Oh no, looks like the punch is finally hitting him just in time for the next song.
Will you oblige?

Le Masquerade de Bang Bang

Ryou grinned wider, his mouth gleefully covering Bakura’s blush with more kisses. “Yes! Let’s get dressed up like they do in those movies. Oh! Like that one musical you watched. Phantom of the Opera! Let’s dress up like that.”
He pulled away from the other so that he could immediately dig through the closet, and frowned when he found no fancy costumes there. Well.... nothing appropriate anyway... “Where do we find costumes and masks?”
It’s A Masquerade, Not A Costume Party
@weevil-underwood continued from [LINK]
Rex’s blinked, as though Weevil’s question didn’t click at first. But all of a sudden, the words “are you asking me on a date” hit home, and a blush swept over his face. “W-whAT!?” he blurted. He never thought it was possible to choke over one’s own tongue, but here he was, doing just that. He coughed and sputtered a second, looking anywhere but Weevil’s face, as he raised a hand and furiously scratched the back of his head with it. “GEEZ Weevil,” he complained. “Why you gotta make it WEIRD?”
But was it a date if he asked him to the ball? Did that count as a date?
He cleared his throat, throwing on an indifferent look. Maybe if he ignored the question and goaded Weevil into going, he might overlook the whole date thing. So what if it was a date? They didn’t have to acknowledge it...
“Look, it sounds fun okay? What’s wrong with not wanting to go to the event by myself? Seriously Weeves, you’re thinking about it too much. Just go with me already, it’s not like you have anything better to do. Besides, what if they have like a tournament there? Would you really want to miss out on an elite elusive tournament that was only open to party guests just because you were too chicken to dress nice and wear a mask?”
@florence-midknight from here:
“Well well, quite a gathering,” he murmured to himself, looking around. There were beautiful costumes and beautiful people and he lost himself in the view for a long time before finding a drink for himself. The dress he wore was just as lovely and he felt more beautiful than he had in a long time.
His only regret was he had no one to speak to.
Dal was quite enjoying himself at the party, enjoying his role as gatecrasher even though he was an invited guest. But how could you be invited when no one knew who you were? He’d made a special effort to not be recognizable, with hair shiny and beautifully plaited and an elegant mask to hide his face. So it was with no shame at all that he gracefully slipped into position next to this man all in ice blue and bumped his elbow with a glass of punch.
“I thought an ice queen like yourself might need something to warm you up.” He purred as he offered the drink.
@ygohalloweenball
To think that he would be attending the ball before, he would have thought it was crazy. Yusaku didn't know what to expect, just standing near the buffet like he was. He didn't want to be there, but he found out that someone from his past was going to be there, so naturally, he had to investigate.
Yusaku was glad that it was a masquerade ball, it made him feel a bit safer knowing that nobody would recognize him, his green eyes shimmering like the emeralds they resembled though the holes of his mask.
@sethokai
“Well, I’m glad you went with something that stands out.” His smile only widened before he offered his hand.
“I would love a dance if you’re tired of the wall’s company.”
“They say when a person dons a costume, they’re choosing to showing you their true self. I wonder if that’s really true?”
He’s just going to you know-- walk right into the ball dressed as a princess, specifically Princess Adena. He’s small enough and got enough help from the maid that no one should be the wiser who he is.
