not to be dramatic or anything, but it’s official: i love bts more than bigbang. although i won’t ever contribute to the bts fandom in the same way i did for bigbang by providing updates and download links (do not need that many eyes on me again like pls 🥲) , i just know that i love and care for these 7 men very much as i did at the height of my vip standom.

a huge part of it has to do with the fact that i ended up opening myself up to bts after working thru a lot of trauma within the vip fandom and personally too. i was sooo hesitant to love bts this much, and now that i’m able to let go of my fears, i realize that damn…i can luv a group like how i did with bigbang again minus the deep involvement of fandom culture and its toxicity.

i know that there are folks who may not wanna hear that ya girl is an army but meh. i do not care. i loved bigbang for so long and my time as a hardcore vip has passed. i feel like i’ve done my time to be able to switch fandoms at this point. not to say that i’m ditching bigbang completely as i’ll show up for barricade for their (nonexistent 🫠) world tour for old times sake, but other than that, i’ll support the group from afar, feeling nostalgic from time to time bc eh, i did like this group for so damn long and deeply.

my chapter as a vip ended years ago when i saw youngbae in 2017 and packed up my bags as topford but now it’s like yea. i’m embracing myself as an army now sorryyyy 😭😭😭😭
