I'm so thankful for this kid, I just worked 6 days straight with a few clopens so I was beyond tired, he was awake by 745 this morning so I gave him the tablet, his water and cereal and he let me go back to sleep til 11! I never sleep past 8 anymore, but I really needed sleep today #ryker #myperfection #hestoogoodtomesometimes #yayforsleep #nowigottacleanup

We're supposed to get 9 hours of sleep as growing teens, so I am totally asleep by 9 every night!!!!! No reason for me to ever stay up past that!!!

Yay I slept in and I'm not tired :) I'm able to go to the gym later on after all instead of the morning, which is why I slept in lol.
