First up - Wolfenstout white stout: Harry’s 1st experimental brew uses Cascara (coffee fruit) to capture the whole lifecycle of coffee. Starting with the fruit and aging over coffee. Next, tons of nibs provide that chocolaty feel. The combined result is a delicious stout flavor. With amazing aromas of coffee, it sits in all of it’s golden glory at 6.6%. Very smooth, clean, well balanced, and well crafted. Hits your palate with a coffee front, a delicious chocolate middle, and coffee end. It’s the culmination of all things fermented: coffee and chocolate nibs. Next up - Fibonacci: This brew was smooth, crushable and well balanced. This Snowblower session ale is inspired by the Fibonacci numbers, which are sum of the two preceding ones. For example 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5...hence the 3.5% abv. And I can’t wait to try the Voodoo Doll!! A 6.5% sweet stout Inspired by the dark magic of New Orleans. This beer is brewed with lactose and aged on chicory to add a touch of woody/nutty/roasty notes that enhance the dark malts in this brew.
