Misaeng Ep 17
1. Did the ep 1 guy they were chasing make an appearance!!!??!?!
2. I hate to say this but watching Dong Sik curse at Mr Sung was kinda satisfying. At least it didn't get too physical, and Dong Sik honestly has a lot, a lot of patience. I love how this show really lets us see the bonding that takes place in the office at different levels :) The assistant manager sleepover - Kang Dae Ri you are MISSING OUT.
3. SCENES OF OT4, ENOUGH SAID.
4. "You know, the people you meet can change your life." Truer words never spoken. Misaeng highlights such...dare I say...mundane? truths, but they are truths, not just platitudes, and truths that stick with you.
5. I love Mr Oh's family. the littlest one is the cutest <3
6. This drama is all about strong women and Ms Sun is one of them. She and Young Yi are similar - so fiercely independent, but need to learn to be able to let go as well. and I had this instinct that the people under Ms Sun... while it's realistic, I do think that you guys should be a bit nicer to your boss which is actually not giving you guys a hard time?
7. OT4 and their leader Chief Oh! and Sukyool being the spy! and everything! and ALL THE FEELS! and now I have a grin on my face!!!! AND THE NEWBIE PROJECT!!! It's like a dream team, oh my gosh, can they just work together 5eva.
8. Sukyool aka Byun Yo Han is having the time of his life in this role. I loved his character impersonations - and he's really the one that gels OT4 together.
9. The husband wife relationship! I think some viewers were complaining that Chief Oh doesn't really confide in his wife and lend her support and etc, but this ep should make up for it.
someone wrote on soompi, that this ep reminded them that friendship is better than romance. I think that's true - sometimes I wish I could have that easy friendship, but Misaeng reminds me that friendship takes a long time to build, and effort to maintain. And yes show, keep it that way - that easy friendship with the OT4. Partly because I want YY and BK to have a go in a relationship only after a long while, and I still ship Ms Ha x GR (which is still a thing!!!), and mostly because they complement each other so well.
is no one else going to talk about the fact that belle has been in this world for 28 years but has been denied even the most basic pleasures of life this entire time so even ice tea is a treat for her
because i think that's really fucking depressing
Oriin - "Beyond The Great Valley"
This is an instrumental band that I'm glad are back playing and making music. A lot of this kind of music bores me but this band gets me horny.
