What you wish to consume is your fault

“Hey, you want a hit?” Warren asks, holding his blunt to you. You’re used to him driving high, but it still scares you whenever you see him, having bad car anxiety.

“Gross, your lips have been to it already” You put on a fake disgusted fake, but internally wishing for that in-direct kiss where his lips have been too.

“Oh, wow. You think I’m disgusting then?” He quickly states.

“No no no no no no no, I just don’t want to touch my lips against where yours have been.” You stammer a reply. “I-it’s nothing like that.”

“Oh, come on, Y/N, don’t be a pussy” He wiggles the blunt at you, having it already positioned so your mouth could go to it.

“Ugh, Warren, fine!” you hesitantly grab his wrist, keeping it in place while your lips go to the end of the blunt, taking a gentle breath in, feeling it fill your lungs and you cough gently. Warren, obviously, gives you a “pussy” expression.

“Lightweight.” He states, pulling the blunt away from your lips and straight to his, almost making your jaw drop at the sight… he didn’t even wipe it after you hit it?

“You’re insane” You mumble, staring at how the streetlights reflect into his beautiful brown eyes, almost making you flustered.

“Well, ya love me” he simply replies. Now, you two have always said those three words platonically, but something about that weed in your system makes you think he means deeper than he seems.

You sit with your knees against the front console, drawing Aimlessly at the sight before you, well, not at your FRONT, not at the road ahead of you. to Warren, and HIS focused expression on the road. Once again staring at his eyes, but sometimes your eyes dart down to his stubble, and his jawline, GOD that jawline… you’ve always thought it could cut glass, the shadow of the streetlights only emphasize that feeling. Except… shit, Warren looks over at you, he knows. He’s knows you were staring at him.

“Uhm… earth to Y/N?” He asks, looking over at your head, how your face is shoved into the sketchbook, well, not shoved, but your attention went to it.

“Yeah? What?” You ask gently, looking over at him.

“Come on, artist, let me see what you’re doodling, I’m a good muse~” from his words you can TELL he knows, and that terrifies you.

“What? Gross, I would never draw you” You state quickly, your head snapping towards him.

“Well, you’re looking over at me repeatedly, you must be making something important.” He replies softly, smirking at you.

“What? Oh… fine, for fucks sake, maybe I was drawing you? Okay!?” You snap, angry that he’s pushing it and your emotions being heightened by the weed.

“Woah, Y/N, calm down.” Warren replies in almost a whisper, honestly surprised you had the guts to snap at him like that.

“I… just… fuck!” You shout, glaring at him, an angry high in your eyes.

“Fuck, y-y/n, you’re an angry stoner.” Warren replies bluntly, taking another hit.

You continue to glare at him, obviously somethings on your mind, you WANT to show him.

“Warren, look.”

His attention snaps over from his blunt to you, looking at you with… love? You shake off that feeling , figuring it’s surely just the weed making him vulnerable, and flip the sketchbook around, showing him a perfect drawing of him, where is he right now, in the car, and his perfect side profile.

“Woah… fuck, dude… you… you actually drew me?” Warren states, his weed slipping through him as he’s caught with that astonishing news.
