The banner words are readable only when against their opposing face, since I feel that we sometimes say yes when we mean no, and no when we mean yes, when we're feeling pressured or nervous about the possible reactions and responses we can get for leaning one way over another.

though we are bound by the ties we’ve made, we can free ourselves from the harm that has been done to us. the harm we have unskillfully done to others. none of us are above these conditions. we can not escape them by perceiving ourselves as above or even below. we locate freedom not in some world-view but in moments of present state awareness. with others, these moments have the potential for a particular poignancy - we sense one anothers physiological states - one heart beats faster, in response, the other (ours) catches up. together even climbing into a dark cave to hear ones darkest secrets can become a moment of significant beauty - for relief, affirmation, and validation. those deep aches & felt-sense states means we are processing the wounds we have carried but never cared for. this felt processing in the body allows us to cut ourselves from the cords which bound us to that which we carry. to that which is not ours to hold. lay down your cards.
