I personally like to cut the top off and scoop out the goodness and spread over lightly toasted Double Sourdough Bread by @calicobaking (Calico Baking Company) I've seen it sliced into wedges, thin slices and eaten right out of the packaging. Ultimately serve it the way you want and with what you like. Right now you can get you RDB at select resaurants in Edmonton and Sherwood Park and of course the French Quarter Grand Market on Sundays.
