Eve could feel movement in the bed next to her she stayed on her side to see if the other was going to get settled again, she closed her eyes and could hear panting from the male next to her. She waited a bit more normally she was rather against sleeping with someone in case she had a night terror during the night and injured them in her daze. 

The woman rolled over with a small groan and placed a hand on his feeling how clammy it was she moved to sit up and wrapped her arms around him feeling something wet against her. “Yes, you did, but then I’m a light sleeper so anything could wake me easily.” She mumbled against his back, Eve lets him go and leans over to turn on the side light to see blood seeping through his shirt feeling a pang of guilt. Did I do that?! But I didn’t have a night terror. She thought to herself moving over to him gently tugging at the shirt “Oh gods, did I do that? I’m sorry, lets get you cleaned up.”

Ah. There was that look he loved. That look that he got whenever he was able to surprise his small rival. He had come to realise that he rather enjoyed having the others company and after asking Yugi about important information he may need to know - he had came to learn that today was his birthday. He smiled lightly to himself and sat on the edge of the bed as he placed the gifts to one side, handing the box to Atem before reaching out to check his temperture.  “Now and then. I usually stick to gin or champagne though” a small shrug as he frowned towards him, “Hmm you are a little hot”

Akefia was quiet for a moment, inspecting the damage. A weird feeling settled in his stomach, something protective stirring. He'd taken care of the wound, sure, but how he wished it hadn't happened in the first place - on his watch no less. Was this... Guilt? Even if he hadn't understood how it happened.

The thief tried to shake it away and dropped his hand from the other's shower-warm skin. "It's healed well." He said quietly, eyes unable to hide his emotions for once.

She hadn’t expected him to say yes, but she certainly wasn’t going to fight it. A light flush taking over her cheeks as he kissed her, the blush only darkening at the quiet whine she let out when he pulled away.

“Desert Rose.”

Tori closed the book and locked it before placing the key back around his neck. Nineteen and already holding the Family’s Spell Book. It took his mother a while before giving it to him. But now, he was free to go through this anytime he wanted! Powerful spells and potions were locked in this tattered old book and right now he was trying to work on a new set of healing balm. Just in case he got hurt. But one of the things required a desert rose, and living in a land locked state that has more winter than anything. That’s a challenge, and he doubt the flower stores in the area carried them

Getting an idea he took out his wand. Just a small portal, he can open up a gateway to the desert and pluck the nearest one and no questions asked! Making sure he had the space he needed he channeled his powers and drew a circle with it.

The Desert! Well more specifically, a garden. Perfect. Big enough to see on the other side, small enough to just reach in and grab the flower, true taking from someone else’s garden was a bit of a stretch. But it was just grab and pull back before anyone notice. Though, like everything it was easier said than done. He was looking down at the garden, he would have to reach down. Whatever, it was just a quick grab and seal the portal.

Tori moved so he was hanging above the rose bush, barely out of reach. “Come on.” He inched closer, still being careful not to fall. “Almost…”
