The crone had found him to deliver a message he'd had a hard time believing until she made him see it himself in his mind. There was something dark and sinister coming to disrupt everything good, and it was up to Bo to find some man who had helped seal this entity the last time it had been out. This time, they were supposed to lock it away forever, however they were supposed to do that.

Bo packed his bag and began his journey the next day. He left a note for those he cared about, finding it easier to get away alone that way. And he traveled for over two weeks, following the vague directions given to him by the crone, to come upon a cabin that looked promising. He hoped he could convince this retired hero to take up arms again. He walked up to the porch, climbed the stairs, and knocked on the thick wooden door. Then he waited nervously, unsure of what to expect.

The dragon that was in chains looked up when he heard her voice, letting out a huff as he painfully turned his head. It was so painful for him to do so that he just laid there, whining pathetically at the one who found him. He didn’t know if he should speak to her, but the only thing he could do was reach out, his neck blistering in pain as he let out a low growl.

The woman sputtered and stepped forward, hands motioning frantically. “N-no, you don’t need to move! I-I’ll be right back, I swear, just.. stay still.” She said and hurriedly ran off, returning again only an hour or so later, carrying a bag that seemed quite full. Smells of herbs and spices permeated the satchel she had with her, medicine and salves. She did hesitate, unsure if the dragon would even let her close enough to use the salves and balms. “May I?.. I brought a few things to help you heal up faster.. I’ll have to clean the wounds and that’ll hurt, but the balms will sooth it.”

...Namine had a problem. Namine had a problem of potentially large proportions, and she knew one of the only people who could help her was more than likely a busy woman.

But, the woman had been a kind one, giving her what looked to be carved fossils. Something told her otherwise, though. As the woman disappeared with a sketch of the land around them, she carried the basket with the two carved stone eggs to her dragon sister.

Wordlessly, when her attention was caught, she held the basket up, her gaze curious and uncertain. She definitely required assistance on this one.

Her face fell when she seen something raise its head... A... Dragon... She thought as it growled. Taking a step back, it spoke in a tongue she did not know. She tried to speak a couple times, but her words got stuck in her throat. "I.. Uh.. I.. You're a dragon." She has heard about dragons, never seen them.

Nikolaj knew he shouldn’t be walking in on a woman changing-he was just going back down to the store to finish up with a potion someone ordered-but then he walked by Elise’s room and just stared. Stared at her as many wicked thoughts came to mind, one of them was just going over and kissing her senseless and wondering how she would-

“Sorry,” he said quickly, his face turning a bit red as he cleared his throat. “Didn’t mean to do that. Wondering what did you want me to do with the, uh, ingredients once I got done with the potion? We’re nearly out of half the things I used to make it.”

Elise pulled on a clean blouse, buttoning it up as she talked, apparently not to bothered, he’d really only seen her back anyway and other than the large tattoo covering it, it’s not a big deal. Or at least that’s what she’d thought, Nikolaj had probably even seen her from the side as he walked by.  “Write down what you used and how much, then put them back where they belong. I have fair bit of herbs drying in the attic so I can probably refill a lot of them already.”

The dragon huffed at her after they narrowly escaped from the orcs that wanted to kill them, shifting back into his human form. “Well, I didn’t, did I?” he asked after stretching, wincing a bit at the wound he’d gotten when the arrow pierced his side. “Um…don’t worry about it,” Nikolaj told her, trying to brush it off. “It’ll heal soon, I swear…”

“You could do with being a bit more careful.” She grumbled, sighing as he too noticed the wound. “Mhmm, come on, shirt off, let me see.” Well, that could have been said a bit more eloquently, alas, Elise wasn’t putting too much thought into her choice of words at the moment.
