14. do you make playlists for your current wips? DO I MAKE-- listen. listen. there is no wip until there is a playlist.

19. when it comes to more complicated narratives, how do you keep track of outlines, characters, development, timeline, etc.? i already answered this :) but to reiterate, i recommend realtimeboard. 

also, my outlines usually have multiple columns to keep track of different subplots, characters, emotional arcs vs. actual events, etc. the targeting sequel has columns for steve, steve’s team, bucky, and bucky’s team.

21. what do you think when you read over your older work? burn it.

22. are there any subjects that make you uncomfortable to write? i have standard squicks with some fandom tropes like mpreg and a/b/o. i probably wouldn’t want to write something underage. definitely not a minor with someone older. i can’t even think of any genres i’m opposed to ... i mean, i won’t ever write christian lit????? lmao.

something that would definitely make me uncomfortable is a subject i have NO prior knowledge of, or at least mild interest in. i’m willing to do research, though. like, i don’t really know anything about cooking, but i like cheese so i wouldn’t mind reading up on it in order to write a really cool story about a cheesemonger.
