Anyone else get those moments where you're legitimately scared to do anything because you don't think you could handle even the most minor of inconveniences or problems?

i told my coworker i like girls and she was like yeah i wouldnt be surprised if you were a lesbian 😒 like thanks i just opened up with u about something pretty personal and u brush me off with a "not surprising" also im afraid she'll tell someone w/o my permission bc she just seems like she would think its not a Big Deal but it is still a Big Deal for me to tell ppl this idk im just very uggh about the whole thing
