Pegasus is a lot of things but no one can say he didn’t love his family 😓😓

In YGO there’s the idea that fighting for those you love makes you righteous. I think Pegasus is a direct opposition to this. (But also not really? Bec he’s highly having fun killing children but shhh. And tbf… Yami Yugi was doing the same thing in season 0 😭😭🙏)

Something I’m adding in my story, which I wish the series had explored more, is the parallels between him and like.. everyone else 💀

I think Lilly’s inclusion adds a lot more parallels too. Especially to Mokuba and Seto.

Anyway, his desperate love for his daughter is high key stifling and ultimately (and ironically) contributes to much of the harm of their relationship 😬

Y'all I need some help. I'm trying to find this super cute yugioh comic that I meant to reblog. It's not in my drafts and I need to see it again.

It's one where all the yugioh protags are on a video call with Yugi before some tournament, and Atem's ghost cheers Yugi on before he steps out.

Please help me find it.
