Hey yall, sorry for the silence. I’ve just been busy with school and haven’t felt like simming even in those rare moments when I have had the time. But I think I’ve finally found the inspiration to play again! I played some today and yesterday. I didn’t play any saves that I post about here, but you know, since the inspiration is there now it’s only a matter of time before I end up back with Valerie.

I will still be pretty busy next week, but starting from Friday I should have some more free time to hopefully bring some life back to this blog.

Hi all, I know I haven’t been present on here for a while, so first thank you for reading this.

A lot of things have happened very recently, and long story short, I no longer have any source of income. I was very lucky to have moved back home with my family so I do not have rent to stress over. So this is not a financial emergency. However, as some of you know I am a full time law student and with that means expenses here and there. So with that, I decided to open my own Ko-fi account. I even included a button on my blog profile which anyone can click to access my account.

Although I have not been actively writing fanfic, I wanted to provide a means for followers of my work to support me this way. Not only have I written fanfic for several years for tsubasa/kurofai, but I have also contributed plenty of things through blogs for the fandom, such as helping people find fanfics which inspired me to start @kurofaificsearch. Or many many years ago when I ran @kurofaifromlastnight by merging TFLN with anime screencaps. In addition, I have helped organize some events such as Kurofai Olympics, Tsubasa Chronicle Month, and Kurogane Week, to name some.

I want to stress that this is not a paywall to continue enjoying my content. Nor, again, is this a financial emergency. I simply figured this is one option I can utilize. If you decide to tip me for whatever it is you enjoy, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

So as you might have noticed the queue ran out. That’s bc I decided to work on the mansion baron aspiration next and now I’m stuck trying to build said mansion. I was hoping to get it done before the queue ran out, but nope, it’s been going really slowly, so I guess I’ll see you once it’s done and I can get back to actual gameplay.

I’ve got some exciting news! I can finally play the game again! No, I did not finish the build, but I ran out of money! So now I have to play before I can build again!

Like I was just building today and looking at the build like god I have some much space I still need to decorate, and then I looked at the money and I realized I only had 7k left and was like thank god. I’m so ready to take a break from building. I've got most of the basic furnishing done, but there’s still a lot of empty space and next to no decor, and by the time I was done Valerie had like 300$ in the bank.

However, I also just found out I’m getting a new computer! An actual brand new computer and not an old handout! So that’s very exciting, but it does mean I probably won’t be playing until I get it, which should be in 2-5 days. And then it’ll probably take a few more days to install the sims and move all my shit.

So SuperValerie will be back, but not quite yet. Soon though. Sometime next week maybe?

Also, I was thinking the other day it might be fun to do a bachelorette challenge for Valerie for the soulmate, big happy family, and successful lineage aspirations. So I was wondering if anyone would be interested in participating in that? I’d be needing max 7 sims bc I’m not about to put any more sims than that in a single household, and I don’t know when this would actually happen. Like it might be soon? Because I’ve been making a lot of progress actually. But it also might be like next year or something, idk.

So yeah, reply something if you’d like or just like this post if you’re interested.

2021 Simblr goals

So now that we’ve reflected on the past year, time to see what the plans are for the next one.

I really do want to start that third save on this blog. Or a fourth. Or a fifth. Like I said, I have a million ideas.

Continue posting SuperValerie. It would be nice if I could pick up the pace a little, but tbh I’m not holding my breath.

Play and post at least gen 3 of the 100bc. Maybe even more if I feel like it

And as always, try to be more active in the community.

And that’s it, I guess? I don’t really have that many goals this time around. Here’s to a good 2021!
