Raoul and Astoria are friends. Or rather once Astoria found out someone else in NY had an Autobot BFF she inserted herself in Raoul's life. Raoul was a little weirded out at first having a high-class chick wanna hang out with him, especially one who wanted to buy him stuff on a whim. He might not have the cleanest record but he's not gonna take advantage of a rich girl either. Eventually they became good pals who will chat for hours about the latest Autobot gossip. "OMG, Prowl is dating who?"
