I have no idea what "Xalax" even MEANS... but it really demonstrates the bizarre creativity of 2000s era Lego, that a theme as mundane as "Racers" briefly featured these inexplicable Y2K demons as drivers.

I love Skakdi so much
I need them all
15 little guys, they are Skakdi and I won't be told otherwise
a species with multiple skin colours, bared teeth, some of which wear goggles others have spikes on them, they're competitive as hell and from from a land thats -a-a-
Zakaz is just a matoran mispelling of Xalax
👀
I chose Loopin out of Xalax series because I had that particular set. And also I really like dark turquoise Lego colour. And orange colour in general 💛 🍊 💚 I uploaded a backlit picture, so maybe someone could paste onto some cool background?
I’ll make Rocket Racer and Drome Racers one as well, don’t worry.
Maybe I should look into how to make custom LDraw parts to make own decals, that would be cool 🕶️
Mourn Me
[Marriedverse because I said so--
Leave a “Mourn Me” in my ask, and I’ll write a drabble about my character mourning your character’s death.]
It had been so random. Lea was usually the last one home, so when he arrived and didn't see his husband anywhere in the house he'd been met with momentary confusion. Deciding he would likely be home soon he settled down on the couch, shucking his shoes and pulling his knees up to his chest, flicking on the television.
He eventually stretched out on the couch, and it wasn't long after that he fell into a light slumber.
The chime of the doorbell startled him, and he dropped his legs over the side of the couch, turning the TV off and heading to the door, opening it. He froze at the sight of a few members of the local police force.
"Officers," He said, mind racing "How can I help you?"
"Lea Feuersturm?"
"Yes? Is.. something wrong?"
"Your husband was in an accident."
A sick feeling settled in his gut.
"They rushed him to the hospital but the injuries were too severe, and they weren't able to save him. We're sorry for your loss."
"No..."
"We'll need you to come to the hospital and verify the identity."
The next hour on the trip to the hospital and to the morgue passed by in a blur, and all too soon he was standing before the body that could only belong to Xaldin--his husband.
His breath hitched, and he lifted a hand to his face, covering tears he felt pricking his eyes. He was left alone for a few moments, staring bleakly down at the body, tears slowly dripping over his cheeks.
Sure, their relationship had started as a simple means of filling the voids left from past lovers, for Xaldin, Lea thought, it had probably always stayed that way.
But Lea had never been the type to be with someone, and not get attached.
He wouldn't have said he loved him, but the loss of him left the redhead emptier than before.
"Asshole..." His voice broke slightly "you weren't supposed to leave me behind too."
Person L has done it again.
This song is i n f e c t i o u s. Needed to post it here to share/listen to it ad nauseam.
Person L - OK
Calm you down and wind you up and likewise, You will come off your hitch in due time, Where you land, not where you planned to end up, Its bittersweet, then the sweetest of sights. OK. Nervous twist, you're malnourished and gun shy, You will come off your hitch in no time, Where you stand, not where you planned to end up, Its bittersweet, then the sweetest of sights. OK.
Are you alright this time?
