Old piggy cara shake video.
The revolution is following God, Yahweh (YHWH).
6 HABITS THAT CAN IMPROVE YOUR LIFE SIGNIFICANTLY AND EFFICIENTLY
- Prayer. Even when you have no Address, you can still start walking. “YAHUAH” is his name, call and he shall answer. No one is more capable of helping and guiding you than him, and sometimes we needed to be at the very lowest point in life to open our hearts to him. Praying is the direct connection between the Sun (Electric) to the Earth (Magnetic), we are Electromagnetic. When we don’t pray (highest frequencies are released, attracted and produced) we lose this heavenly connection and the balance of our own self.
- Meditation/breathing. Even just 5 or 10 Minutes a day, no phone, no possible distractions, just you and your mind, building up the focus and peace, this will improve your mental state, reduced stress response, better emotional balance, improved focus and clarity, stronger connection to your “inner self”, increased sense of self control and more peace. Dr. Joe Dispenza said:
“We can’t create a new future while we’re living in our past. It’s simply impossible.”
That’s why praying, which is also a form of meditation and focus, will help to be able to reframe, let go and accept the past. It will help you to understand the situation from other perspectives, seeing things out of peace instead of emotions help you to be able to forgive others and yourself. Hate and resentment are pure poison for a soul, it will keep you away from any possible blessing and elevation, and it will be seen in the outside too. You can always tell when someone’s walking through this world with a heavy, hateful and revengeful heart.
- Blood sugar friendly diet. You don’t need any radical diets or drastic limitations, just small changes can improve your overall wellbeing and support weight loss or weight maintenance. When you eat, always start with fibre first, then protein, then fat and if you eat something with carbs, this would always come at the end. Just having fibre before everything else can decrease your blood sugar up to ~37%. After every meal, get up and go for a walk. Even just a 15-Minute walk adds an additional 12%. A stable blood sugar is necessarily for a functional body and clear mind. Cravings, fatigue, mood swings, confusion, higher disease risk; these are only a few serious examples from an unregulated blood sugar. Also, sugar is sugar. The body doesn’t make a huge difference in the form of it but avoid processed sugar combined with high amounts of salt and fat, especially in processed form. Instead, choose dates with a source of fat like almond butter, grass fed butter etc.
- Try to get as much sunlight as possible. Even just 20 Minutes a day can help your body to boost serotonin and make you feel more energised and positive through the day. You can also drink 5 strings of Saffron in warm water every morning on an empty stomach to support your serotonin production, I’ve been using this for ages, and it’s my go to, especially in the winter.
- writing down your thoughts and emotions. We all have moments where everything seems to be too much and all the things that need to be done are just getting more and more - we feel overwhelmed and stressed. Mostly, just writing down your thoughts can give you way more clarity and sanity because the more we overthink, the more unnecessary conclusions and outcomes are build. It’s good to properly understand and think about things, but not too much. Write your thoughts down, take deep breathes and repeat daily.
- social media detox. I deleted all my social media accounts about 2,5 Years ago and let me tell you: no one cares (!). Most of the time it’s all just about representing and proving something to others, wasting hours and hours that could’ve been invested in something way more meaningful. Imagine the time that you spend on your phone, how uplifting it would be to spend the same amount in reading books? In journaling? In going out, on adventures, on hikes? In making more money?
- declutter. Everything we see, everything we feel and everything that exist carries an energy and can either support o bring discomfort in our environment. It is not normal to over consume, it is absolutely unhealthy for your spirit and overall being, especially when there isn’t any form of organisation. Of course you can have a passion for something like shoes and bags (as I do lol), but too much of everything is not good. Throw old and damaged things way, give things to charity that are still useable, get rid of stuff from your ex partner or old friends, don’t keep any junk in your house. Subconsciously, it always keeps you in a stressful environment because it reflects your brain that there’s always something unfinished and to do.
Isaiah 25:1 is a verse of praise where the prophet declares;
"O YAHUAH, you are my Creator;
I will exalt you, I will praise your name, for you have done wonderful things, your plan of old, faithful and sure,"
