This is Us - Part One

This is an introduction to my system members, all under one tag (#thisisus). Seeing as there’s a currently noted 37 of us it’s rather long and we’ve decided to break it up into a few parts. We hope for those of you who choose to read this it’s either helpful or interesting.   ~  Aesh & Isaac (here are parts two, three, four, and five. - alec)

1. Aesh   |   Hello! My name’s Aeshea [ash-sha], and I’m a demon of many beautiful and fantastic forms~ Most of the system just recently came to realize that I am in fact a part of it. They’re all realizing pretty fast that I’m capable of handling not only myself but our messy life as well. I have my own blog here if you’re interested in following me. - Aesh (Image source here.)

2. Alec   |   This right here is Alexander. He chose the name Alexander, Alec for short, many, many years ago— back when we were a little queer kid in the closet reading The Mortal Instruments series. (He may not look exactly like he’s described in the books, but yes, our Alec is a fictive of Alec Lightwood!) He’s a friendly, sociable guy who will befriend just about anybody. 3. Aodhan   |   This is Aody, his name’s pronounced like “Aiden” in case you were wondering. He’s an elf as you can see by his pointed ears. Quite honestly he’s a sweetheart but doesn’t come out much because he prefers speaking his own made up language between him and Lora to speaking English. He’s got his own blog right here if you want to follow him. - Isaac & Aesh (Image source here.)

4. Aria   |   Aria’s a little different from the rest of us, mainly because she’s a computer. Her ‘body’ is actually just a projected form that she gives so we can see her. She’s all digital. She’s extremely helpful, though that seems to be her only purpose. - Isaac & Aesh (Image source here.)

5. Arlo   |   Arlo’s our wonderful ace emo enby. They don’t like to come out a lot because they feel compelled to remember every single thing they ever read (and usually do to their credit), which is draining. Though they’re a little shy they’re witty and pretty slick. You won’t see them much, but you can follow their personal blog here. - Isaac & Aesh (Image source here.)

6. Bailey   |   This is the goddex of our system, Mx. Bailey Heloise Evin Jameson. Even her name is grand, right? She’s been going through some rough times so she’s not out as much as she used to be, but when she’s got her head on straight she can run this whole system blindfolded. You can find her on her personal blog here but she likes being on this account, and answering questions if you ever want to send some in for her. She’s happily in a relationship with our system mate Rhea. - Isaac & Aesh (Image source here.)

7. Cade   |   We consider Cade to be Arlo’s counterpart in a way. Where Arlo’s compelled to remember everything they read, Cade’s compelled to remember everything he ever hears. Which, like Arlo’s skill, is draining and Cade prefers to lurk in the headspace over fronting. Hey I saw your post and was just wondering how you got so many followers? 960 wow. I only have 17 😢

Do any of you have experience with BetterHelp/Pride Counseling? Is it worth it? We know actual therapy is preferable but we need to start somewhere. - Shiloh & Aesh
