Howdy all! For those of you that are frequent visitors to the shop, you might notice that these littles guys...
...are currently missing. Unfortunately, I’m finding it rather impossible to find the yarn that I use for the coconut base of my Kakamora *sobs*
I hopefully have enough to finish the order I currently have, but once that’s done, that’s it. I’m going to be shopping around for better yarn that will hopefully look similar - but they will unfortunately look different when they resurface.

End of another semester...
Yes, it is that time of year again. I have three papers to write and I’m dreading it. Even though the faster I finish the closer to freedom I am, I procrastinate. First world problems. Hopefully my allergies tone it down a bit so I can actually concentrate. I am using knitting as a way to balance out the craziness of all the endless reading I am doing, but I really should stop and just write. How can you love learning so much, but find yourself running away from books that go over 160 pages? That’s a different post. I subscribed to Madelinetosh for the first time yesterday. I came up with some reason why it was okay for me to make that purchase. The yarn buying has been raging lately. I might need to calm that down as well.
Sorting through my yarn...
I thought it was about time that I collected all my yarn from various places and sort through exactly what I have. Turn out I have quite a bit, about a tub full! Unfortunately I only have enough of most colours for smaller projects, except dark and light brown. I'm pretty sure I could make a decent blanket or something out of it! I got quite excited :D The only problem is the dark brown wasn't sealed in any kind of bag for some reason, and now has all sorts of crap in it...
