The reason why I made my own custom icon theme, my own custom mouse cursor theme, and my own custom window manager theme is because I wanted a theme that I created instead of a pre-made theme!😊
Monochrome to prevent doomscrolling, red tint to prevent blue light, XFCE4 due to its speed and low power consumption, as much as the UI as possible set to monospaced Sarasa fonts, all on a Thinkpad I'll load with coreboot once I can afford the tech.

The Xfce 4.16 desktop environment has been officially released which brings numerous new features and improvements.
Xfce 4.16 features an update to its icons and overall visual identity, numerous improvements to the X11 window manager, a new plug-in for the Xfce4 panel to serve as both the status notifier and system tray items, support for fractional scaling, file manager improvements, fixes across the desktop, and a number of other changes. Xfce 4.16 depends on the GTK 3.22 toolkit or newer.
