I think it's kind of fucked up how quickly Maddie gets shoved under the bus, finds out she's clone, loses her baby, Scott was never gonna chose her over Jean and she gets booted from her only home and loses all her friends. 97 just straight kills her and Scott seems like he just gets over it and immediately tries to shove Jean in as Cable's mom, like she hasn't been dead a month yet, and he's talking about going out on a family vacation, like dude - I mean Uncanny X:Men! Scott was worse, he abandons Maddie and Nathan, but yeah, -

X Men and continuity

You know what's confusing? Watching X Men: The Last Stand for the first time ever after seeing X Men: Days of Future Past. Because what? Magneto and Mystique lost their powers? Professor X died? Just...what? I had to go read up on all of it to understand what they did in XM:DOFP. Basically, reboot! (I guess. Still not clear on what happened to Mystique. In XM:DOFP she only appears in 1973, with her powers of course. She isn't in the future. So did she regain her powers after XM: TLS?)
