This quote resonated with me as I speed drew this as fast as I could, Miss Elayna's repost set my passion for these two sillies ablaze once more. I couldn't bother to recheck for authenticity. I had a mission. It took me forty-five minutes, which is evident by the quality, ahem. I desire to draw them some more eventually... after I am unbound from the shackles of my worldly responsibilities of course.

Theory on why/how x is the strongest algebralien

TPOT 20 spoilers here idk if I have to put a warning cause it’s been out for awhile but I’m gonna anyways ok

So in a QNA it was confirmed x is the strongest algebralien and that one is stronger than 2763. This most likely means the hierarchy of power (from highest to lowest) is x -> one -> 2763. I believe 2763 will be a factor later on but I have no theories for them really. Regarding x and one though I think x is stronger by like a LOT more, he just doesn’t know how to use his powers.

Now onto how he got so powerful. I think his base power was normal, all the algebraliens took some yoylelite, while it’s possible he might’ve grabbed a bigger piece I don’t think that’s the full reason as to why he’s the strongest.

Fast forward to the mountain scene with one, four, and x. When one arrives on the mountain all the power from the yoylelite is gone. I don’t think all the algebraliens used up all the power in the brief time they were there. As you can see they all have very tiny pieces and the yoylelite is still glowing. One was only out of scene for a few moments before they all left the mountain. It seems unlikely they would’ve drained all that power in just a few moments.

Then back to the mountain scene with one after three’s death, we see the yoylelite is completely out of power. We ALSO see four and x there.

Four zapped one with seemingly a lot of power that he didn’t have before. I think he took the remaining power from the yoylelite because he was scared of one getting more and too protect x.

Now what about x? We unfortunately can’t see what happened between them on the mountain so I can’t be positive how it went. My guess though is four and x split the yoylelite power. I think four would’ve done that as a “just in case”. Guess: four took some/half the power so he could protect x and gave x the rest so he can have a defense, just incase something happened to four and four couldn’t protect him (surprise surprise this exact thing happened!!)

Another piece of evidence for this I would like to add is this scene. Something to note if you didn’t realize during the movie, x very rarely talks in the past. He only speaks one or two times, four is usually the one who speaks for him instead. They’re often addressed as if you’re addressing one person. In this scene six says “you took the big yoylelites right?” The way this specific sentence is worded it could’ve been directed at four, x, or both of them. Just because four answers the question doesn’t mean it was just directed at him, because as I said before x rarely talks and four usually talks for him. Also x reacts when six says that (expression changes). Six could’ve been talking about both of them and it’s very likely they both had a lot of power.

At the end of this scene only FOUR is seen giving away his powers, not x, meaning x still has all of his powers and if my prior theory of them sharing the entire mountain yoylelite power is correct that means x has the strongest amount of power, having both power from the yoylelites he took in the first scene with all the other algebraliens (which were most likely bigger because of six’s comment) AND the half the power from the yoylelite at the mountain.

Another theory I have is because x doesn’t know his value that’s a part of it. X could possibly be a multiplier of some sorts so when he got his power it multiplied a lot and got stronger. This theory isn’t tied to my first one.

A third theory I have (I know I know another one) is that using powers weakens it/uses it (kind of like a battery, the more you use it the more it drains or it just gets less stronger) X doesn’t seem to use his powers as much as four, two, and one do, so his could be significantly stronger just by that factor alone if it were true.

Final thoughts: even if none of this is true x is still confirmed to be the strongest algebralien no matter how he obtained that status. One doesn’t realize x is the strongest (as shown by the board)

A final just generalized theory I have is that one’s cockiness will be her downfall. When x finally knows what’s going on he’s going to do something about it and one isn’t going to take it seriously. She most likely sees him as a small weak pathetic variable who doesn’t even know their own value and relies on four to protect them. She’s wrong about that and that will be her downfall. X is gonna lock in trust me guys.

Anyways that’s my full analysis! I loveeee x so much I adore his character and loveeeeeeee him. I may possssssibly make more analysis and or hc posts on him just cause I lava him so much but I dunno yet. If anyone actually reads this I’d love to hear other theories too yayayaya have a good day ^_^
