Billy cried when Steve said "I love you" for the first time. Because Neil had it so ingrained him that he was worthless, and not worthy of the affections of anyone platonic or otherwise. But he took a chance with Steve, and it paid off.

He knows that Steve is telling the truth, but that still doesn't stop him from asking if Steve was sure. He wants to give Steve an out before it's too late. He wants to give Steve a chance to take it back.

But Steve relents. He says it again in affirmation, takes Billy's face in his hands and litters the length of it with kisses as he tells Billy just how much he loves him over and over again.

after dating for years, kags wanted to propose to you, but he didn’t know how he wanted to do it, so he tried googling it but left the tab open, so a few days later when you went to use your laptop, you saw it and squealed, causing kags to immediately run to you, asking if you were okay

kags would never admit it, but he loves the fact that you and hinata get along, and he feels the lightest when he’s out with you and his best friend, feeling a feeling of content he had never experienced before

after years of dating, kags is used to your antics, and he’s always ready to go along with whatever you want, so when you latch onto his back for the first time around his team, he doesn’t think much of it, even though his team is gawking
