Yesses is a band from Dunedin, New Zealand. While this is a band, it looks like the primary mover is Jack Brosnahan, who recorded this album while in Hamburg, Germany (staying with his brother).
XTC, Elliott Smith, Eugene McGuiness, Beulah, Mac DeMarco, Bryan Scary, Jay Arner and the ilk are all touchstones here.
