Abara Family, Year 26
It was very early on Friday morning when the twins woke up. Kamsi was feeling a lot better after a good night's sleep so she was able to finish all of her homework before the school bus.
Ella began her day with some baking while she waited for the first few customers to drop by her bakery. She had quite a bit of surplus now, and Kamsi said she'd gladly help out after school to keep the baked goods flowing, so she was pretty sure the time was coming to open up a proper business on a community lot.
Ella was doing so well, she ended up selling out before the teens were even out of high school. So she decided to close up the home business once and for all, opening up Ella's Bakery on a lot next to Emery's grocery store. Cuisine-loving Kamsi was right there next to her mom during the grand opening.
It wasn't much to look at now, but Kamsi could see the potential. One day the business would be the talk of the town, selling cakes for all of the birthdays, and treats for every other celebration in-between. If she worked hard enough, maybe her mom would let her run the business one day when she was ready to retire.
Back at the house, Adimma had other priorities. After a few years of tip-toeing around their growing feelings for each other, Adimma finally asked Hunter to be her boyfriend. He said 'yes' of course! The two were now going steady!
One thing led to another, and the two lovebirds ended up woohooing for the first time in Adimma's parents' bed. Gross, but okay.
The boys of the family were a bit neglected this year, but they have been just as successful! Obieze learned to study from his dad, and Bash managed to publish one more great novel worth over 3,000 simoleons. Next year the family was going to get a huge house upgrade!
