Does your character have any noteworthy features? Freckles? Dimples? A scar somewhere unusual? etc.
She doesn’t have any.
Do they have any verbal tics? Do they have trouble pronouncing certain words or getting their thoughts across clearly?
If anything, Esmae uses any form of art to get her thoughts clearly across. She doesn’t depends on words entirely to state how she feels, which is why she finds art to be a safe haven to her emotions.
If you were to pick one song — and only one song — to describe your character, what would it be and why?
A song that sort of describes Esmae would be Waste Away by Blackbear. Despite the love intention of the song, she wastes away time doing what she loves, and in this case- art.
Are they a quick thinker or do they need time to sort through their thoughts?
Her thought process is almost in an instant. If she believes something needs more though into it, she will take the time do plan and sort it all out, but if not, she’d go with her first train of thought and go with the flow.
If they had a choice, would they prefer a subway or a bus for public transportation?
She prefers a bus for public transportation to be able to spot any art work they would possibly pass.
Describe 5 unusual characteristics your muse has.
The thrill she gets from being an anonymous street artist is something she craves. She loves to piss off the people who are completely against her, and enjoys the smell of paint. She finds it amusing to see criticism based on other art works only because she believes art should be something that isn’t judged. Esmae finds the ache her fingers feel after painting and pressing down on the nozzle of a spray can for hours.
Are they a team player or do they prefer to be solo?
Although she loves doing her own solo work, she will work and cooperate with a team if needed. She is in an art associate called The Royal Court and works well with the other people presented.
What are their best school subjects? What are their worst? List five of each.
Her best subjects are: English, History, Art, Photography, Music. Her worst subjects: Math, Science.
Are they a leader, do they prefer to follow, or would they rather just stay on the sidelines altogether?
Its unintentional that she acts like a leader, but she wants her own point to get across on some cases, such as the art concept or so. Other than those things, she is the type to just do what she feels, not following any particular orders.
If your character was allowed to murder one person without any consequences, who would that person be and why?
She’s not the type to think of such gruesome things like the death of another person, but if she dug deep into her hatred, she would pick one of her biological parents, perhaps even both. She was traumatized at a very young age, and even though she believes she is over the abandonment, it is still a deep wound for her as an individual.
Does your character trust people right off the bat or does it take them some time to warm up to someone?
The only two people she trusts at first thought is Tristan and Keiko. Tristan was there for her when she first moved to Korea and acted as a family member more than her actual relatives did. Keiko stuck by her side through her times of distressed and not once outed her after finding out she was Princess Nari. It takes her a long time to completely trust someone, but she does make friends quite normally.
Does your character have any enemies? If so, who and why?
Esmae does not have any enemies she is able to openly identify. She considered her biological parents to be her enemies because of the harm they caused her when she was younger.
How does your character prepare for bed? Do they sleep at all or can they stay awake for days on end without trouble?
Before going to sleep, Esmae usually listens to some music and falls asleep in the vibes. She is able to sleep all day or stay awake for at least 72 hours, possibly even more.
Are they afraid of death? Do they have any regrets?
She is the type to not care so much for her own death, only thinking about it happens whenever it wants happen. The only regret she holds is not being able to know who her biological parents are, and wanting to find out why they did what they did.
Finally; if your character was forced to eat one thing for the rest of their life, what would they choose and why?
Esmae would probably eat noodles for the rest of her life. There are times when she would be so into the art where she would forget about her meals and only settling for a bowl of noodles. It doesn’t matter what type, as long as it’s noodles, she’ll eat it.

She pinched the bridge of her nose as she lets out a deep breath, shaking her head slightly at the younger’s resistance. “Kimmi, come on.” She had about thirty minutes to force the unusually stubborn one up and out the house for her morning meeting for her college classes, and if she was late again, she’d have to reschedule it for the third time. “If you’re not up and getting ready in the next five minutes, I’m leaving you here and will never treat you to samgyeopsal ever again— and I’ll hide your Pokemon games!”
