it was one of those weird autumn days where you didn’t know what to do.

it was 10 am, it was cold, and you didn’t even know why you were up this early

you literally had no real reasons to do that,

and everything was going wrong since you had woken up tbh.

you had missed your bus, and nothing else was available

you were just a rat in the middle of the street 🐀

but it was still early, you had faith in this day

so you were now walking in the street, a bit lost, engulfed in your scarf, searching for somewhere to go, something to do.

honestly, you were so close to turn back and go back home

but this happened.

you were walking, head down, because the wind felt like knives against your skin

he was on his bike, with his backpack on

cars are angry at this time in the morning, and you almost got hit by a car

“i’m up for it. the last one to arrive at the starbucks pays for the other.”

he arrived first
