A little yoga shot this morning. I know a year ago I would never post a picture with my flabby arms. But here is the thing, I stopped caring about what other people think cause at the end of the day, I am doing something to change myself in measures that most people only dream of, and I promise you it isn't physical. The physical benefits are so minimal in my mind because the mental and emotional benefits out weight it drastically. So if you see my fat ass jogging, don't bother saying negative things, u are wasting valuable energy u could use to get off ur own ass.
