The New Year is upon us. This is the #1 best time of the year, in my opinion, to make GREAT change and make resolutions and try to really stick to goals and promises you’ve made yourself. I have so many thing I need to work on this year and knowing how fast the time goes, I’m going to try to not waste much time. Trial and error have helped me figure out what works for me when it comes to reaching weight loss goals: 🔅Stocked refrigerator with foods that are point-friendly and tasty 🔅Meetings every week 🔅Tracking!!! 🔅Water!!!!!!!!!!!!!x10000 🔹Resolution re. health is to increase my exercise. Very broad statement but I’m starting from nowhere. Bike, treadmill, yoga, walking-classes on YouTube ANYTHING. It takes great effort for me to do any form of exercise. So to make myself exercise even for 10 minutes a day to start would be an improvement!
