So... About Pitch...

I think that if Pitch wasn't so afraid of himself, and of being alone that he would understand that he is actually helping kids. By giving them something to be afraid of, he is also giving them something to stand up to. Something that they will eventually gain the courage to face it. And by doing so, he actually helps the kids grow up, really. Like when Jamie said in the movie that he believed in Pitch, sure, but he wasn't afraid of him and stood up to him. Pitch helped Jamie overcome his fear, because at first Jamie was terrified. Sure, the Guardians are awesome and give kids a lot of things that they will carry with them through their lives, but you need courage to chase your wishes and your dreams, you need courage to see the wonder in everything, and you need fear to find courage. And if Pitch ever realized this, then I think he wouldn't be so evil.
