Talion’s accent is somewhat posh, I think queens English would probably be the best way to describe it but he tries to hide the accent so you may not hear it very clearly but it is slightly noticeable.

Talion’s way of speaking has always been eloquent,  his father made sure of that when they first met so the only quirk he really has when speaking is stuttering when he is nervous.

Talion’s voice is rather deep and gruff for how old he is, although it has a sort of comforting tone to it. People back home often mistook him for  being older than he actually is.

He can sometimes sound authoritative but that is rare, that only comes out typically if he is upset/angry or is trying to calm someone down. Aside from that he isn't actually very authoritative normally.

Talion will gives people he cares about nicknames sometimes if he can think of one, he won’t use it primarily all the time but he’ll use it sparingly. The nickname normally goes based off of a physical attribute of the person or something about them that he enjoys but more often than not he will address the person he’s speaking to by their name or a shortened version of it.

► VOICE REFERENCE

I’ve always been kinda torn between two voices for Talion, Matt Mercer for when he was Cor Leonis in Final Fantasy XV is the primary one I use for Talion. Troy Baker is the other voice for Talion but when he voiced Snow Villiers in Final Fantasy XIII. I feel like Matt Mercer matches Talion tone and Troy Baker matches Talion’s voice emotionally so Talion’s voice would probably be a mix between the two.

The Coyote didn’t linger much in Limsa these days. Too many memories were anchored to the bustling trading hub, and it still managed to make him feel as if it were full of ghosts despite the constant come and go. It’d been rough, living here. Still, he’d return every so often, to watch the ships dock and feel the constant breeze. Smell the salt, and take in the moments where Francois felt most alive. The old man’s love for such a climate had rubbed off on him, he supposed. 

Short business at the Wench led him down that way, with only a few visitors mingling within the small galley. A keen beast with a perceptive eye, Caelric could instantly discern several differences about the miqo’te that had him standing out from others of his kind. Taller. Broader. Fidgety. And he looked a little too often around him. Paranoid, maybe. The only question was why, and if that inquiry led back to Caelric himself. 

It never hurt to make sure, and the Coyote sniffed, the action a quiet and private matter as he looked back to Baderon. Retrieving his own package, Ric shuffled a small handful of gil coins in his palm, tipping first the bartender before sliding the pirate the remaining half of the stack. If Xev’tan was looking to tail him, he’d sit with the doubt that maybe, just maybe, his prey was on. And if not? Well, he could consider the action a harmless one. 

“Get yourself a couple drinks, mate. You look like you could use it.”  Innocent enough, right? 

Right.
