Wyetta
So made another sister that IS severely defective because of how much human emotion she has her programming.
Eva found her while with Eden to go on a case, Wyetta (That Eva named her herself.) Was in a corner and terrified.
Eva being the motherly like android she is, she comforted Wyetta and tokk her home with her
fake promo art for an idea ill probably never do anything with
one’s an alien and the other’s a robot and they have fun adventures solving problems in space
(Starter for Wyetta / @wandering-mist from Pandemonium)
She'd done it again.
Panne's heart was beating out of control, her chest heaving as she ran; it would have been much simpler and quicker to just planewalk or cloak herself until the danger had passed, but she'd used up enough energy fighting her way out of the city alone - far more than she'd actually managed to acquire.
She could hear the pounding of hooves along the road, voices calling out threats and insults to her kind into the cool night air; the road was too exposed but the brush along the side of it was no easy going, and more than once she lost her balance, further tearing her clothing. She was *exhausted*, but the ache in her sides was better than the alternative.
She'd seen what others had done to demons too weakened to defend themselves upon apprehending them, and she had no intention of suffering the same fate.
The treeline of what looked to be a thick stand of woods loomed ahead, and Panne put on an extra burst of speed, brambles slicing at her skin as she barreled past them and into the cover of the woods. Behind her, the sounds of the few approaching townspeople that were still on her trail died out, amidst audible expressions of dismay, but Panne kept running, occasionally flapping her wings for the speed boost. With the circumstances leading her to be fleeing now she didn't expect them to give up so easily.
It wasn't until the only sounds that remained were the soft, ambient sounds of forest creatures that she slowed, stumbling yet again - and this time finding herself unable to drag herself to her feet once more. Every breath she took was another pang in her chest; it occurred to her that she'd sustained some additional injuries, as well - various cuts and lacerations from projectiles, a couple of clear burn marks from a more magically-based offensive. Panne lowered her head onto the soft grass beneath her, too tired to tuck her wings or tail or even the curled horns poking through her hair out of sight. The world around her was rapidly growing dimmer as the exhaustion and effort caught up with her, and the last thought that crossed her mind before they ceased altogether for some time was that of the impending guilt setting in.
She'd never intended to hurt anyone.
With a final sigh of resignation, Panne's eyes slipped shut, and she knew no more.
wyetta is a new android now!
She’s happy of what she looks like now, Messy and messy short hair to boot.
About
Wyetta Eldridge
24 - she/her - Witch
Blue Eyes - Black Hair - Freckles - 5'1"
Wyetta is a reclusive forest witch who specializes in healing and caring for magical creatures. Her talents range from herbs to healing magic to potions. She runs a small apothecary that very few know about. She is painfully shy which is why her familiar does most of the talking.
Mathghhamhain
Kodiak Bear - Male - Ancient
This old bear is Wyetta's familiar and protector. She fondly calls him Ham much to his dismay(Dont worry he actually adores the nickname and her). He has been protecting her family for years but as Wyetta is the last of her line and Ham has gotten awfully close to Wyetta. He would do anything for his little witch.
[Vela had been wandering for days in the woods, foraging and just traveling through when the snapping of twigs and branches behind her caught her attention. Startled, her black hair turned lilac purple for a brief instant before she recovered. That didn't last long. A bear was snarling at her. A Kodiak. This wasn't good.] 🍀
-Mathghamhain didn't even need to stand on his hind legs as he bared his fangs at the small creature before him. He could smell the magic rolling off her.-
State your purpose small one. You are trespassing on our territory.
-Wyetta heard Ham speaking in his deep, rumbly way. Head whipping to find where he had gone she traipsed to his side, peeking around him to see a woman looking terrified. Wyetta tugged lightly on his fur, hand griping the coarse hairs with a gentle touch. She didn't stop him, but watched the woman to see what she would do next.-
Wyetta: 1, 13, 23
1: What’s your OC’s biggest insecurity and how would they react if someone pointed it out to them?
“Growing up a duskwight was pretty much the hardest thing I’ve had to do in my life so far. In Gridania, nobody likes duskwights, nobody wants you around, and a ton of abuse gets hurled your way just for being what you are.
I worked past that. I did my time, I got my respect, I proved myself. My dad told me that’s the only way you get anyone to treat you proper. To earn it. So I did. I joined the Wood Wailers when I was 16, worked my ass off to get noticed by the Adder recruiters, and then worked my ass off even more to make sergeant.
And it worked. Dad was right. All the shit spewing stopped, I actually got treated more like a person for once, and over time all that shit just kinda faded out of my mind. You don’t see too many places outside of Gridania that have the same bare aggression towards duskwights.
Except Ishgard. That was a rude awakening. I almost killed me a man over that, but someone stopped me and put my head back on straight.
Incidentally, that’s how I met Coruscin.
So, uhm, did that answer your question?”
13: What kind of situations does your OC avoid the most?
Wyetta rolls her eyes a bit.
“It’s actually something I’m super frustrated with myself over. Can’t stand being alone, even for a little bit. Before I met my current friends, I used to hang out in bars a lot. Didn’t like the noise, the smoke, the constant stream of men hitting on me, but I hated being alone more.
And I don’t know why, but the fact that I get so lonely annoys the crap out of me. I feel like after all the shit I’ve been through a little solitude can’t hurt. But it sure does, believe me on that.”
23: Does your OC tend to hide something about their personality/essence when meeting new people? If yes, what?
Wyetta gestures at herself expansively, her face lighting up in mild amusement.
“Sure, there’s things I wish I could hide! Too bad I can’t! I’d love to hide the fact that I’m a world class klutz, but instead that’s how I meet all my boyfriends. Sometimes I’d like to stop talking so much, but that’s a lost cause for sure.”
