kissed her neck sweetly and very stupidly leaving a mark. Y/N knew that this was a terrible thing to do and so did Ludwig but he could not help himself. She was as much his as she was Gunthers and he would be more than willing to fight for her.
"Y/N," Ludwig moaned "God...I'm gonna cum...can I please...cum in your mouth?" Even deep inside, he was still a gentleman and Y/N nodded her head. Ludwig smiled and his thrust became quicker until finally he pulled out quick and grabbed the back of Y/N's head pulling her upwards and putting his cock in her mouth and practically down her throat. She choked before feeling hot cum pouring down her throat. Ludwig was sweet tasting and his whimpering only made Y/N enjoy it more as she began to suck on him till she got every last drop. Ludwig nearly cried at the overstimulation but it had felt so good until he had to detach himself from her. They both collapsed onto the rug next to each other breathlessly and sweating and the guilt had not yet reached Y/N. Ludwig reached over and grabbed Y/N's hand, kissing her knuckles.
"You're so perfect." He said through ragged breaths. Y/N couldn't help but smile. She rolled over and laid on his chest. They were both so exhausted that they had accidentally fallen asleep. Ludwig held her in his arms and had nothing but sweet dreams, but when he opened his eyes, he was met with a familiar stare. He jumped as standing above them was Gunther with his usual scowl and Ludwig's jumping caused Y/N to wake up. She looked around confused before also seeing Gunther. She immediately got to her feet and ran to him, usually she'd hug him but she stopped herself. Relief and fear struck her, relief that he was okay and fear of his reaction to his cheating wife. Y/N immediately burst into tears and Gunthers expression softened. To her surprise, Gunther hugged his naked wife and Ludwig began to put his clothes back on.
"What happened to your meeting?" Ludwig asked, just as fearful as Y/N was. Granted, he was given permission but Gunther's mood could switch very fast. "The weather was too bad, I had to turn back." He replied as Y/N sobbed in his arms, confused on how he could be so calm. "I'm so sorry Gunther, I love you. I'm a terrible wife, I really am. I have broken our vows and I didn't even ask about your family and I've just been awful." She sobbed and the two men stared at her sympathetically.
"Y/N, it's... alright." Gunther said rubbing her back. Y/N's tears stopped for a moment. Why were they so calm about this? She looked up at him, Ludwig came over and put his shirt on Y/N noticing she was shivering but her gaze stayed on Gunther. "Alright? What do you mean alright? You have just caught me with your best friend, I am your wife...yell at me..do something...this is not alright." She said staring at him confused. "I knew it was going to happen." Gunther said and Ludwig looked down at his feet avoiding eye contact with the both of them.
"Y-you knew I'd betray you?—"
"It is not betrayal if I allow it. Do you think I'd let any other man touch you without my approval?" Gunther said sternly. And Y/N looked confused, what was he talking about? She looked between both men and while Gunther stood confident in his words, Ludwig pretended that he was too busy putting his clothes on. "Explain yourself." She demanded while looking at Gunther and he did so without fear. "I gave Ludwig permission to fuck you. It is that simple. Ludwig and I have shared everything together and when I saw your picture on your father's desk and wanted you as my bride, I told Ludwig that we'd share. What I didn't expect...was to grow to love you so much. I do not love many things, I never have and never will, but I love you and I would've never put you in an uncomfortable situation. But it is clear as day my love, your affections for me are the same as your affections for Ludwig. So do not feel guilty because you have not done anything." Gunther confessed and Y/N looked shocked. Share her? She'd be lying if she said she didn't think about it more than once but she didn't expect it to come true. A part of her was relieved because she did love them both very much, she loved her husband dearly, but a part of her was outraged at this news being shared with her only after the fact.
"You both mean to say that you both knew, and you let me feel guilty." She asked and both men quickly jumped to the defense. "We're sorry." Said both men at the same time, they gave each other a quick glance before looking at Y/N. "I have felt horrible for weeks and neither one of you cared to share this information with me!" She argued but Gunther raised his eyebrow, he walked up to her towering over her intimidatingly. "Would you have preferred if I had told you that me and Ludwig were going to take turns fucking you or rather, seeing how much you can fit in that tight hole? Hmm? Is that what you have wanted to hear? Because I think...if I had told you the truth you wouldn't have been so keen on the idea. Think of this as easing you into it." Gunthers tone was condescending and she glared at him, but the heat of his words made Y/N soaked again. It is exactly what she wanted but he was right, if they had told her earlier on, it would've scared her off....or would it have? She was unsure but what she was sure of is that she loved both men very much.
"I think you're both insane." She looked up at Gunther and he smirked, his eyes flicked up towards Ludwig's for a moment before looking back down at Y/N. "Maybe so." Gunther said "So I'll give you two options, we can all go to bed and forget about this or we can fuck the guilt right out of you." He said. Y/N gulped, her breathing became heavier and her eyes grew wide. "Which is it, Y/N?" Gunther said holding her face gently. "Well...I don't much appreciate feeling guilty, it seems you two have some making up to do." Y/N said quietly and that was all Gunther needed to hear, he grabbed her and slung her over his shoulder like he had done so many times before. "Come, Ludwig." Gunther called out and Ludwig did not have to be told twice.
Gunther threw Y/N down to the bed and she stared up at both of them. Both looked at her hungrily and smug. Ludwig turned to Gunther with a pleading look and Gunther nodded, within a second Ludwig was on Y/N and kissing her. Gunther stroked himself and watched at Y/N's pleased face. It was without a doubt the most pleasurable experience Y/N had ever had and Y/N began to beg for Gunther to join and he very much enjoyed the enthusiasm. They both flicked their tongues on a nipple and sucked on them individually and Y/N moaned holding both their heads in place. Both men kissed their way down Y/N's body, Gunthers kisses were rough and dominating while Ludwig's were sweet and hungry. When both men found their way to her clit, Y/N had never been so loud. The sensation of both tongues and hot mouths teasing and sucking her clit was enough to make her cum more than once, each man took a leg and spread Y/N open, lapping away at her hungrily. They both fingered her at the same time and groaned into her. Y/N came fast and hard once more and Gunther was more than satisfied with this. Both men worshiped her body but as Ludwig continued to eat out the woman he adored while Gunther sat up and smiled looking at her face. Her makeup has smeared, sweat covered her face and her hair began sticking to her forehead and even so, she looked perfect. He grabbed Ludwig harshly and pulled him off of her and pushed him to lay next to her. With ease, he took Y/N and plopped her on top of Ludwig, she lay collapsed on his chest breathing heavy while Gunther instructed Ludwig to put himself inside her and so he did and Ludwig groaned immediately. Ludwig grabbed Y/N's hips and began sliding her up and down his cock. Gunther watched, stroking himself before getting behind Y/N, he grabbed her ass harshly which made her yelp, now with both hands on her ass, he spread her wide just to watch her get fucked by Ludwig before he himself shoved his cock in her already stretched hole. With both men inside her, Y/N had never felt so stretched before and was now having seconds thoughts of whether could take it or not.
Both men groaned loudly. Uttering praises to her as they fucked her senseless. "You're doing so well. Look how much cock you're taking." Ludwig groaned softly, his hand came up to stroke her hair gently as Ludwig felt himself about to cum. "Is this what you wanted, Y/N?" Asked Gunther but when he didn't hear a quick enough response, he slapped her ass harshly until she finally responded with an enthused yes. "Fuck... Fuckfuckfuck...I'm gonna cum" Ludwig whimpered and Gunther immediately snapped his head up. "You will not cum until I do." Ordered Gunther and Ludwig made a sound that was closer to a cry. The combination of Y/N's sweet moans with the sounds of her wetness coating both men's cocks and echoing throughout the room was enough to make Gunther cum no matter how much he tried to hold off himself just to make the moment last longer.
"Please please please...." Ludwig whimpered unable to hold it for much longer but knowing he had too. Gunther groaned and finally, he gave Ludwig permission and they both filled her up till she dripped with both men's cum. "Oh my God...." Y/N moaned, the sensation of being filled up by both men at the same time felt like heaven to her. The exhaustion in the room was inevitable but Gunther was the first to really catch his breath as he had great stamina. He pulled out of Y/N which made both Ludwig and Y/N make slight noises before he got up and started a bath for Y/N. Gunther always took care of her, especially after sex. Ludwig still laid there inside her, his heart pumped fast yet he stayed there stroking her hair gently. "You did such a good job." Ludwig praised quietly as he hugged her weakly. Soon after, Gunther came and pulled Y/N off of Ludwig and carried her bridal style to the bath. Y/N was weak and tired, Gunther bathed her gently and praised her the entire time. When her bath was done, he snapped at Ludwig to scoot over so he could put Y/N in the middle. Almost instantly, Y/N fell asleep from the exhaustion and both men watched her with smiles on their faces. Admittedly, they were exhausted themselves and in the end, they both snuggled Y/N closely till they both fell asleep.

Chapter 3: No Apologiez
05|13|2002
Sugah’s sat on the North side of town, right on the edge of a neighboring county, tucked between a row of warehouses like it was trying not to be seen. During the day, it wasn’t much to look at. Just a plain building, faded sign but I could tell it came alive at night. That was part of the appeal.
I came prepared, duffle bag in hand with an outfit and shoes just in case they were hiring and wanted to see what I could do on the spot.
Inside, the lights were low, casting purple and pink hues across the sections and tables. The carpet was black with glow-in-the-dark stars etched into it, the kind that popped once your eyes adjusted.
A big stage sat in the center of the club, with several smaller stages spaced around it, each with a pole. Toward the back left, a sign marked the VIP rooms. The bar lined one side, plush seating pulled up close like it was meant for lingering. I took a seat at one of the tables still dusted with glitter, the remnants of last night clinging to everything.
It didn’t take long for an older woman around mid-forties to approach me, her eyes sharp but not unkind.
“What can I help you with, baby?”
“I wanted to see if y’all were hiring,” I told her. “I dance.”
She gave me a slow once-over, nodding slightly. “I’ll be right back.”
A few minutes later she returned with an older man, late fifties if I had to guess. He stepped forward and shook my hand. His grip was soft but cold, a detail I noticed immediately.
“They call me Sugah Bear,” he said. “This my place.”
I smiled, turning on the charm without even thinking about it. He complimented my look, then got straight to the point.
“So, what you trying to do?”
“I’m tryna dance,” I responded.
He exchanged a look with the woman who I would come to know as Deb.
“Show me see what you got. You got ID?”
I handed it over, then asked where I could change. Deb motioned for me to follow her. She was the house mom, the one who made sure the dancers were good. We ended up in the back where the locker room glowed purple and silver.
I quickly changed, slipping on my clear six-inch pleasers like muscle memory took over.
Deb leaned in. “Any song you want the DJ to play?”
“Anywhere by 112,” I said without hesitation.
When the opening notes came through the speakers, I stepped out from behind the curtain, hips swaying to the beat. Noir came to life. That name, my middle name, had always felt right on stage. I found it sexy, mysterious, unique.
As the song flowed, I did too, moving with confidence I’d earned over the last year, finding my way to the center of the stage like I belonged there.
My hands traced my skin with intention, every movement controlled. I kept my eyes on Sugah Bear as I dropped low, spread my legs, then crawled toward the edge of the stage before rising and making my way to the pole.
The tricks came easy. From the spins, the holds, to the showing off of the strength I’d built without realizing how much it would change me. When the song ended, I tossed him a wink and walked off like I owned the place.
By the time I got back to the locker room, I was buzzing. Being on stage did something to me, something I never would’ve imagined when I first started. I was getting dressed when Deb came in, smiling.
“You got the gig,” she smiled. “But Sugah wanna talk to you first before you go.”
I did a little shimmy before thanking her and heading back out. Sugah clapped when he saw me.
“Been a minute since I seen somebody work a stage like that,” he complimented, nodding. “You a natural.”
I soaked it up, but his tone shifted quickly. He laid out the rules of the house which involved tipping the house, the house mom, the DJs and sweepers. Bartenders weren’t mandatory, but looking out for them meant they’d look out for you.
When he finished, he asked when I could start.
“As soon as you say the word,” I replied.
He smiled, appreciating the eagerness, then shook his head.
“You gotta get your license first, babydoll. I know a spot that can get you straight same day. You do that, you can start this weekend.”
That was exactly what I wanted to hear. I took the card he handed me and headed straight there. The place was a shabby little office in a strip mall, nothing special, but I shrugged and went in anyway. The process took a little over two hours as I sat around with other women who were there for the same thing.
When I walked back out, license in hand, it felt official. It was official.
The sun was still high in the sky by the time I finished handling my business. I sat in the car outside the licensing place for a while, engine off, hands resting in my lap, staring straight ahead as if the answer to my next move might appear on the windshield.
I wasn’t ready to go back home just yet. I considered riding around, letting the day stretch a little longer before folding back into routine. Until it dawned on me that I could do some shopping.
The job was mines. So, a few new outfits and shoes were necessary. I pulled off, heading toward a store that sold clothes specifically for dancers; a place I’d scoped out not long after coming back home, for future needs.
On the ride over there my head was full of thoughts of who I’d become at Sugah’s. At Desires, I’d been a vixen. So, at Sugah’s, I needed something different. A minx, maybe. Whatever I chose to go with was guaranteed to bring in the money.
Still, I knew better than to confuse the stage with real life. Dancing wasn’t forever. It was a means to an end. The plan was to dance through the summer, then enroll in school in the fall. Once classes started, the club would take a backseat. I’d dance on weekends only.
The fast life had a way of chewing you up and spitting you out if you let it. And I knew better than that.
The store was small, tucked between wholesale shops selling things in bulk for cheap. Inside, gear lined the walls from ceiling to the baseboards; outfits, shoes, accessories, everything a dancer could need.
I bounced through the aisles, eyes wide, pulling pieces that matched the vibe I wanted to give.
The owner was a nice older man, who checked on me every now and then. Between trying on different pleasers and holding outfits up to myself as I looked in the mirror, the vision was becoming quite clear.
Once I settled on the last pair of shoes, I made my way to the counter, bracing myself for the damage I’d done.
My phone rang as the owner rang me up.
“Hello,” I said, balancing the phone while digging through my purse for my wallet.
“What you doing, bonita?”
Damian’s voice came through smooth and familiar, pulling a smile out of me without effort.
“I’m out shopping,” I told him.
I thanked the owner and stepped outside, phone still pressed to my ear, bags in hand.
The conversation shifted to Damian mentioning an upcoming baseball game he was excited about. I wasn’t much of a fan, but I was a fan of him sharing the things he loved with me. I found it sweet in a way.
Sitting in my car, I listened, already feeling like there was a reason for the call beyond small talk.
“I was wondering if you’d wanna watch the game with me,” he admitted finally.
I hummed, thinking it over. My first instinct was to say yes. I wanted to. But I hesitated.
Was I really ready to take it there?
I stalled, asking where we’d be watching it. He told me about a sports bar with big screens, food, and drinks. It would be his treat.
I mulled it over. Free food and drinks were always a plus. However, I needed something to keep it from feeling too intimate. Keep things from going too far.
“Can my girls come?” I asked.
I already knew he wasn’t feeling that. He wanted me to himself. Still, he agreed. We’d meet up at the bar on Wednesday night for the game.
The call ended on a good note, but the feeling that settled in my chest afterward wasn’t excitement. It was anxiety. Normally, I would’ve pushed it down, ignored it like I always did.
But this time, I didn’t. I let myself sit in it as I drove home. This was happening. Shit was getting real. And whether I liked it or not, the only way through it was straight ahead.
The past couldn’t keep sitting in the driver’s seat. I had a life to live.
Back at home, I put my new clothes and shoes away before taking a hot bath. The steam wrapped around me, loosening my muscles, calming my thoughts just enough to still me.
Mama had cooked while I was out, so I ate while talking on the phone with Kiyah and the twins about Wednesday. None of them ever turned down a good time, so it was a date, sort of. Their voices filled the kitchen, laughter bouncing through the line, grounding me in something familiar.
After I hung up and set my plate in the sink, I retreated to my room. I laid across the bed in my robe with the TV on but not really being watched. My mind wandered until a round of knocks pulled me back.
“Come in,” I shouted.
It wasn’t Mama like usual. It was Michael.
I rolled onto my stomach, propping myself up on one elbow as he slinked into the room and shut the door behind him.
“What you need?” I asked, eyeing him.
Michael didn’t answer right away. He moved around my room, picking up my perfume bottles, touching picture frames, before finally parking himself beside my dresser.
I narrowed my eyes, really looking at him.
He was seventeen now, tattoos traveling down his forearms, a mustache sitting on his lip. Not the fourteen-year-old I left behind three years ago. Things had changed but he was still my little brother.
He cleared his throat. “Why you got on that big ass robe?”
I sucked my teeth and rolled my eyes. “I know you didn’t come in here just to play with me?”
Michael only smirked, sitting down on the corner of my bed.
“I’m just saying that shit kind of thick around the neck. That’s some shit Granny be wearing.”
I grabbed a pillow and swatted at him, but he dodged it just in time. We both laughed, falling into a comfortable silence afterward. The TV murmured in the background, the moment just there.
I could tell something was on his mind though.
“You might as well say what you gon’ say since you in here,” I prodded.
Michael’s eyes met mine. He shrugged something imaginary off his shoulders before speaking.
“Word is you was at that party Saturday. That true?”
I bit the inside of my cheek. I hated how word got around. One thing I didn’t miss about this city was how shit never stayed quiet for long. I let out a small sigh and told him the truth. There was no point in lying to him.
He gave me a look of disapproval. I tried to soften it, telling him it was cool, that there was no drama. It didn’t help.
“So, this what you on? You don’t give a damn about the consequences, huh?”
He sounded frustrated, but worse than that I could hear the hurt in his voice. And that cut me deeper than it should’ve.
I rubbed my temples, trying to find the right words.
“Michael, look, I know what it look like, but I’m not even on that type of time. I went to hang out with my friends. That’s it, that’s all.”
He was already shaking his head.
“Bullshit. You back running with they asses knowing damn well they still in deep with them niggas. One time gon’ turn to two ‘cause they asses ain’t straying too far. And yo’ ass know that.”
He wasn’t wrong. Being around my friends meant being around their men, and everybody knew they problems followed them wherever they went.
The tears started before I realized what was happening.
Michael was on his feet now, eyes glazed over, stiff in the shoulders.
How was I supposed to navigate this? Was I supposed to turn my back on the friends I’d known my whole life?
“I—”
But I was cut off before I could even get the words out.
“Man, I don’t even wanna hear it. You grown, huh? You got it all figured out. But keep fucking with them reckless niggas while they in the middle of a war and you gon’ find yourself the trouble you obviously looking for.”
I flinched when he slammed the door behind him.
Guilt washed over me because I knew the pain that night had caused my family. My mama getting a phone call in the wee hours of the morning telling her I’d been shot twice and things were looking bad.
Michael refusing to leave my side even after I was stable. He had every right to be mad at the situation, scared of the consequences, frustrated that I’d willingly put myself into the line of fire again.
But what was I supposed to do?
The tears kept coming as the truth was making itself known. And I was damned if I did, and damned if I didn’t.
The days leading up to Wednesday moved slower than normal, like time was dragging its feet on purpose. Michael had barely been home, and when he was, he stayed to himself. No lingering, no conversations, no second glances. Mama noticed but she said nothing probably hoping we’d figure it out.
I told myself I’d fix it soon. Michael could get on my nerves like any sibling could, but his heart was always in the right place. Us being good mattered, and I was willing to do whatever it took to get us back there. I just needed time.
05|15|2002
Wednesday finally came with good news. I’d been approved for my apartment, and my move-in date was only weeks away. That alone made the day feel lighter, like I had something good to look forward to.
By four, I was dressed in a cut-off graphic tee and low-rise blue jeans, with white Converse on my feet. Mama had done my hair the night before; long braids with wavy ends hanging down my back.
I’d kept everything simple on purpose. This wasn’t supposed to feel like a big deal, even if part of me knew it was.
The drive to the sports bar was quiet. Michael’s words crept in anyway. He’d been right about Jey back in ’98, and I hadn’t listened. I refused to let him be right again.
Being around the Prada Bois wasn’t something I planned on doing often, even if that meant whatever was trying to blossom between Damian and I had to die.
I told myself that as I pulled into the parking lot, like saying it out loud might make it stick.
Chico’s sat between a thrift store and a Rent-A-Center, easy to miss if you weren’t looking for it. Inside was different. A long bar stretched across the room, TVs lining the walls with one big projection screen in the middle blasting sports commentary. The place smelled like fried food and beer, voices layered over each other, pool balls cracking in the back.
I was the last one to arrive. Jacob and Kiyah were already at the bar; wings spread between them. Sami and Natasha were shooting pool, laughing loud enough to turn heads. Jimmy and Nataya sat tucked into their own world, Jimmy nursing a beer while Taya leaned into him like she belonged there.
I didn’t even get a chance to look for Damian.
His warm calloused hands found my waist from behind, warm and sure, pulling me back into him. That warmth registered first before the noise, before the crowd. For a split second, everything narrowed down to just that. Then someone cleared their throat nearby, and the bar rushed back in.
I smiled and slipped out of his hold.
“Hey y’all,” I drawled, moving through the space, hugging my girls, dapping up their significant others.
When Kiyah wrapped me in a hug, she leaned in close. “I mean y’all cute, but bitch be easy.”
I laughed, pinching her side, and for the first time that night, my shoulders loosened.
The tension faded little by little. Shots made their rounds as the game kicked off. Music played low under the commentary. At some point, Jimmy challenged me to Hoop Fever, and once he started losing, he refused to quit. Each loss made him louder.
After the fourth one, it was obvious he wasn’t winning.
“Man, that shit rigged. I would’ve whooped yo’ ass anywhere else,” he argued, while Nataya laughed and held him back.
I waved him off, everyone cracking up because Jimmy had always been a sore loser.
More people filed in as the night went on, the bar filling up fast. It gave me room to breathe. The night was actually going well, better than I expected. A few times, I caught myself comparing the past with the present but would stop myself.
I didn’t want to live there tonight.
Damian stayed close without hovering. He didn’t compete for attention or try to dominate the space. He let me talk, let me laugh, let me exist in the way I chose to. He seemed content just being near me, like that was enough. That stood out more than anything else.
Every now and then, the bar erupted over the game. I didn’t understand half of what was happening, but Damian would lean in to explain, his voice low, his cologne cutting through the air. Each time he did, my knees slightly buckled.
He looked good in his jeans, Yankees jersey, with his pretty hair pulled back into a ponytail the way I always liked it. It gave sexy, grown, comfortable in his skin. I was caught several times watching him from afar.
“So, this been a date the whole damn time?” Natasha asked, sipping her drink.
I sighed, already knowing where this was going. I glanced at Kiyah, Natasha, Nataya, then over at Damian laughing with Jacob.
“I wouldn’t call it that,” I corrected. “But let’s just say it was. Would I be wrong?”
Kiyah didn’t hesitate. “Hell nah. The Boricua came first so technically Jey lame ass was the rebound. Fair game in my opinion.”
I nodded as she did have a point. The one-night stand that happened between Damian and I did take place before I even knew who Jey was. Jey wasn’t a rebound, but he definitely wasn’t on my radar.
“How would that work though? Like they’re best friends so would Jey even go for that?” Nataya wondered aloud.
Inwardly, I frowned because I was already tired of hearing about what Jey thought. My business was my business.
“Girl, ain’t nobody worried about no damn Jey,” Natasha scoffed. “He can’t stop shit if that’s what they wanna do.”
Tasha was right but deep down I felt differently. I knew differently. Still, I let myself wonder just a little if maybe things would be different now. Time tended to change things.
“Aye, nothing might not even come of this,” I noted. “Like whatever this is between Damian and me. We might just be better off as friends.”
“Well, that ain’t no fun,” Kiyah muttered.
I chuckled, letting it go. I wasn’t sure how I felt yet, but I knew I was done letting the past make decisions for me.
Jacob bought another round for us, and by then the liquor had caught up. I was good and tipsy. I drifted over to The Simpsons pinball machine in the corner, dancing a little while I played with quarters pulled from the bottom of my purse.
The game continued on in the background, the bar packed but still roomy where I stood.
“The game boring to you, mami?” Damian asked, sliding up behind me.
His breath brushed my neck, sending a shiver down my spine. I looked back at him over my shoulder.
“I mean, I wouldn’t say all that.”
He smirked, his chest close to my back. With the crowd around us, no one paid us no mind. Feeling bold, I leaned back into him. He caught me by the waist like it was second nature, chuckling under his breath.
I turned slowly, looking up at him. We didn’t say anything. His hand tightened just slightly at my waist. And honestly, I let myself relax. I allowed myself to get lost in the moment wherever it took us.
And then Damian leaned in; whether to say something or kiss me, I didn’t know. Either way, the butterflies in my stomach made their presence known.
Truthfully, being bad felt good.
“Damian!”
We both looked up.
Jey stood a few feet away, eyes hard, locked on us.
I sucked my teeth loudly and rolled my eyes. It was always something, always him.
My intention wasn’t to push Damian away, but I did as I stepped past him, cutting my eyes at Jey as I walked off.
I practically stomped through the crowd toward the bathroom, my chest tight, my patience gone. The music thumped behind me, laughter spilling through the bar like nothing had happened, like my night hadn’t just flipped on its head.
Inside the bathroom, I leaned over the sink, gripping the porcelain as frustration burned through me.
“Shit! Nye, you okay?” Kiyah’s voice boomed as she came through the door, the twins right behind her.
I lifted my head slowly, our eyes meeting through the mirror. A bitter chuckle slipped out before I could stop it.
“You know for half a second,” I said, shaking my head, “I let myself believe he’d let me be.”
Another short, humorless laugh followed.
“How did he even know where we’d be?” I questioned.
Silence answered me.
All eyes landed on Nataya. She shrank back, shoulders folding in.
“I—”
“Taya,” Natasha cut in sharp, “You telling him was telling Jey. Jimmy can’t hold water with his loud mouth having ass.”
Nataya dropped her gaze to the floor, hands twisting together.
“Nye, I didn’t think he’d say anything,” she rushed. “Him and Jey not even seeing eye to eye right now, so I didn’t think he’d do that. I swear.”
I shook my head. It didn’t matter. Jey was there now, and that was enough.
“Don’t worry about it,” I said flatly. “I’ll leave.”
Kiyah grabbed my arm before I could move. She told me I shouldn’t leave early because of him, that I couldn’t keep letting him dictate how I spent my time.
But my mind was already made up.
“I’m out,” I declared. “It’s cool. I’ma go grab my things and talk to y’all later.”
I didn’t wait for them to argue.
I pushed out of the restroom, my pulse loud in my ears. Damian stood on the other side of the door. Our eyes met, and I could tell he was just as upset as I was, jaw tight, shoulders stiff like he was holding himself back.
“I’ll walk you to your car,” he offered, handing me my purse.
I lifted my hand, resting it lightly against his chest.
“Nah, I’m good,” I began. “I got it. I’m parked right out front. Enjoy the rest of the game. I’ll call you when I get home, okay?”
He nodded, but I could tell he wanted to persist. Before he could, I rose onto my toes and kissed his cheek.
“Tell the guys bye for me, y’all,” I added, looking back at my friends.
They only nodded in agreement. I made my way through the crowd, irritation buzzing under my skin.
Outside, the warm night air hit me in the face, snapping everything into focus. All I wanted was to get home.
But that’s when I saw him. Jey leaned against my car like he owned it.
My eyes narrowed.
“Can you get off my shit?” I snapped.
He didn’t move.
I folded my arms across my chest. For a second, I thought about throwing my purse or my keys at him, but what would that solve? He was standing there for a reason.
He just looked at me. Like he was studying me. Like he was trying to figure me out. Something about that pissed me off.
“Look,” I started, stepping closer, “Just move out my way, okay?”
He shifted to the side, finally giving me space. I side-eyed him as I reached for my door to unlock it, and that’s when I realized he wasn’t being a gentleman at all.
When I tried to open it, he held it shut.
“I don’t know what type of shit you on, Nyeya,” he spat. “But you better get ya mind right before I do it for you.”
I cocked my head, staring at him like he’d lost his damn mind.
“Jey, get out my face before you really piss me off,” I sneered.
He had to be crazy if he thought he still had that kind of control over me. I yanked at the door again. He didn’t let it open.
He leaned in close instead, his voice dropping even lower.
“This my city. I run this shit. Yo' ass left and must’ve forgot who the fuck I am, but I’m here to remind yo’ little ass.”
His hand left the door and closed around my arm. His grip firm enough to make wince.
“Dead that shit with Damian,” he demanded. “’Cause if you don’t, we gon’ have problems, girl.”
I jerked my arm away, staring at him with my face twisted in disbelief.
He gave me one last look before turning and walking off.
I didn’t hesitate as I jumped into my car and locked the doors, hands shaking so badly I almost missed the button. I sucked in a breath, then another, my chest rising too fast.
The truth sat heavy and undeniable. Jey wasn’t letting me go peacefully.
You had no idea what Simon was planning when he told you to "keep the night free" and wear your "loudest shirt."
Loud? What did that even mean?
You’d gone with your favorite WWE tee—Roman Reigns staring down the world with his championship belt slung over his shoulder. Bold choice. You weren’t even sure Simon liked wrestling.
So, when you stepped into the packed arena and saw the giant LED screen lighting up with “WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW,” you actually froze.
“Wait—are you serious?!”
Simon smirked under his black baseball cap. “Dead serious.”
He handed you a ticket—Section A, Row 1. Ringside. You looked back at him like he just gave you the deed to a castle.
“You like wrestling?”
He shrugged. “Enough. Figured you’d like this more than dinner and a movie.”
The music blasted through the speakers as the first entrance theme dropped. You jumped with excitement, practically vibrating, and Simon just... watched you. He looked more entertained by your reaction than the show itself.
When Seth Rollins strutted down the ramp in a ridiculous fur coat, Simon leaned in and said, “That bloke’s got more confidence than sense.”
But then Roman Reigns walked out, and Simon side-eyed your shirt with mock disapproval. “Didn’t realize I was bringin’ the Tribal Chief’s number one fan.”
You turned and poked him in the chest. “Don’t act like you don’t love him too.”
“I’m more of a Stone Cold type,” he muttered, sipping his overpriced beer.
It was hilarious—seeing Simon, this massive, brooding soldier, trying not to crack a smile while kids screamed around him and pyro lit up the ring. But you caught him clapping when Cody Rhodes hit a Cross Rhodes clean and won his match.
“You’re enjoying this,” you teased.
He grunted. “I didn’t say I wasn’t.”
Between matches, you took selfies, caught a T-shirt they shot into the crowd (which he definitely helped you catch), and laughed until your throat was sore. And even though he didn’t know all the new wrestlers, Simon cheered when you did. When the crowd chanted “This is awesome!” he joined in—quietly, but still.
By the end of the night, your voice was shot and your cheeks hurt from grinning.
Back at the car, you were still buzzing. “Best. Night. Ever.”
Simon reached into his jacket and pulled out a folded piece of paper.
You raised a brow. “What’s this?”
“Next month,” he said casually. “WWE’s doing a PPV here again. Figured we could go.”
You opened it—Royal Rumble. Two VIP tickets. Meet and greet included.
You stared at him. “You got us VIP?! You don’t even like crowds!”
He looked away, a little bashful. “I like seeing you happy more.”
You threw your arms around him and kissed him so hard his cap almost flew off.
He chuckled into your ear, arms wrapping around your waist. “Next time, though, don’t wear Roman’s shirt. Starting to feel like competition.”
You grinned up at him. “So wear a vest. Maybe I’ll cheer for you instead.”
And you swore you heard him murmur, “I could throw someone through a table…”
𝜗ৎ Description: You and Dean take control of the ring showing the other couple who is boss Dean Winchester x Reader (WWE AU)
𝜗ৎ Violence • Smut • Possessive Dean • Filthy Language • Rough Sex • 18+ Only (WRAP IT BEFORE YOU TAP IT PEOPLE)

The lights explode across the arena as the bass of your entrance music drops like a goddamn thunderclap. The crowd’s on their feet, roaring your names before either of you even show your gorgeous, dangerous faces.
Dean storms out first — chest heaving, jaw clenched, leather jacket flaring behind him as he raises one arm high. The cockiest son of a bitch alive, dripping with attitude, with heat, with that fuck around and find out energy. He stands tall at the top of the ramp, then motions behind him with one slow flick of his wrist.
And then? You.
Hair curled and wild. Bodysuit tight and glistening like liquid gold. Eyes sharp. Hips swaying. You don’t walk — you fucking glide, baby, like you own the damn ring and everyone in it. You take your place beside him, wrapping your fingers through Dean’s as the crowd screams like they’re watching gods descend.
He lets go og your hand, grabbing your waist, and yanking you into him like he can’t wait another second, and kisses you hard enough to bruise.
“You ready to raise hell, baby?” he murmurs against your lips, all gravel and fire.
You smirk, licking his bottom lip slow and dirty.
“Let’s make ‘em bleed, sugar.”
The bell rings, and chaos erupts.
You’re fast and merciless, bouncing off the ropes, flipping bodies like a beast. Your dropkicks hit like trucks. Your trash talk is vicious.
Dean tags in, and it’s like unleashing a storm. He grabs the guy by the throat and slams him into the mat, roaring: “C’mon, asshole! Hit me like you got a fuckin’ spine!”
You cackle from the corner, bouncing on the ropes, sitting down like the devil on his shoulder. When the guy stumbles, Dean scoops you up like you weigh nothing and launches you off the turnbuckle. Your elbow connects with the guy’s skull and drops him like a sack of rocks.
The crowd. Is. Fucken. FERAL.
But the other team’s got one last move. The chick tags in. She’s fast — tries to hit you with a cheap shot. Lands one to your jaw.
You stumble. Blood drips from your lip. Dean loses his shit.
“TOUCH HER AGAIN AND I’LL RIP YOUR FUCKING HEAD OFF!”
But you just laugh, wiping the blood with your thumb and sucking it slowly.
You lick your lips at Dean before turning your taunting gaze towards the toothless cheetah. “Cute. She hits like a toddler.”
You wreck her. Slap her down. Grab her by the hair and whisper in her ear:
“Tell your boyfriend I’ll be fuckin’ him next week — he looks real lonely.”
PIN. ONE. TWO. THREE.
The bell rings. The crowd explodes.
Before your arm’s even raised, Dean storms into the ring and grabs you. He dips you low, kisses you like he’s about to fuck you on the damn mat in front of the world.
“You fuckin’ killed it, baby,” he growls against your mouth. “You’re the hottest thing I’ve ever seen.”
“Then get me backstage,” you whisper, nipping his lip. “Before I jump you right here.”
BACKSTAGE.
The second the camera cuts and the curtain closes, Dean grabs your wrist and drags you through the hall like a man on a mission.
“You wanna fight like that in front of me?” he growls, yanking open the locker room door. “Wanna drive me fuckin’ insane?”
The door slams. Lock clicks. And then?
He’s on you.
You’re against the locker in half a second. His mouth is everywhere — hot, rough, desperate. He rips your bodysuit down the middle, zipper tearing like paper, exposing your flushed, heaving chest.
“You’re mine,” he snarls, biting your neck. “All mine. I’m gonna fuckin’ prove it.”
You moan, wrapping your leg around his hip, grinding into the bulge in his pants.
“Then take me. Show me what I did to you.”
Dean grabs you by the waist, lifts you off the floor, and slams you down over the cold bench like you’re weightless. Your ass is up, legs shaking, and you barely feel your panties ripped to the side before his belt’s off.
You hear the growl in his throat as he spits into his hand and strokes himself behind you.
“You want it rough?”
“I want it dirty.”
“Good. ‘Cause I’m gonna fuck you like you earned it.”
SLAM.
He’s in — deep, raw, unforgiving. You scream, gripping the bench, nails digging into the wood.
His hand places a smack across your ass, leaving a mark.
“That’s right. Let ‘em hear you. Let ‘em know who fuckin’ owns you.”
Dean pounds into you, again and again, teeth gritted, groaning like he’s gonna fucking lose it. Sweat drips down your back. You’re moaning, begging, crying out.
“Faster, Dean—please—fuck—”
“You gonna cum, baby? Gonna soak my cock like a fuckin’ good girl?”
His hand slides under you, rubbing your clit hard and fast — no mercy. You scream his name as you cum so hard your legs give out under you.
He follows you seconds later, slamming in one last time with a broken moan as he spills deep inside you, collapsing over your back, panting, kissing your shoulder.
“Holy fuck, baby… you’re gonna kill me.”
“Still standing, aren’t you?”
“Barely. You’re lethal.”
He kisses your temple and scoops you into his arms, holding you close as you both catch your breath.

He continued watching you parade yourself around. (You weren't doing anything extraordinary, just doing your job and going about your business, he was just bitter and jealous he wasn't the object of your attention.)
He saw how all the other men looked at you and it drove him crazy. (Mostly you had a mutually respectful relationship with the other members of the roster, even if there was some underlying tension between you and some of them, and some other people that you wouldn't even risk being alone with due to their reputations, but nobody was shooting their shot or anything.)
He knew you dressed like that at the gym on purpose, just to get his attention. (A loose t shirt and spandex shorts wasn't necessarily your idea of provocative, but…okay.)
You weren't impressed with his IC Belt. You weren't impressed with his run ins. You weren't impressed with his Legend Killer status. (You had literally congratulated him every time he asked you for your opinion. However, you hadn't ripped off your clothes and thrown yourself into his arms, so you might as well have just insulted him.)
He felt like he was coming unhinged. (He might be at this point.)
He agreed to do the death match with Mick Foley so he could feel something different. He needed to snap out of whatever trance you'd put him in and focus on his career. He needed this company to take him seriously. He needed You to take him seriously.
Your entire team knew this was going to be a blood bath and you'd prepped for it all week, stocking supplies, communicating with the local medical centers, running through what all the spots would be so you knew what to expect. Randy had cherished the concern on your face through the entire planning process, until he realized it was more for Mick than it was for him.
Mick was a notorious flirt, but you controlled the conversations and kept them silly and charming, not allowing any weight to be put behind any of his words, even if he tried.
This also infuriated Randy.
Married old man Mick Foley could get closer to you than he could. He had to watch the two of you laugh and carry on together like old friends, and it burned him up even more when the other Veterans flocked to your company and you got to continue to ignore him for them.
Then finally the night of the match came.
You sat in the time keeper's box, your supply cart full of gauze and instaclot, sutures and ice packs, even a small bottle of milk in case there were teeth knocked out.
Randy and Mick both pulled outrageous, dangerous stunts, including Randy almost getting lit on fire by a flaming baseball bat covered in barbed wire.
Finally, after being out maneuvered during an RKO Randy ended up crashing into a mat full of thumbtacks.
He sat up and you could see the shock setting into his system, his eyes were a million miles away, and he couldn't quite process all the sensations he was feeling.
You stayed ready to jump into action, wincing at the sight of all those tacks in his bare back.
Even Mick hadn't done the spot shirtless before, granted he'd ripped off one of his ears in the ring once, so it probably wouldn't have meant much to him if he did.
Randy managed to snap himself out of it and let the pain turn him into The Apex Predator.
The pair danced around the ring for a few moments, getting tie ups and cheap shots in before Randy managed to get Cactus Jack up and RKO'd directly onto his barbed wire bat.
Randy pinned him and got the 3 count, successfully defending his IC Championship from The Hardcore Legend.
Once the match was over and the ref was moving to lift Randy's arm, you scrambled over and started checking on Mick, your team waiting to receive Randy when he finally came out of the ring.
He was exhausted and sore, but in good spirits, with the expected amount of damage taken and nothing more.
Randy was still dazed, like he couldn't believe anything after he took the thumbtack bump, like he was living that moment over and over in his head.
Your team carefully led him backstage and started pulling thumbtacks out of him while you cleaned up Cactus Jack.
Everyone adjacent to the scene was applauding and cheering the men, no one as worried as you seemed to be, but that was typical after one of these matches.
Mick was on the phone with his wife as you stitched his forehead shut, Randy was still not quite there, obviously very in his own head about what had just happened.
You gave both men final once overs, documenting everything you could as they both came down from their adrenaline rushes.
They both slumped off to the locker rooms to change and get cleaned up, and you went back out ringside to finish the PPV.
The next time you saw Randy that night, it was like the match hadn't even happened. He was upbeat, energetic, acting like he wasn't even sore. You were nursing your third energy drink of the last 24 hours before getting ready to go out and celebrate another event well done.
WWE had rented out a nightclub for everyone for after the show, encouraging them to go and have fun somewhere the company could keep an eye on them.
A few people had asked you if you'd be there, including Dave, and you didn't have the heart to say no.
You watched Randy bounce around backstage with the others and shook your head.
You were disappointed. You could tell he'd taken more than just something to knock the edge off his aches. You slipped into the Official's locker room and changed to go out. Unsure of how the rest of the night was going to go.
You found yourself in your slinkiest gold dress, matching heels, your make up was smokey and alluring, like you were begging for someone to flirt with you.
You were sitting on a barstool, talking to Chris Jericho and Edge when Randy came over to the three of you.
He shoved past the two men and grabbed your hand.
"You look too good to be sitting here. Come dance with me."
You smiled tersely and firmly pulled your hand back.
"Sorry Champ, left my dance card in my gym bag."
He blinked, the joke having gone over his head.
"No, come on. Come dance with me." He reached for you again and the two men intervened.
"She's not interested, man."
"Go drink some water, Orton."
He gave them both dirty looks.
"She's not gonna fuck you guys. She's too much of a frigid bitch." He spat venomously.
They were both surprised, not by this revelation, but by how crassly he'd talked about you. You stood up and pushed your way between them.
"You know what, Randy? C'mon. I'll give exactly what you're asking for."
You said it in a way that any man in his right mind would recognize was a threat, but Randy however, was not in his right mind.
You looked at the two men you'd been sitting with. "Will you watch my drink?"
They both nodded, knowing better than to try and stop you at this point.
You grabbed your purse and walked off, eventually pushing through a side exit door, Randy stumbling behind you, the combination of substances and his excitement at what he thought was about to happen rendering him almost useless.
He grinned like a dope at you. "I dinnit know all it'd take was askin' you to dance."
You took a half step away from him, reeled back, and slapped him across the face, maybe not as hard as you could, but hard enough that you knew he'd feel it.
He yelled and stumbled back, tripping over a bag of trash behind him, completely caught off guard.
You were so mad you were shaking.
"First of all, I've told you more than once to keep your fucking hands off of me. Second of all, if you ever talk about me like that again, especially in front of me, I'll knee your balls into your throat."
He groaned loudly, rolling his eyes dramatically.
"God, you're such a bitch! I know you want to fuck me!"
You rolled your eyes this time.
"You're a spoiled daddy's boy who can't follow the directions on a pill bottle much less listen to me when I tell you not to touch me, you're constantly getting wasted and showing your ass, you barely take your fucking job seriously, and you act like you've never needed anyone's help unless it was to cradle your massive ego. Gee, I wonder why I don't want to fuck you. I wonder why I refuse to let you even touch me without showing me you have some fucking depth and control."
He stared at you.
"I'm not some weak ass punk you can just boss around."
You figured he was fucked up enough he probably wouldn't remember this conversation tomorrow, so you went ahead and laid it all on the table.
"I'm not trying to boss you around. I'm trying to get you to act right so that I know you can be a good boy when I fuck you. I want you to behave for You, so I know you can behave for Me."
His eyes fluttered at your wording, his blood suddenly leaving his burning cheek and heading further south.
You swallowed and continued.
"I told you in my office. You need discipline. You need to learn respect. I know you want to fuck me, but the first step to achieving that, is you giving up your fucking ego for 2 seconds and admitting that you're willing to work for it and how badly you want it. The second step, is getting yourself cleaned up so you're actually present for our time together. If you can't do those two things, there's no hope for you."
He stood up and came over to you, guiding you backwards until you were against the side of the building. He towered over you.
"And why the fuck should I care if you want to fuck me? Why should I do all this bullshit? What makes you so special that I should work this hard for your pussy?"
You shrugged. "You tell me."
He blinked, instantly deflated. He didn't have an answer for that. You reached up and patted his still burning cheek, making him hiss and wince.
"You'll figure it out. Until you do, the ice in my drink is melting. So, I'm gonna go back in."
You turned towards the door and he grabbed your wrist. You gave him a dangerous look and he let go. "You don't know what you fucking do to me."
You shrugged again. "I have a pretty good guess. But, rules are rules, my boy. And until you can tamp down that fucking ego, I suppose I'll just keep doing it to you." You smiled and disappeared into the club again, leaving him half hard and fully dazed by the interaction.
You went back in and sat back down at the bar with Edge and Jericho, both of them making sure you were okay as you settled back into your spot.
Randy stormed back in and started looking for anyone who looked even kind of like you. He'd even settle for a girl wearing the same color dress. Anything to feel like he had you all to himself.
You went on to enjoy your night, having a few drinks and some laughs, eventually ending up dancing with a group of other men and women from the program. Batista's hands soon found your waist and you relaxed against him as the two of you moved together. Even now, he still made you feel safe and you were grateful to have him there.
Randy could've screamed. It was taking everything in his power not to go over and start a fight. He went and got a bottle of vodka from the bar, took a long drink, then resumed his search for your proxy.
He finally found a woman willing to suck his dick under one of the tables and he figured he should take what he could get.
They settled into his VIP booth and she hid herself under the tablecloth that hung over the table. He watched your hips, your legs, your chest, the way your dress almost showed too much but still never enough, he groaned as she took his dick into her mouth.
"Fuck, Y/N…" he muttered, tossing his head back, clutching the edge of his seat with one hand, the other holding his bottle still.
The woman on her knees couldn't hear him over the music and continued her sloppy ministrations.
He sat up and his eyes found you again, laughing as Dave spun you around and caught you in his arms again.
Randy grit his teeth and did his best to focus on what was happening to him instead.
He took another drink and relaxed back, letting his eyes drift half shut and sliding a hand into her hair.
He imagined it was you.
On your knees tucked under a table, like you just couldn't wait a minute longer to get his cock in your mouth. Like you were desperate for a taste of him. He'd chuckle at how eager you were and groan as you quickly swallowed his entire length. You'd make it your mission to make it hard for him to be casual about it, trying to make him moan and buck his hips. And he'd fight hard not to but he knew you'd still win, and he'd be fucking your mouth and growling like an animal in this dark corner booth, praying nobody else noticed, until he came down your throat with a strangled groan of your name.
The woman under the table was not as skilled as he knew you were. He tried again to focus on something other than his stablemate's hands on your waist and his hips pressed into yours.
You'd climb up from under the booth and sit next to him, your lips would be swollen, eyes watery, but you'd be grinning proudly.
And he'd slide a hand up your thigh, and you'd shiver under it, your warm skin getting goosebumps.
And as you spread your legs for him, he'd tease you over your panties with his thumb. Not that the sheer lace provided much protection from the sensation anyways.
You'd moan quietly and give him a nervous look, and he'd kiss you until you relaxed again, and then he'd slip his fingers into your panties and tease your wet lips, making you moan and shiver.
He'd slowly and almost tenderly, draw your orgasm out of you with his fingers. Not wanting to do too much and have you cause a scene.
You'd be steadily leaking on his hand, leaving a small puddle on the leather bench seat, as he worked his fingers in and out of you, his thumb constantly working your clit.
"You gonna cum for Daddy?" He'd ask in your ear, slipping another finger into you. And you'd try not to squeal too loud into his shoulder as you came undone in his hand.
He'd call you a good girl and let you watch him lick his hand clean again, before sliding your wet panties into his back pocket.
His hips finally stuttered and he came in the mouth of the girl under table, wishing so desperately it was you.
She crawled back out and gave him a dirty look as he put himself away.
"I've literally never given head that long before. Make sure you don't have whiskey dick before you waste the next girl's time, loser." She stormed off and he couldn't have cared less.
He'd gotten as close to you as he could manage and that was going to have to be enough.

Randy didn't remember much from that night, but he spent a lot of time trying to.
He knew he didn't sleep with you, he knew he'd gotten slapped, he knew you'd told him to straighten up if he wanted to fuck you.
But he was too stubborn to give in to you. He kept drinking, he kept partying. And eventually it was time for Summerslam and his opportunity to win the WHC belt.
He was training even more than he had for his match with Foley. He was in your office every morning getting some kind of vitamins or a hydrating IV or some sort of pressure wrap on a stressed muscle. It was all business between the two of you when you were together. Randy hadn't had time to devise a new plan for how to get your attention, and was surprisingly focused on this match.
The higher ups had impressed the importance of this event on him as much as possible. This was his chance to make a name for himself. This would solidify him as his own man, not just his father's son. The stress, of course, was driving him to drink even more and then that led to him taking more uppers to keep training.
He was running himself ragged and he refused to rise to your occasion and get his head on straight.
Instead, He had even less time to himself than normal, so he cherished his showers where he could relax and lust over you without interruption.
He imagined you in the shower with him, your hands soaping up his body instead of his own. Your knowledgeable hands gently massaging out the knots in his back, the tension in his muscles. He'd be putty in your hands and you'd know it. Of course you'd know it. It would be exactly what you wanted. He'd be weak kneed and hard, and you'd wrap that beautiful hand around his cock from behind him and he'd almost lose it right then and there. You wouldn't let him though, stroking him just enough to make him want more. Keeping him on edge as your other hand roamed his body. He'd whine and beg-
His eyes snapped open and his hand stopped moving on his length.
Nope. Not whining. Not begging. Try again.
He took a deep breath and closed his eyes again.
You were stroking him from behind, your hand gliding up and down his cock, teasingly slow, like you were savoring it. Like you couldn't believe it was in your hands.
He smirked to himself, hand resuming it's motion.
He started slowly rutting into your hand as you stroked him. He could almost feel your lips on his neck and shoulders, could practically hear you purring in his ear. "You're being such a good boy for me."
He gasped slightly, and his hand lost its rhythm, making him groan with frustration.
Fine. Whatever.
He found a satisfying pace and tried to relax.
He'd nod and whimper. Ugh.
He'd be so happy to be your good boy.
Finally giving you what you want make him feel incredible. Hearing your praises would make him feel untouchable.
"That's it, just relax for me. I've got you."
He'd have to brace himself on the wall in front of him, already close to coming undone in your hands, moaning and whimpering, shivering as you kissed along his back.
"Are you getting close, my love?"
He'd nod, hips moving with your hands, biting his lip.
He gasped at the thought of your teeth in his earlobe.
"Then come for me."
And with a desperate moan, he did.
Fuck.
He turned the temperature down on the shower as he caught his breath. He knew what this meant, but he hated to admit it.

Then Raw happened, and Randy was ousted from Evolution in a public and embarrassing manner.
And he was right back where he started, ready to drink and party the stress away, all thought of getting better to get your attention shelved in the back of his mind.
He'd lost his place in Evolution because even the higher ups could tell he was getting out of control. They'd heard the stories of him getting wasted at parties and hooking up with women. Heard about him getting riled up in hotel bars until he was all but dragged back to his room by whoever he was with. Heard about him being talked out of fights in public bars, with guys that wouldn't stand a chance.
Luckily they didn't make you the Wellness Policy Enforcer, you just got to work on a surface level. But you could tell he was under their suspicion. He was constantly being wrangled and scheduled for things afterhours to try and keep him straight, but he'd either still go out afterwards, or just not go to the training sessions or meetings at all.
You were losing faith in him and felt like you were watching him fall apart.
As August continued, he was being slated to lose the belt.
Then in September it happened.
They made him drop to Triple H and he felt like he was watching his career go down the toilet.
He was desolate and miserable and barely wanted to come out of his hotel room.
You didn't see him for almost a week before his next appearance on Raw.
He looked too thin, his eyes looked too dark, his veins were pronounced but his muscles weren't, like he was dehydrated but hadn't been working out as much as he should've. He looked awful.
But he showed up and did his job like he was supposed to for exactly as long as he was contractually obligated to.
Then he went back to drinking and taking muscle relaxers in his hotel room.

He performed in the November Survivor Series and his team even won, but it still wasn't enough to save him.
He assumed this victory meant he was in the clear, and as he celebrated in the same club you were in, you could tell that wasn't a good sign.
He was on the dance floor, surprisingly. A bottle of some expensive tequila in one hand, the other groping a young woman who was just happy to have a man's attention while she grinded herself against him. She didn't know who he was or why he could afford to pour top shelf tequila into her mouth until it ran down her neck and he licked it off, but she certainly wasn't complaining.
You weren't dancing. You were on Batista's lap, surrounded by your peers, laughing and talking like one of them, a healthy mix of young and old talent sitting in your section. Randy soon became annoyed that you hadn't even noticed him trying to get your attention.
At some point he took another upper and ordered another bottle of tequila. The girl he had been dancing with was now exhausted and more than buzzed, and being carted home by her more sober friends. All of them giving him dirty looks for getting their friend so drunk and ruining their night. As if he cared. Her hair was the same color as yours, that's all that had mattered.
His eyes scanned the room for his next potential partner and he was surprised to see you heading for the bar all on your own.
He watched as your tiny, sexy, midnight blue dress reflected the lights of the club, your skin ever so slightly shiny with sweat, your cheeks red from laughing. He wanted to lick the beads of sweat off your collarbone and had to steady himself on the edge of the bar at the thought.
You didn't seem to notice him as you ordered for what seemed like your entire group. The bartender assured you a bottle girl would bring the drinks to your section and after you thanked him and started to walk away, Randy grabbed you.
You turned around quickly and rolled your eyes.
"What, did your girlfriend go home already?" You pulled your arm back and he groaned with frustration.
He put his hands on your waist and rested his forehead against yours. You tensed at first but then he spoke, and you were annoyed again.
"Why won't you just let me fuck you so I can fucking move on?"
You laughed and looked up at him, deciding you had time tonight.
"Because I deserve better than some pill popping douchebag."
He flinched.
"I told you how to get what you want, Randy. And breaking my rules, again, while you're so fucked up, again, is literally the opposite way to do it."
He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, amazed you hadn't harmed him yet.
"I can't stop thinking about you."
You made a disappointed noise and put your hands on his cheeks. He leaned into your right one, face changing at the kindness, like a street cat that was finally letting you pet it.
"I know, sweetheart. But you have to be a good boy for me first. And you just can't seem to get out of your own way to do that."
He whined, just like he had in his fantasy, needy and tight in his throat.
You smirked at that, you were so absolutely sure you had him. You were so confident he'd finally seen the light and was ready to start on a healthier path that could finally include you in his life.
"But… but what if I need to fuck you to get better?"
You laughed and pulled away, pushing his hands off your hips.
"Oh I'm sure that's exactly what you want me to think. Does that line work on the normal girls? Do they buy the tortured artist thing? Randy, you aren't fooling me! I've seen this over and over again! I know what potential you have and I know you're wasting it and until you stop doing that, you aren't getting even a glimpse of my tits. Much less into my pants. I'm sorry, sweetheart."
He took a long drink from his bottle of tequila and hissed as he swallowed. You watched, unimpressed.
"What if I like getting drunk? What if I like how the pills make me feel?"
You shrugged. "You must if you're willing to lose both your belts and your chance with me over it."
He felt his heart drop as you said it, you could see the weight of it finally hitting him. He stood at another crossroads in that moment, and went left instead of choosing to do right, and took another long pull from his bottle.
You sighed and shook your head.
"You're not better than me, y'know. You're here drinking too."
You raised an eyebrow. "You think me coming out after Pay Per Views to have maybe 3 drinks is the same as what you've got going on right now? The last time I pissed myself I was a child. I'm pretty sure yours was last week. I haven't woken up and vomited since I had food poisoning in Europe. That's standard for you. I know, I'm the one they get the fucking Zofran from so you can finish training in the morning. You're throwing it all away, Randy. And I deserve somebody who can take themselves and their future seriously."
You turned and followed the bottle girl to your section, Batista quietly checking on you as you resettled on his lap with your cocktail.
Randy watched, his jaw clenched tightly. He took another long drink from his bottle and set off in search of some form of self destruction.
You and Randy had even fewer interactions over the coming weeks. He was preparing to be written off for a while so he could celebrate Thanksgiving with his family. He had been trying to pull back on the drinking. He'd been trying to only take the pills when he felt like shit. He was trying because he couldn't stop thinking about you. But it was definitely a struggle.
He arrived at his parents' house, looking forward to the opportunity to relax and not have to worry about work. He was hoping he'd be able to have fun again, drinking and celebrating the holidays with his family and their friends.
He got one day of having fun and acting reckless before his parents sat him down and tried to talk some sense into him.
It was futile. Randy just argued back, throwing his father's own past into his face. And their argument grew, and his mother started crying, and after Randy stormed out of the house to go find a bar, his father got up and flushed all the pills he could find in Randy's bags.
Randy, completely oblivious to what was happening in his room at home, paid for an entire bottle of rum, the only thing the bartender was willing to part with, and sat in a booth and drank by himself.
For a while at least. At some point, a woman slid into the booth with him.
"I'm so sorry to bother you, but are you Randy Orton?"
He smirked. "Yeah I am. You a fan?"
She shook her head. "My boyfriend is, he saw you and wanted to come say Hi but he didn't want you to be annoyed. I told him it'd be fine, and-"
His face fell and he rolled his eyes. "He was right. I'm annoyed."
She stopped short, surprised.
"O-oh. I'm so sorry."
"You should be."
She scoffed.
"Wow. You're a dick. Fuck you."
He looked over at her. "You want to? Fuck me?"
She made a disgusted noise.
"You wish, asshole." She snapped as she stormed off back to her boyfriend.
He was half amused and half annoyed, but he took another long drink from his bottle and watched the two of them argue about what had just happened until they left, both of them giving him dirty looks as they did. He just smirked and waved good bye to them, and he could tell her boyfriend wished he could do anything about it. He had missed this feeling. Missed being the biggest guy in the room. Missed feeling untouchable.
When he finally stumbled home, smelling like stale cigarettes and booze, he was too drunk to even make it up to his ransacked room, and simply fell asleep on the couch.
Once he woke up to the sounds of his parents in the kitchen, he made his way to join them.
He could tell immediately something was going on. His father waited for him to sit down with a cup of coffee before saying anything.
"I flushed your pills, Randy. It's over. You're gonna stay here until you get it out of your system."
Randy went cold, he felt the blood drain out of his face.
"What?"
"You heard me, son. Enough's enough."
A surge of emotions rushed through Randy.
"I already called your doctors. They aren't going to give you any more, either. So you might as well just get it over with here."
Randy held his tongue, but his eyes were full of rage.
His father stared at him, daring him to say something.
"Fine." He said finally, through gritted teeth, his jaw tight.
His father nodded and left Randy to sit and seethe at the kitchen table.
The next 2 weeks were a blur to him. He spent hours stuck between asleep and awake, his body alternated between dull aching and burning pain, he felt dehydrated but nauseous which made him not want to drink anything even though his body was begging for it. He could barely eat, everything was like sand in his mouth. He didn't leave his room, he didn't talk to anyone. Any time he had any sort of mental clarity, you were his first thought. And that was the only reason he stuck with it.
Finally, one morning he woke up and his brain was almost quiet. His body was stiff but not actively hurting, he got out of bed and realized he was hungry. And for the first time in what felt like a long time, he used his mental clarity to make himself breakfast and think about you.
