This is going to make me emotional, isn't it?

There’s something rare and precious about a friend who stays when you’re at your lowest, who sees you in the moments you’re not proud of and chooses to stay. @dreamawoken has been that friend to me for the past ten years, through the hardest parts of my life; she's been here giving me love and support in ways that genuinely changed me as a person. I don’t think I’ll ever stop being grateful for that.

She's been the friend I could depend on through every high and low of grief, while I was losing people I thought were friends, while I was doing the hard work of healing, she saw who I was [and who I’m still trying to become] and she's never given up on me. She inspires me to continue to strive to be the best version of myself and to be a source of love and support in the rpc and in my day to day life.

I’m grateful for her kindness, her constancy, her loyalty, her support, and the way she's shown me love wholeheartedly, and without conditions. Thank you for being in my life, Kip. Thank you for staying when others didn't. Thank you for believing in the person I could be. I’m so incredibly grateful for you. I love you ❤︎
