Me probably and I wouldn't act on all of them, I'm not as violent as I used to be but I'll still act on some. In that case those arent intrusive thoughts tho, they're impulsive. Intrusive are unwanted, thoughts you debate about acting on are impulsive. Yes the difference matters.
