Injury Fund
Started out a little too fast so the last two hills were tough, but I still PR’ed!! Happy to say my new 5K time is 24:30!
New goals for the season: -run happy -run healthy -break 24:00
I want to invest in a new pair of Xc spikes but I am struggling to find a brand I trust. I have nike right now I don't like them bc it gives me blisters. Anyone got any suggestions?
