Burke is a guitar shredder and has played in so many bands. I think he’s currently involved in at least 3 active bands right now. I first met him at a show in Bellingham. A couple weeks later I ran into him at the Comet and he greeted me like we were old friends. The collection of guitars he’s acquired over the years is really impressive. He also knows the best places to eat in cities all over the world.

One of his bands, X Suns (TEN Suns), just put out a new record of post-rock magic and you should seek it out.

X SunsLocation: Seattle, WA During our first night in Seattle we paid a visit to Seattle local venue The Crocodile to check out some music, and there we met X suns. We didn't have our equipment on us so we were invited to the Olympic Foundry, where X Suns magic happens! X suns has a heavy hitting sound that keeps me in awe! This is probably one my favorite videos shot and edited of 2013 easily! Check out our interview with Xsuns discussing their background and what inspires them to create and play music.
