ooooo nothing grinds my gears like people overexaggerating accents when they’re writing fics. like i get you want to have some way to show that the character is from a specific area but jeez man. not every word they say has some crazy pronunciation. for example it’s soo terrible with soap from cod bcs hes scottish PLEASE tune it down a smidge people!

agh to be honest i don’t really consider myself an artist. it sounds insane to say because like. well. i post art on here. ei what r u talking about. but the reason i don’t personally connect w the term is bc i never really…… felt that deep desire to draw? i only learned how to do it when i was younger because a friend knew how and i wanted to be like her. that’s the long answer but the short answer to if im participating in AF is no :(

tldr i enjoy drawing of course (very helpful, very relaxing, very brainworm-relieving) but not nearly as half as much as i do writing, and speaking of writing, hmmm. I don’t have any mcyt fics planned (TT) but tbh ive kinda been falling out of uu mostly because i found like four other hyperfixations (lovebrush chronicles, persona 5, haikyuu, the apothecary diaries light novels) and im way too pilled im sorry orz. however i thought about parfies the other day and how i could make them worse by putting them through google docs so there’s that!

this ask from may sorry lol I could never think of any headcanons because the Angst Content of the story overpowered my ability to be a person capable of being nice to others (JOKE. i just had brainfog and couldn’t come up with anything) but your wait is over

1. jisung and felix take everyone else out to international cuisine a TON since they grew up in singapore and australia. save for yeji who spent a lot of time in alaska, most of the other pilots don’t get to try other dishes outside of korean/chinese that often so they’re always happy to come along and see what tasty adventure the sunshine twins will take them on next. don’t think about the fact that jisung is dead btw

2. yeji does not feel ANY sort of discomfort when it comes to the weather since she’s experienced it all. yuna and ryujin will literally be freezing while she’s standing beside them wearing a tshirt and shorts and going “hm it’s nice out today”. felix will be scared when they land in australia only to see she isn’t even breaking a sweat. don’t think about the fact that yeji—

3. idk if they do this in canon, but during (my made up) routine drift calibration exercises where both pilots need to get into the drift so the tech team can make sure their systems are still functional to the best of their ability, minho will just mentally read off the plot of the most recent book he’s read to yeji, who will imagine it back as if it was a movie. while the other pilot duos complain about how they have to be fully suited for that period of time, minyeji actually enjoys it

4. yeji was so focused on her career while she was in alaska that chan actually got worried and sat her down to have a talk. halfway through this conversation, they strayed from the original topic and ended up chatting about their dogs which, in turn, brought them closer together.

5. while being a year ahead of him, minho was still decent friends with felix during their academy days. felix would visit him at the academy to drop off food or simply say hello to him and jisung at the same time. once, minho had been distracted by something for a whole day, much to felix’s mild annoyance since he had been trying to ask questions about the curriculum. to catch him off guard, felix asked him if he liked yeji and he instinctively said yes, not knowing that yeji was right there, jisung in tow, completely speechless.

6. years prior to their joining the program, yuna used to have jaeger toys and ryujin had jaeger posters. jisung would watch the fights on television while felix would be stuck to the radio. minho would constantly hear about it from his relatives, neighbors, and school classmates, and yeji would have all of these and more while at the same time logging tactical information about the battles
