I laid down at 5pm to close my eyes for a bit, woke up at 6:30, thought it was morning, couldn't figure out how I had slept 13.5 hours, and proceeded to get ready for class, which included eating breakfast, again.

Accidentally went over my points...
I laid down at 5pm to close my eyes for a bit, woke up at 6:30, thought it was morning, couldn't figure out how I had slept 13.5 hours, and proceeded to get ready for class, which included eating breakfast, again.
My goal for this week:
Stay in my points
Go for a half hour walk every day
Workout 5 days
Let the scale do what it's gonna do and focus on being healthy instead of fussing about how weight can fluctuate from day to day.
When should I weigh myself?
I feel like it's cheating to count my weight right when I wake up in the morning because it's the lowest of the day. Should I weigh at night before I go to bed, essentially counting the whole day?

Just binged.
It's been a terrible few days in terms of my mental health, and I'm currently riding out a low, but that's no excuse.
I tracked the points (guessed) and am now eating a banana and pomegranate seeds and drinking a bottle of water.
Ugh.
When I get below (and stay below) 200lbs. I'm going to reward myself with a tattoo :)
