First of all, it would be in a fit of jealousy where he confesses to you
You were hanging with Yuan Jing a little too much for his liking
And when you confronted him about the glare he had been giving to your friend, he came clean
He would give you your childhood snack, handmade to the best of his ability, and promising that he would provide you as best a life as he possibly could
However… he knew that Yuan Jing would probably be able to do better, and he acknowledged that.
Imagine his surprise when you pressed a kiss to his cheek, accepting his offer of courtship.

He could see that you were moving up the ranks within the Imperial palace
You were smart, but you were also fairly naive to the environment of the palace, so he felt the urge to protect you

Luchino is confused at first. He doesn’t really understand but he will try to learn more about it. He does some research and asks you questions, he really does want to understand. He will think about it like “if I can realistically turn into a lizard, why can’t a woman become a man?” And he supports you 100%
He will treat you like a male and use the he/him pronouns in front of other while talking to others about you. If someone asks why they are referring to you with male pronouns, he will simply look at them confused and say “because he is a man????”
If he hears anything about someone disrespecting you, he’s gonna go ballistic. You probably won’t see the perpetrator in any matches for a week or so once luchino finds out. You’ll be getting an apology from the disrespectful party shortly after they recover.
Luchino loves you 10000%. There’s almost nothing that could change his mind about you being perfect and just a very aesthetically pleasing person.
Luchino will educate his peers on transgender individuals so that you being misgendered will be at a minimum. There will be times where he accidentally misgenders you but he will correct himself and apologize even if you don’t notice.
Wu Chang
Xie and Fan are very accepting of you being trans. You aren’t hurting anyone and you feel more comfortable being referred to as a male and they support that with their entire souls. They make the effort to respect you and your gender identity.
If someone misgenders you, xie will pull them to the side and explain to them that you are male and that using he/him would be better. But Fan... he will glare at them, interrupt them, and make them correct their mistake right there amd then.
If they hear someone disrespecting you, oh boy. Xie will deal with them out of matches while Fan deals with them in matches. If it’s a fellow hunter, Fan will sabotage their equipment and make it so they fail all of their matches until they apologize. If it’s a survivor, Fan will slug them the whole match and verbally abuse them until everyone else is dead or they escaped. You definitely be getting apologies.
Xie and Fan love you so much, if they accidentally misgender you themselves, then they will apologize profusely. Xie will get you flowers and Fan will sneak you extra portions of your favorite food as apologies.
Xie loves to just kiss you and tell you are one of the most attractive people he’s ever met. Fan is quieter when it comes to affection so he’ll just hug you from behind randomly and lightly head butt you with love.

You sit across from Wu at their quaint tea table, resting on the silk cushions they lay out for visitors.
They listen closely to your every word, taking in any detail and allowing you to vent out your problems.
When you’re finally done, Wu takes you into his arms and hums softly. Patting your back and reassuring you that everything will be alright.
Regardless of who it is, they’d stay like that until you were ready to let go. Offering their shoulder to cry on if necessary.

Xie Weijin
He spotted you speaking to the Emperor Himself and he felt a heaviness in his heart as he saw how friendly His Imperial Majesty was towards you. He was merely a guard for the Empire, so seeing you, his beloved, speak to the most powerful man possibly in the world… it did a number on his self-esteem.
However, he saw that you were merely just being courteous with the due respect that the Emperor deserved. So, when he saw you later, he wrapped his arm around your waist as he spun you around softly before giving you a kiss on the lips. For someone who was kind of awkward around you, he was surprisingly possessive.
“Where did that come from?” You asked as you looked into his eyes.
“Just reminding you who you belong to,” he whispered. Well, that was definitely concerning, especially as the man’s grip around your waist tightened and you were pulled further into the guard’s chest. But he looked at you with such a loving gaze that your heart can’t help but flutter.
Li Shizhen
The doctor had spotted you speaking to one of the guards, who seemed to be nervous about holding a conversation with you. If that wasn’t enough, the guard even held out a flower and tried to put it in your hair. Li was about to step in and do something as he saw you dodge the advance and bow before leaving.
You then spotted him and immediately smiled and embraced him. He had an almost vice-like grip as he wrapped his arms around you. It was actually kind of hard for you to breathe, but it seemed like he wasn’t planning on letting you go anytime soon. You were distracted from your original thoughts when he kissed you.
“What’s wrong, my love? Why are you showing so much affection all of a sudden?” You asked.
“Stupid guard thought he had a chance to steal you from me,” he gritted his teeth as he whispered under his breath. You looked up at his face and you saw that he was glaring at the guard who flirted with you. With the angry look in his eyes, you were worried that he might poison the poor man later.
Yuan Jing
He saw you speaking to Xie and he got jealous, and you could sense it. You tried your hardest to wrap up the conversation just so you could make sure that the young Lord wouldn’t murder your childhood friend out of jealousy. Unfortunately, it seemed like the guard was having too much fun speaking to you.
Eventually, Yuan got fed up and walked up to the both of you. He gently but firmly wrapped his arm around your waist and pulled you to him to give you a kiss on the lips before he looked up at Xie. You were definitely surprised and were trying to comprehend if you were just kissed right in front of your best friend. Xie got the hint and left.
“Yuan, what the heck?! Why did you do that?!” You scolded him.
“I was making sure that that man knew you were mine.” The way he said it sent shivers down your spine as you realized that your friend stood no chance against him when it came to fighting. You didn’t know what this meant for yourself, but to say that you were scared would be a harsh understatement.

If it was Xie, then he would’ve gently knocked on the door and waited to come in. Outright asking if you were alright. He’s rather gentle in this situation.
Even if you tell a fib, nothing gets past Xie.
He’ll hold you gently, patting your head while giving a slight squeeze regardless if you say anything or not for that matter.

Xie out of the two is the one that gets the most concerned about you.
Regardless, he always will patch up any wounds you received from whatever stunt you pulled to help your friends.
He understands at least and commends your loyalty towards those you care about.
However, Xie does warn you not to push past your limits in fear one day you’ll actually meet with death.
When you do push past your limits and pass out, you’ll always wake up to him by your side. Always holding your hand and slumped over in sleep.
Fan will also help take care of your injuries, but he’s a bit more lax on the matter.
There will be some cases where he does get angry with you, scolding you for whatever you did if they became quite intense.
It can go either way, but in the end he does harbor the same concerned feelings- even if he can’t properly show them.
Fan does offer up training to help you out. If you’re going to be throwing your life on the line for friends, then you might as well have some sort of knowledge on protecting not only them but yourself.
He knows himself some tips and tricks on how to do so- and trusts that you can abide by them.
