Another throwback to 2013, this is when Crayon Pop came down to promote Bar Bar Bar, you had to buy the CD in JB HiFi at Westfield Chatswood on the day to get a token, which for you to get in line to their autograph.

Did a Cover drawing of the main guy Jake Conway from one of the worst games of the year 2013 that is Ride to Hell Retribution. Why draw this you ask? Don't know it just pop in my head -._(^-^)_.-
my favorite songs of Year 2013
Okay, when I started my research into Year 2013, I was really shocked because at first I struggled to find anything, and I was about to declare this the shittiest year so far. I already had a big rant prepared about how the autotune brainrot of mainstream pop is only getting worse and most pop-rock vocalists are trying to emulate the sickening falsettos of that vermin Adam Levine by sticking an electric eel to their balls.
But eventually, by casting a very wide net, I managed to scrape together enough decent songs for a playlist that I'm not ashamed of. Also, the main reason why I'm not writing this year off as a failure is me discovering London Grammar. I could have easily picked 3 or 4 other songs of theirs to be my song of the year.
Anyway, onto my top 10 of the year. It's a little unusual because two of the songs are cover versions (London Grammar with Kavinsky's 'Nightcall' and Lily Allen covering classic Keane song) and 3 songs come from movie soundtracks (Idina Menzel, Coldplay and M83). And yes, damn it, I don't care that we all got sick of 'Let It Go' at some point, it's an amazing song and it's going on the playlist. (And the proper song, not Demi Lovato's unnecessary pop version)
10. 'Sleepwalking' - The Chain Gang Of 1974
9. 'I Wanna Be Yours' - Arctic Monkeys
8. 'Atlas' - Coldplay
7. 'Oblivion' - M83
6. 'Are You In Love With A Notion?' - Courteeners
5. 'Somewhere Only We Know' - Lily Allen
4. 'Let It Go' - Idina Menzel
3. 'Opposite' - Biffy Clyro
2. 'Summertime Sadness' - Lana Del Rey
'Nightcall' - London Grammar
An icy Quartsvien Scoop on Beinn Udlaidh, Glen Orchy hills. A party of climbers can be seen climbing on it. Photo by Tom Macdonald, I think on this occasion after climbing this and other routes with Ian Jones (Jugs), 5/2/2013. A truly nice little classic route.
