Gave out calendars at the meeting today & I am going to put it on my fridge or on my door or anywhere to keep this in mind. I’ve got roughly 7 days (forgot about New Years so definitely more) that are going to be Holiday/food related events. So my goal is to stay on track, keep up the water intake and maybe move a little bit more every day(seriously haven’t found the right exercise I love yet but I’m on the hunt what’s right for me!) ALSO I’ve already planned to attend a meeting the Monday of thanksgiving week because I won’t be able to go on Friday.
