I’m roughly 1/3 of the way through Keezy Young’s graphic novel “Hello Sunshine” because I’m trying to savor it but my friends it’s incredible. Queer horror that grapples with mental illness, including meta commentary on horror books & movies that lazily stigmatize, and thus harm, people who are mentally ill - especially when they are dealing with psychosis.
The art is gorgeous too - intimate and comfortable. It looks lived in and personal.
Happy Pride!
